Arrivé à Lisbonne j'ai appelé et 15 min plus tard ils sont arrivé, ils m'ont expliqué qu il y avait un forfait nettoyage à 10 euros ou bien la restitué propre car les gens rendaient les voitures très sale et donc passait plus de temps à les nettoyé et pour 5 jours une classe A cdi 39,95€ +10 de nettoyage kilometrage illimité je trouve ça très bien car d'autres compagnie vous coûteraient 35€ mais avec 200 kilomètres et une essence donc au finale J en suis très content...

After a long time waiting at the airport for a shuttle, we decided to take a taxi to their adress (5 euros). On the office there were many people complaining of being waiting for a long time too. Only one person taking care of everything and a guy helping with the rental process always with a cigarette which makes a really bad impression. Moreover, a couple had to pay 110 euros for a little scratch on a wheel that they said it couldn't be them. After 1 hour we decided to take an Uber even loosing the money of the reservation. As a portuguese, i am ashamed of services like this.

If i could rate as 0 I would. Had to call numerous times to get them to pick me up from the airport. Ended up getting me 50 min late. When I returned the car they wanted to charge 15€ because it hadn’t been washed before returning. It wasn’t filthy or anything. I only had it around the city for one day. They expect it to be spotless and vacuumed upon return. So I took it back and went to a car wash for 3€ instead. Thankfully I had the time to spare. Worst customer service I’ve ever had renting a car.

Do not trust and NEVER rent a car at this company if you do not want to be stolen. They charge the rent in a very low price and after the rent they make their money charging you for damages that you didn't do. If you ever wondered how they make money with so low fares, there is your answer: they steal from you after the rent. When I picked up the car, I did the inspection with their employee. There was a minor scratch on the tire. The employee said we did not have to put that scratch on the report because it was too small and it didn't make a difference. I trusted her and signed the paper. When I come back to return the car, they charged me 300 euros for the scratch that was already there. After much stress, I got them only to low the charge to 100 euros, which is still absurd. They take advantage of the customer position: I had 1900 euros blocked in my credit card that they wouldn't take back if I didn't pay the money they were charging me. I didn't have proves against them: is words against words.

Top Autovermietung zu einem unglaublich günstigen Preis und man erhält tatsächlich einen Mercedes. Annahme und Abgabe hat einwandfrei und ohne Probleme oder versteckte Zusatzkosten funktioniert. Kann die negativen Bewertungen hier nicht verstehen. Die 10€ die man für die Autowäsche bezahlt finde ich nicht unfair. Wer diese 10€ nicht bezahlen will kann sich ja den Stress geben das Auto selber zu waschen vor der Abgabe. Wir mussten ca 45 min warten bis das Auto bereit war was aber nicht weiter schlimm war. Die Autovermietung befindet sich nicht direkt am Flughafen aber man wird unkompliziert am Flughafen am Meeting Point abgeholt und nach kurzer Fahrt per Shuttle zum Abholort gefahren. Personal war höflich und hilfsbereit. Hatten 10 Tage eine neue A-Klasse was unseren Roadtrip zu einem komfortablen Erlebnis machte. Absolut zu empfehlen!

I would NOT recommend this Car rental service. We needed to wait 45 min at the airport until they picked us up, Just to wait an other 45 min in the office until we got our car. We heard of some customers who waited 1,5h until they got picked up. Furthermore we needed to pay double the price for the car, because our credit Card limit was 100€ too few. They didn't accept any other Credit card nor wanted the missing 100€ in cash. They were very unflexible and unwilling to find a satisfying solution. BE AWERE OF YOUR CREDIT CARD LIMITS! In the end the car was nice, but way too expensive and the service was terrible. Never again rent a star for me.

Wir hatten gebucht ohne die bewertungen auf Google zu lesen, auch gut so. Gebucht hatten wir kompakt classe, bekamen diese auch aber mit Extras die wir nicht gebucht hatten wie automatik navi.. War echt schön vor allem ein sehr sauberes und neues Auto Allerdings muss ein Stern abzug sein für die lange wartezeit ,und die hohe (2000€) Kaution. Auch bei der ruckgabe des Fahrzeugs gab es keine Probleme. Alles bestens.

Estava com algum receio com base nas reviews que vi online, mas parece-me que está relacionado com a premissa de que as pessoas apenas falam quando corre mal. Aluguei uma viatura com 2 meses (novo) a um preço canhão, a franquia é alta sim (~2000€), mas esse facto também não é escondido e é obrigatório ter um cartão de credito que aceite esse limite (senso comum). De resto é preciso apenas validar bem ao inicio todos os pontos que o carro tem, garantir que isso é marcado na folha, e ter cuidado para não fazer danos (pois o valor a pagar nesse caso também é avultado). O espaço em si é pequeno, e não tenho duvidas de que caso haja mais que uma pessoa a levantar demore algum tempo, pois só existe uma pessoa a atender. No meu caso (que não era férias) fui ter directamente ao local, pelo que não experimentei o serviço de shuttle e nunca apanhei mais que uma pessoa à frente. A entrega também foi pacifica, optei por pagar antecipadamente 10€ para a limpeza do carro, caso contrário teria que o fazer eu ou ser cobrado 15€ no acto de entrega. Acredito que a experiência possa variar com outros funcionários, mas os que me atenderam foram impecáveis. Caso volte a precisar e o preço for convidativo será uma opção a ter em conta.

I paid for a car online in full and promised that they will collect me from the airport. I waited over 4 hours and called them at least 15 times. They ignored my calls they even cut me off when they saw my number and kept giving me excuses that there 10 minutes away. They then told me they only take credit cards for the deposit and I had 2 debit cards both visa and both legal tender and between the 2 more than enough to cover the deposit. They refused to accept them and had me waiting for a further 40 minutes and kept telling me their English was bad. In the end I gave up and asked for my money back. Again they didn't understand and told me to call the agent. I insisted on being dropped back at the airport. They agreed and left me on the road with 3 bags that I could not manage on my own. I struggled to get back into the airport and they never apologised once. I am still in the middle of a complaint to the agent who booked this. I will update when something happens but if you don't speak Portuguese then don't bother even trying to communicate ..I will never use them again . Totally unprofessional and rude. That's my real experience. They wasted my whole first day on my vacation and didn't even say sorry. Avoid if you don't want to get stung like I was. .I will be perusing for compensation. Thanks for reading my review.

Une heure d'attente pour obtenir le véhicule mais j'aurais dû lire les commentaires Google, visiblement c'est la règle !!! Et surprise en rendant le véhicule au retour : pour plus cher de nettoyage, que de location. Oui oui il faut le rendre lavé, pas propre mais lavé, sinon on paie, je précise que le véhicule avait été utilisé normalement et n'était pas sale outre mesure.. bref !!!

the staff was not very friendly or interactive. The location is not the easiest to access in Lisbon if you are coming from anywhere else in the country. The car was clean and in good shape and ready when we arrived.

In regard to most reviews on here I was really skeptical renting a car from them. I rented a Smart For Four for a day via Check24. Had to get the car from the airport and waited there for about 45 mins until the contact person arrived (they did take their time here). Then I didn't get the car at the airport but had to drive with them to their shop outside of the airport, which was unnecessary considering I could've just drove there directly and wouldn't have to wait that long. Upon arrival it took about another hour with the paperwork so all in all pretty long until I could finally take the car with me. They also tried to sell some extra insurances (which I didn't need since I booked all of them online already - watch out here) and the car needs to be washed, which they offer to do for 10€. There are gas stations which do that for less than half the price, just fyi. But I actually got the car I was promised, it looked new and fine, drove really well and made no problems. Upon returning it there were no problems and they took it as it was. The staff there is really nice, like really really friendly. I forgot something in the car and they got it back from the garage and searched with me together, even drove me to the next train station. At no point did I feel mistreated here. The only thing that was annoying was the wait, considering I had the car for only 1,5 days.

I did book through a german platform / agency and ended up with rent a star. after my pickup at the airport I checked the reviews and couldn't actually believe that it would be that bad. I arrived and I can surely tell you: IT WAS WORSE THAN EXPECTED! It is the most shady place you can imagine. The location is dirty and the people are intimidating. I rented online with insurance and pre-paid everything. At the location they tried to sell me additional insurance, wanted a ridiculous washing fee and were asking for a deposit of 2.5K. After a girl next to me (who was returning her car) was yelled at and broke down into tears (because apparently there was a scratch on the car that would consume the deposit) I asked not to rent at the place and pretty much fled. What I learned. Don't always go with the cheapest option and trust reviews online and your gut. DO NOT RENT AT THAT PLACE.

Worst rental car experience ever. We had to wait 2 hours for the car because they were not able to give us suffcient information on insurence and so on. Some staff members were really unpolite and annoyed that we did not speak Portuguese. The car was brand new and the return was no problem, however the experience at the beginning was so bad and annoying that the 1 star is more than justified. Also you have to pay 10€ for cleaning the car, if you don't want to take care of it yourself.

להתרחק כמו מאש!!! כל הסוכנות הזאת מלאה בגנבים והכל מוכוון כדי לגנוב ממך. 1. שכרתי סמארט ל-4 ב-3 אירו ליום. זה חלק מהתרמית לפתות עם מכוניות יפות וזולות 2. הם עשו המון תצלומים של המכונית לפני שלקחתי. הראשונים אי פעם שצילמו, ואני שוכרת לא מעט כאן. 3. אמרו לי "חכה שאסיים ותצלם אתה" 4. המכונית להשכרה עומדת בפתח החניון התת קרקעי שכולו שלהם והצטבר תור של 2 שרצו לצאת. 5. המשרד עלוב, הפקידים עלובים. כל הנקודות האלה היו כתובת על הקיר ממנה התעלמתי עיוורת מברק הסמארט. הכל משחק שנועד להלחיץ ולגרום לך למהר, לא לצלם וללכת. 6. כשהחזרתי מצאו שפשוף קטנטן על צמיג וג'נט ולקחו 350 אירו קנס!!! בדקו גם בטריפאדוייזר! המון סיפורים זהים. שומר נפשו ירחק! עכשיו כותבת מהמשטרה, מגישה תלונה, והשוטר מספר שיש הרבה תלונות עליהם.

I read the these reviews , Dec 18, and tried to see if I could cancel as a result. Wasn't possible & was reassured by the agent AutoEurope. Rental was polite, efficient, helpful and zero nonsense like inventing damage. The only unexpected cost: cleaning isn't free; you take the car washed and its required back the same. eu 10 or 15.

If I could give no stars I would. Never had a car rental experience like this, or this bad, ever. It’s a pity because it re-affirms the tendency to always go with the big companies, but they are more reputable for a reason. These guys are crooks that are out to get any last indocental penny from you they can. We returned the car in perfect condition. They scoured the vehicle on return, and found two very small almost unnoticeable scratches. We were certain this had not happened during our rental of the vehicle and even if it had, a quick polish woul dhev dealt with it. I’m telling you, it could barely be seen. They ‘added it up’ and wanted to charge 500 euros to fix it. They wouldn’t show us the photographs taken before we rented as they were for ‘internal use’. They wouldn’t wait for us to contact our travel insurance to see how best to deal with the issue, and they just started to take the money from my credit card deposit without my consent. I asked for any kind of evidence of the cost of repair and they said it was policy. Two scratches, 2x 250 euro. It bore no relationship to the cost of repair and they admitted that this was the case. All in all, the actual daily rental cost was very low compared to the larger companies, so it makes sense that this is how they make their money. It’s really disappointing and I would recommend anyone thinking about using this company to think twice.

INADMISSIBLE !! Service ZÉRO !! Amabilité de la responsable inexistante même en etant fautive !! Nous avons attendu plus de 45mn la fameuse navette qui devait nous récupérer mon conjoint et nos 3 enfants à l’aéroport .... nous n avons jamais eu de navette obligé de nous débrouiller par nos propre moyen. Arrivé sur place aucune excuse pas un sourire pas un mot .... et pour couronner le tout nous avons de nouveau attendu plus d’Une heure notre véhicule. Je ne reserverai plus jamais dans cette agence de location c’est honteux de traiter les clients de cette manière. Uma vergonha um service deste era a primera ves e à ultima !!!!

Don't go here. Lowest rates but they're making their money by charging you for tiny scratches you can't even see. After waiting for ages and witnessing their return procedure with a couple of cars we decided to cancel the reservation, go back to the airport and rent with hertz. Scam.

Horrible service. They just charged me 307.5 euros for a key scratch on the side of the car which was about 3cm long. And an extra 15 euros for cleaning the car! Thieves. Never again from this company and I dont recommend it at all

I do rent cars quite often in Portugal. It was one of my best experiences. The staff was super nice, the car much better than expected and I even got my mobile phone back which I forgot in the car. They also told me at the beginning that I have to bring the car back clean or they will clean it for 10 EUR. So no hidden cost or anything like that.

On pickup, the lady was very fair, marking even damages I would not have noticed myself. Upon return they charged 25 euros for cleaning even though the car was in perfectly fine condition. Never had that at any other rental company.. rip-off

Awful post rental service. Had several unknown charges to my credit card up to 2 and half months after the rental. Contacted the rental company several times to ask what the charges are about so long after the rental and asked for receipts. Never had a reply. In the end had to cancel my card and report them to the bank and Visa as fraudulent charges and asked them to take action. Will never use this company again.

Une grosse arnaque. Le monsieur de l'accueil nous dit de réserver et payer sur internet, ce que l'on fait. Ensuite il nous demande une caution de 1 300€ donc ok. Et finalement seules les cartes de crédit (et non débit) sont acceptées, donc impossible d'avoir la voiture et aucun remboursement. À surtout éviter !!

All fine at the end. They lack post-sale assistance and are probably not on top of payment reversal processes; I got scared when I read the bad reviews and my money was frozen for 2 weeks - most likely it was not not even their fault. They are not there to steal you money, I believe staff is just overwhelmed with work. Thanks to them my fiancee and I had an amazing trip around Portugal and paid less than half the rate offered by other rent companies during that same time period.

Rapidos na entrega do carro,bons carros,quanto ao staff confesso que tem altos e baixos. Esta ultima vez e unica,o carro foi entregue com varioa alertas dabdo instabilidade ao careo,pns5eus instaveis.Alertei que nunca se entrega carros sem verificar este tipo de coisas,pois se veem todo os riscos como é possivel nao terem visto os alertas do carro. Le tante recensioni molto negative mi avevano spaventato (ma ormai avevo prenotato), tuttavia ora che si è conclusa la mia esperienza con questo autonoleggio, posso dirmi abbastanza soddisfatto. I due principali aspetti che mi hanno colpito positivamente sono l'economicità della tariffa di noleggio e la disponibilità di alcune persone dello staff. Ci sono comunque vari aspetti critici che dovrebbero essere molto migliorati: i tempi per lo svolgimento delle pratiche sono abbastanza lenti, sia perché c'è una sola persona nell'ufficio, sia perché a volte la persona presente dimostra di non essere abbastanza sveglia e sicuramente non è preparata (molti minuti solo per una semplice operazione con la carta di credito); inoltre nel mio caso ho dovuto attendere un'ora più del previsto per ricevere la macchina, perché non era disponibile... avrebbero potuto avvisarmi prima e non dirmelo all'ultimo momento, così mi sarei organizzato meglio. Per quanto riguarda i costi extra (danni, serbatoio vuoto, ecc.) di cui si parla tanto male nelle altre recensioni, devo dire che sono molto alti, ma sono effettivamente segnalati con vari cartelli nell'ufficio. Certo bisognerebbe saperli in anticipo, e non scoprirli solo al momento del ritiro. Il costo della pulizia (15 euro) a me non è stato addebitato, perché con la modica spesa di 4 euro ho fatto un lavaggio automatico da un benzinaio poco prima di riconsegnarla. In conclusione: fino a quando non ho riconsegnato l'auto, ho avuto cattivi presentimenti a causa delle brutte recensioni, ma alla fine per me è filato quasi tutto liscio. Forse sarebbe meglio pagare un po' di più per avere avere meno preoccupazioni? A voi la scelta.

Personnel déplorable et Mauvaise expérience, les assistantes d'accueil, Fabienne et Natalia, 2 personne hautaines et arrogantes. Avec leur sourire elles vous feront payer des frais en sus sans aucune entente possible. Pour récupèrer votre caution, il vous faudra succomber et devoir payer des sommes injustifiées. Je ne recommande pas du tout ! Il vous en coutera du temps et de l'argent ! Faites très attention !

Don't rent a car in this place! It takes you really a lot of time to get your car and even more to return it! On the other hand, they block in your account 1300€ and the normal hold in the market is around 500€. Poor customer service and experience! Better to pay a little bit more and get a really good service!

Vorsicht vor diesem Anbieter!! Hat keinen eigenen Stand am Flughafen. Bevor man überhaupt erfährt wie man weiter kommt vergeht unendlich viel Zeit. Irgendwann steht man in der Nähe des Infopoints!! und ruft die Telefonnummer an. Da läuft aber nur ein Band. Kein Mensch da, kein Auto da, Geld ist aber weg. Das sind Verbrecher. Leider mußte ich einen Stern geben, aber minus 3 Sterne wäre besser.

Horrible! Don't use it. They took the €1950 deposit instead of a blocked transaction. A week later and money not yet in my card!! Staff at the premises completely dismissive and manager over the phone trying to say that it's not their fault therefore I can't use the funds in my bank to rent another car with another company as did extended my stay due to a family tragedy. At one point she just said "don't want to argue anymore, write your complaint in the complaints book"!!!! When getting the book, they had 2 full complaints books!!! No wonder that they only have 2 stars here, 1 too many to be honest!! Be careful and aware. Never again. If could would give negative stars I would.

Bons carros, Só da marca Mercedes , e por norma são recentes, mas o serviço é péssimo, falta de profissionais a altura, convém estar atento a tudo no carro porque podes ter uma surpresa e ao entregar o carro pagares por coisas que não foram feitas na utilização do veículo e que já poderiam estar sem se ter reparado como aconteceu comigo que cobraram por uma picada de uma pedrinha no pára-brisas é uma borracha riscado do pára-brisa, que foram logo 790 euros para um classe A , um autêntico robo!

They are amazingly good in frustrating people! Their tempo is so low, it should not be called service... We waited for the more almost one and a half hour until we got the key and could get on. That is really strange if you are the only customer ;)

Pratique scrupuleuse lors du retour de véhicule de signalé des anomalies déjà présente au départ afin de faire payer d'avantage le client. Pris en otage et obligation de payé pour récupérer notre caution. Je déconseille fortement cette agence.

Bitte auf keinen Fall bei dieser Firma einen Mietwagen leihen. Meeting am Flughafen klappt nicht, haben dort ewig auf ein Shuttle gewartet. Dann nochmal in der Zentrale 2 Stunden. Die Frau am Schalter spricht kein Englisch!! Ist extrem unfreundlich und gestresst. Wir haben ihr versucht zu erklären das wir bereits über check 24 versichert sind, was sie nicht verstand. Stattdessen buchte sie willkürlich Geld von der Kreditkarte ab. Als sie einen englisch sprachigen Mitarbeiter hinzuholte erklärte er uns das wir grade 100 € für eine Versicherung gezahlt haben dazu noch 300 € Kaution und dann wollten sie nochmal 1300€ Kaution welche der Selbstbeteiligung bei einem Unfall entspricht. Absolut lächerlich. Bitte meidet dieses Unternehmen. Edit: Bestätigt nur oben genanntes wenn auf diese Rezession auf Portugiesisch geantwortet wird. Ich werde noch einiges in die Wege leiten um zu verhindern das nochmal ein unschuldiger Urlauber in diese dreiste Abzockfalle gerät.

Nur schlechte Erfahrungen: - 'Meet and greet at Arrival Hall' hat nicht geklappt. Nach langem Suchen haben wir dann den Vermieter angerufen, der uns dann nach einer weiteren halben Stunde abholte. - Der eigentliche Vermietung dauerte ewig, obwohl wir die einzigen Kunden waren. - Obwohl AmEx als erlaubtes Zahlungsmittel auf dem Voucher angegeben war, wurde es nicht akzeptiert. - Zusätzliche versteckte Kosten, z. B. eine Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 15 EUR, wenn man das Auto nicht frisch gewaschen & ausgesaugt zurück bringt. Nachtrag: 29.09.2019 Die Antwort von Rent-A-Star ist falsch: meine Kreditkarte wurde von den Angestellten überhaupt nicht entgegen genommen. Thieves. If I could rate 0 I would. Rentacar have stolen our €1300 deposit and will not reply to any correspondence. When returning the rental vehicle the girl at the counter wasn't able to return our €1300 deposit but assured us it would be shortly returned to us automatically. As we had a flight to catch we had to go and take her word. Four weeks later, it has not been returned and have not replied to any of my 5 emails or numerous voice messages. Never use this company.

Einfach nur grausam! Mitarbeiter können kaum englisch, versuchen überall Geld abzuzocken! Nachdem sie die Kreditkarte bekommen haben ging alles schneller sie buchten willkürlich Geld ab und waren auch als wir unser gesamtes Geld zurückgefordert und den autoverleih abgebrochen haben, wollten diese uns unser Geld nicht wieder gutschreiben! Kriminelle Organisation! Ich habe kein Auto bekommen und mein Geld nicht wieder bekommen also ein super Tag!

Die Abholung hat gefühlt ewig gedauert, dafür war das Auto schön sauber. Rückgabe war auch kein Problem. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn das Radio/Navi direkt auf Deutsch oder Englisch umgestellt worden wäre, mussten ziemlich lange probieren bis wir die Einstellung zum ändern gefunden hatten.

Zunächst war das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Dann haben wir statt einen Fiat 500(dieser wurde uns auch bestätigt) den wir gebucht haben einen Smart bekommen. Die Kaution beträgt doppelt so viel wie bei anderen Vermietern(2600€). Obwohl wir Reifen mitversichert haben und auch eine Versicherung ohne Selbstbeteiligung bei Schäden mussten wir für einen Schaden, den wir nicht verursacht haben 110€ zahlen.

Serviço 5 estrelas Funcionarios simpaticos e prestaveis 10 minutos de espera no Aeroporto Levantamento do carro cerca de 20 minutos No meu caso foi um smart.. Veiculo praticamente novo e em condicões excelentes. Entrega do carro rapida e sem problemas. Recomendo.

Selbst ein Stern ist zu viel. Bei Entgegennahme des Fahrzeuges hat uns keiner darauf hingewiesen, dass eine Nachtpauschale bei Abgabe vor 08:00 gezahlt werden muss. Da wir leider unseren Flug bekommen mussten, habe ich für 12 min 45€ bezahlt. Es gab keinerlei Hinweise von den Mitarbeitern und es stand auch nichts in dem Vertrag. Übernahme des Fahrzeuges war problemlos.

Vou lembrar do nome dessa empresa , para nunca mais voltar , cobram taxa de limpeza 10 euros , apesar de nao ser tanto dinheiro achei um roubo pois no site q aluguei isso nao era previsto. Na vistoria" check in " colocaram o carro pra fora na rua, e faz meio que na correria, na hora da entrega colocam o carro para dentro e liga ate luzes fortes para ver os micros detalhes Tive q pagar mais 45 euros por precisar entregar o carro 1 hora antes da abertura da loja ( outras , q alugo com frequencia por ser em aeroporto nao existe essa taxa) Dei uma estrela porque nao vi a opção de dar zero Melhor passar por longe dessa "empresa" no final pode custar muito caro

Lieber demnächst etwas mehr ausgeben ... Der Service dieses Unternehmens ist unzumutbar. Wir haben 3 1/2h auf unseren Mietwagen gewartet. Im Vorfeld hatten wir die Option für 2 Autos 2 Hauptfahrer und 2 Ersatzfahrer ausgewählt und natürlich auch bezahlt. Am Ende hatten wir 2 Hauptfahrer und einen Ersatzfahrer. Bezahlen mussten wir trotzdem. Beide Autos hatten einen zu niedrigen Ölstand und waren ~8000km über dem Service. Bei einem der Autos waren große und kleine Steinschläge auf der Scheibe. Die Rückgabe hat ca. 20 min gedauert und lief relativ problemlos ab.

Can't say nothing wrong about the staff and the car return. The lady was very nice with us- as we were with her. Following points were strange and different from the big ones in lisbon: - cleaning fee - watining time - situation with the bus from the airport First looked for the rental star guy at the airport- we needed to call (nothing meantioned in advance- confirmation said meet the guy close to vodafone shop (where you can find all the car rental guys)- we called - they had an issue could take up to 40 minutes- we took the public transport- very easy. Arrived there- not that much ppl in before - just 1 couple. Nevertheless took up to 1 hour to take the car. Seemed it was not ready and they cleaned it just before. All was good with the car and the lady was nice- you can se and feel that its a small company and therefore not that eficient and professonal. Nice expiereince- but the next time again centauro, interrent or driveon holidays agan.

Aluguei auto para retirar em Lisboa. Iriam pegar-me no aeroporto e estou esperando até hoje. Fui distratado na loja, a qual tive que ir de taxi. Pequeno arranhão na roda, custa 250Euros. Não recomendo. Inventam arranhões e amassados para você pagar mais caro. Desonestos mesmos.

Very disappointing. The car was very low on Ad Blue and oil when we got the car. The office would not refund the expense for Ad blue as they argued that this was like fuling disel. So don’t use this place as there will be extra expenses.

Discordo do review anterior, por que as empresas só são boas se conseguem te ajudar nos momentos que os problemas acontecem. E esse não é o caso dessa empresa. São completamente incapazes te tentar ajudar em um problema e não aceitam qualquer solução apresentada. Mesmo sendo super solicito e disposto a sacrificar partes das minhas férias, não nos ajudaram e ainda cancelaram sem nos devolver nada ou tentar dar algum agrado para pelo menos amenizar a situação. Por tudo isso não indico essa empresa a ninguém, pois caso tenham algum problema só terão dor de cabeça.

Worst experience ever. We wanted to return car same day when we took it, but it turned out to cost 45 euros. Also you have to pay 10 euro on car return for washing. We were really not ready to deal with such scammers and did not make photos of all surrounding. Upon return they found micro scratch on the disk and charged 110 euro for that.

30 minutes to make the contract if everything goes well. If it's crowded you can expect to spend 2 hours there. The woman at the desk was doing everything exept our contract and didn't speak English. No organisation. The cars are good and clean tho.

Wir hatten die Bewertungen erst vor Ort gelesen, da vor Ort lediglich ein Paar vor uns war, die hatten aber wegen einem kleinen Steinschlag so starke Probleme, dass wir schon überlegt hatten woanders zu buchen. Die Bewertungen sprachen ja auch nicht wirklich für sich. Bekommen haben wir einen Smart For Four, der hatte auch nur 5.000 km gelaufen. Bei der Abgabe an uns und der Abgabe an das Autohaus hat alles funktioniert. Wir hatten dennoch ein wenig Angst, da wohl jeder Kratzer Geld kostet. Vorsichtshalber haben wir Fotos gemacht und das Auto in Slow Motion abgefilmt, damit uns keiner was anhaben kann. Abzug gibt es 3 Sterne. Einen Stern für die unfassbar lange Wartezeit, obwohl wirklich nur ein Paar vor uns war und sich plötzlich alle um das Paar gekümmert hat. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es dafür, dass nochmals zusätzlich 10€ fürs Autowaschen dazukommen oder man das Auto selbst gewaschen abgeben muss. Das habe ich noch nie irgendwo erlebt, also haben wir hier mit verstecken Kosten zu tun. Dann noch einen Stern Abzug, da nach über einer Woche die Kaution immer noch auf der Kreditkarte hinterlegt sind. Bei 100-200€ würde ich kein Fass aufmachen, aber bei 1300€ Kaution ist es dann doch schon anders.

Beware of scam!!! Terrible and extremely slow service. Take pictures and check every inch of the car before you sign anything!! Got a Smart car, was able to identify a total of 15 scuffs and scratches (after 1h30 wait) but missed the tiniest scuff in one of the wheels. When I returned the car (after highway drive and being parked in a garage) first thing they did was check the wheel and point it out.... 110 euros for a scuff smaller than my pinky toe nail (you can get it buffed for $10 at a local bodyshop). A complete scam and easily explains the horrible reviews they have.

Schlechter Service, Inspektion längst überfällig, Reifendruck niedrig... Auf den ersten Blick scheinbar schönes Auto, Kosten werden an der falschen Stelle eingespart. An jeder Ecke werden versteckte Zusatzkosten fällig, wie etwa die Reinigung am Ende. Fazit: Abzocke und nur auf den ersten Blick ein guten Schnäppchen!!! Finger weg!!

Would rate 0 if I could. Hired a car for 6 days for a really good price. We were supposed to be picked up at the airport at 7:30 and waited for 30 minutes while simultaneously calling RentAStar. These people do not pick up their phones, we called 6 times, 2 times someone answered only to have me explain the issue and then put me back in the queue just to hang up on me 5 minutes later. This happened twice. We had portuguese people calling them for us and they didn't answer them either. After waiting for 40 mins, we took a cab (at our own cost) and then waited for another 45 minutes at the agency because those people there basically work in slo-mo - it literally took them 45 minutes to have a customer pick up his rental car, unbelievable. When it was finally our turn, they told us that we would have to pay an additional charge of 50€ (which was basaically double the amount of the actual rental fee) because we arrived after 8:00. Remember, it was THEIR fault, we called them numerous times and nobody picked up the phone, we took a cab at our own cost and then these people want to charge us double the amount for something they did wrong? Plus, even if we had arrived earlier, we would have waited for 45 mins anyways so what's the sense behind that? We left and got another rental car as the cancellation fee was cheaper than if we had paid it. Plus, we didn't want to feed a bunch of scammers - because this is what this rental agency is. Can't say it often enough: DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. These people are scammers and rude - better book a more expensive car hire like Sixt or Europcar, they are way better!

ein Stern ist noch zu viel für diese Abzocker! Die Mitarbeiter sind absolut lahm, unfreundlich und inkompetent - die Autos mögen günstig sein, dafür finden sie am Ende immer etwas zum Nachberechnen, wodurch sich der Mietpreis locker verdoppelt. Nie wieder!
