Lyf D: We were fortunate enough to have Tanya as our tour guide. I always do my homework before joining tour groups so I can appreciate and understand more what the tour guide is saying about a place were visiting. Tanya had enough knowledge of every little thing about all the places we visited - Fatima, Batalha, Nazare, and Obidos. I greatly appreciate the fact that she is familiar with other matters related to the history of Lisbon including events that happened in other countries and how it affected the shape of Portugals’ history. I enjoyed our exchange of information but mostly enjoyed the knowledge she shared to me about the Crusades and the characters surrounding this subject and how Portugal played a part in all those events. All in all, she is one of the best tour guide anyone can ask for. She entertains questions on any and all subject matter related to the tour and goes above and beyond the context of whatever subject matter is being discussed. I truly enjoyed our conversations during the tour. I would highly recommend going on smaller groups if not doing a private tour with Lisbon Riders. I will definitely return to Portugal and will book a future tour with them! Thank you Tanya for the wonderful service you and your company has provided us. Truly a one of a kind experience! By the way, your recommendations for Ze de Mouraria 2 is highly appreciated. That Bacalhao dish is the BEST! Thank you again Tania and Lisbon Riders! We will return!

Colleen Dutcher: We had a small intermediate tour with Andre and it was amazing!!! We toured the castle, and even though it was a foggy day it was still beautiful. The stories and history that Andre told us helped paint the picture back in the day. We toured Sintra center and enjoyed tastings & snacks of local food and ports. We had a little feee time to explore and the. We took a drive to an on the coast that was breath taking. It was an amazing experience and I suggest taking the tour. It’s a long day, but it’s best to have a small group and see the important beautiful areas then miss them on your own.

Encontrei o que procurava, mas estava sozinho, todo o pessoal estava demasiado ocupado para ajudar. Uma coisa que realmente me aborreceu foi um saco gigante de cupons resgatados com endereços sempre expostos estava apenas sentado no meio do chão. O saco estava limpo para que se pudesse ver muitos nomes e moradas. Espero que este saco não estivesse a ir para o lixo ou para o caixote do lixo, mas, com certeza, parecia que sim. Cuidado com o comprador.

Grande loja com um grande número de associados no balcão de recolha. Tentei entrar na calçada, mas depois de 10 minutos de espera, vi muitos associados, mas nenhuma fila para atender. Andei, mostrei o meu pedido e a minha identificação, e saí da porta em menos de um minuto quando o meu pedido estava sentado ali mesmo. Lá se vai a calçada. Que desperdício de tempo.

Eu só deixo uma nota de 1 estrela é que não posso deixar uma estrela negativa a mim e à minha namorada entrar para procurar um portátil e o tipo que nos cumprimentou era um tipo chamado Will e entrou no escritório e deixou-nos sozinhos no chão, foi para a recepção e sentou-se no seu rabo preguiçoso enquanto esperávamos que ele saísse do computador durante 2 minutos, por isso saímos sem sermos ajudados... Perdi o meu negócio de certeza, mas graças à sua preguiça conseguimos um negócio melhor no Aarons com o meu desconto militar.
