Important for international clients: the owner speaks English very well. You can send him a email with your question or you can call him, no problem. He makes sure your car is at the airport at the time you asked. If there's a delay, he waits until you arrive. I called him, there was a delay with my luggage, no problem. The car was nice and clean, no problems with the car. I used it for 10 days. For the highway you have to pay a fee to use it. the car has a device that registrates highway use, you pay only what you owe. I left my mobile phone holder on the windshield of the car. I asked the owner if he'd send it to the Netherlands, no problem. He even paid the postage. What a great guy. Fantastic service.

Dôvera, Spoľahlivosť, Ochota. Poctivé jednanie požičovne, kde od zákazníka nepožadujú nezmyselne, len kreditnú kartu, nelákajú vás na nereálne nízku cenu, ale ponúknu vám na výber hneď niekoľko možnosti prenájmu, kde si vystačíte aj hotovosťou či debetnou kartou. Auto vám privezú na dohodnuté miesto a vrátiť ho môžete po dohode aj inde, napríklad pri odlete na letisku, atd.

Dit was het enige bedrijf dat ons een auto wilde huren zonder credit card. Vooraf elkaar in de ogen kijken en het vertrouwen in elkaar uitspreken. Een kleine borg betaald vooraf. De auto (Seat Ibiza) was schoon, zag er goed uit, had een volle tank en reed goed. Eigenaar was (Op afspraak) keurig op tijd. Het is wel handig een paar uur of een dag van tevoren een afspraak te maken. Hij zit namelijk niet de hele dag op zijn kantoor. Bij het retourneren hebben we een aantal tolwegen gebruikt waarvan hij de precieze gegevens pas 48uur later in kan zien. Samen naar schatting er prima uitgekomen en alles goed afgehandeld. 5 sterren

After contacting Paulo via email we arranged an easy pickup at the train station after coming in from Lisbon and then we were able to arrange a drop off in Faro bus station on our way to Seville. Communication was fast and service was very friendly. Paulo also went back to loo for to give us our camera that we forgot in the car.

Hired an Ibiza for 3 days. It was flawless as was my experience with Paulo and his team. Would use these guys again.

Paulo è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci ha procurato una vettura con sole 3 ore di anticipo, aspettandoci in stazione nonostante il ritardo del nostro treno. L'auto consegnataci era in buone condizioni e non ha avuto nessun problema. La riconsegna è stata rapida. Consigliatissimo.

Great rental car company! We called at last minute and they were very accomodating. They gave us a Seat Ibiza and brought it to us in the center of Faro. We were able to drop it off at the airport without a surcharge. Thank you, I definitely recommend!

C’est la première fois que je loue une voiture dans un pays quelqu’il soit et je ne peux que recommander cette agence ! Les tarifs sont très abordables, il faut compter 10 euros par jour pour une assurance tout compris et 25 euros en plus si on est un jeune conducteur. Les 2 loueurs sont disponibles, agréables et arrangeants ! On a pu prendre notre voiture en plein Faro et leur rendre à l’aéroport sans supplément le jour du départ ! N’hésitez pas à les contacter pour prendre rdv, car ils ne seront pas forcément dans leur agence à Faro du fait d’aller-retour régulier entre l’aéroport et l’agence.

We arrived on Faro train station on a Sunday afternoon and we just called the guys and asked for an available car for our 3 days stay. We didn't have any reservation and they were kind enough to rent is a Seat Ibiza and even come with the car to the train station so we can pick it up from there. 30Euro per day rental and 10euro per day for full insurance was a good price for a relatively new car - around 25000km. I am very happy with the drop off option - we weer able to drive ourselves to the airport and leave the car on the parking lot there. Thank you, i will most definitely rent with you again.

非常方便，车主人很好，价格公道，车很新很好开，不需要信用卡超高额押金。葡萄牙基本没有公共交通，旅游全靠自驾 所以非常推荐！！！！ Très bon loueur, 23€ (voiture) +10€ (assurance totale) par jour pour une Opel Corsa neuve. Pas besoin de carte de crédit si on prends l'assurance. La personne est très sympathique et c'est nécessaire d'avoir la voiture pour visiter le Portugal.

Excelente locadora de carro. Atendimento rápido, sem burocracia e com todas as informações necessárias para evitar qualquer problema durante o período do aluguel do automóvel. Fui atendido no centro de Faro, era a única locadora disponível e com o preço justo comparada às outras do aeroporto. Outro ponto positivo: devolvi o carro no aeroporto o que facilitou minha partida da cidade. Super recomendo!

We were sceptical of renting a vehicle in Portugal after a bad experience in Lisbon Airport in 2016. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received from this family run business. They delivered everything they promised. I sent them several emails before we booked questioning the possibility of unexpected ‘extra’ charges. Pablo responded quickly to all my concerns. He was there to meet us at the airport even though we arrived earlier than anticipated. He had checked our flight time and got there an hour before the time we had given him when we originally booked. Their office is not in the airport so we expected to be driven there to pick up our vehicle, but he actually had our car right there. All paperwork was ready for signatures, and there was no problem when we said we wouldn’t be needing the extra insurance for travel to Spain. He just adjusted the invoice accordingly. No fuss, No muss. Best car rental experience ever!

De eigenaar is erg vergeetachtig en slordig. Hij kon de zaken niet afhandelen in zijn kantoor omdat hij de sleutel van zijn 'office' was vergeten. Daardoor moesten wij op straat belangrijke documenten tekenen. Dat vind ik erg slordig. Daarnaast was hij er niet toen wij de auto wilde terug brengen. Wij moesten 1,5 uur wachten, omdat hij bezig was een auto af te leveren. Hij wilde ons voor onze verloren vakantie tijd niet compenseren. Verder was de auto prima.

Goede nette auto. Correcte afhandeling. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Aanrader.
