The customer service here is subpar. Upon arrival, the two men working there were not very open or friendly, instead they seemed annoyed to be working there and indifferent to the fact that we were providing them such a significant amount of business on a slow day. The check out procedure for our vehicles took over an hour while we waited in the blazing heat outside - ridiculous! Before we drove off, they did a quick inspection of the vehicles, basically a quick eye scan, and had us sign the paperwork to rent. When we were discussing taking note of the current scratches already on the bike before signing with one another, one of the two employees interrupted and said he didn’t really care for the minor scratches and we had no need to worry. I should mention that we also purchased insurance on all of our vehicles which was extra and we were additionally required to put down 100 Euro deposits for each vehicle. When we returned the vehicles after a few hours, the same two employees thoroughly inspected each vehicle, crouching down and getting up close to examine every single scratch - the exact opposite of that quick scan from earlier. They ended up refusing to issue us one of our 100 Euro deposits back, citing that we had scratched the vehicles and pointing at random minor scratches (photos attached). When we said we didn’t cause those scratches, they refused to listen and told us that if they didn’t charge us, then the company would take it out of their pay?! What nonsense! Honestly, this place is a scam. They wrongly charged us an extra 100 Euro by blaming us for false damages because we had purchased the insurance and already given deposits. Don’t buy the insurance - they’ll charge you and keep your deposit anyway. Actually, don’t buy anything from here, find a different place. This place is a SCAM.

Falta uma montra mais atraente, e mais organização no lugar. Lugar muito pequeno.

Mit Sym Fiddle 3 eine Woche 874 km gefahren und keine Probleme. Nette Leute und jederzeit zu empfehlen :-)

Great guys, we rented 2 scooters, first a suzuki for 3 days, and then a Sym for 3 days. We even did 500 km in 3 days on the Sym :) the guys are helpfull, an respectfull. Only thing is, you have to treat the scooters like its yours. Dont crash, scratch or abuse the scooters, you have to pay, i understand. Take the extra insurrance, and youre save.
