Excellent service. I hired a car for one month, then made additional extensions. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Honestly the best car rental company I have used anywhere in the world.

Collecting the vehicle was simple as has been the case other times I've used RentAuto, the vehicle I received was fine. Sadly returning the vehicle wasn't such a pleasurable experience. I arrived early at the airport with car in the same condition as I had collected and with slightly more fuel. Waited until 7am for the office to open to return the keys and parking ticket. No-one from RentAuto arrived so as advised on collection I left the keys.and ticket under the sun visor. On arriving back in the UK I found I had been charged €36.90 for early return of vehicle and when raising the issue with Zest and RentAuto I am faced with silence even with hard evidence I was still with the vehicle at 7am AutoRent official opening times. I guess if you have an early flight it may be better to look elsewhere for a company that doesn't have excessive charges for being on time. The P1 car park you return the vehicle to costs €0.95 per 15 min to a max of €13 day so not sure how this equates to €36.90 and no one from Zest or RentAuto can explain as as previously stated I'm faced with silence from both parties. I have had good experiences with RentAuto in the past but this time I have been very let down.

Good experience 1 week rental in Portugal with Rent Auto Algarve trough Zest Car Rental.
