Very good car hire company. I have been ripped off before by other car hire companies adding SCDW and fuel charges once you get there Etc. Go rent didn't, I paid the price I was expecting and didn't have the usual pushy/surly employee to deal with. Go Rent were courteous, had great customer service and I can't fault them at all. I would use again if I was travelling to Lisbon.

Empresa irresponsável. Fiquei esperando 2h no aeroporto e não apareceram. Passei meu número de vôo e horário e não estavam lá. Liguei e não atenderam. Eles fecham as 20h e não avisam aos clientes. Fiquei na mão.

pior empresa de aluguer que alguma x experimentei... fora qu sao uns burloes ... ate hoje fico a pagar um via verde que foi alugado e quando nao foi possivel a cobrança do mesmo no credito eles enviaram os meus dados a via verde sem seqer me informarem que nao foi possivel a cobrança e que iriam avançar por outros meios credores nadaa disoo foi feito... ou seja eu hoje pagoo umas portagens que poderia ter pago logo no balcao mas naoo pq esses burloes acham que e mais facil solicitar dados a terceiros sem qq autorizaçao...

The worst rental company in my life! 1) Payment for full tank (compulsory) costs around 20 euros more than fuel cost! 2) They given a car smaller than the booked one 3) They charged 25 euro for special cleaning. Just because little bit mud! Really normal cleaning (they also told me that they have to pay extra cleaning but they have a washing station in their warehouse!!!
