Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und sehr zentral. Eine gewisse Auswahl war beim Frühstück vorhanden. Bei der Organisation des Frühstückes könnte noch optimiert werden.

We needed a room for one night in Lisbon in order to catch a morning flight. The 7 Hotel was perfect for our needs. Our room was very small. The bathroom was super clean. Breakfast was good and the desk staff was pleasant. Central location with a bus stop right out the front door. Would definitely stay again but would get larger room if more than overnight.

Hôtel qui offre les services nėcessaires sans prétention pour profiter des charmes de Lisbonne. Le vrai plus de lhôtel est sa localisation.Dommage que la climatisation soit bruyante et que la vue de notre chambre donne sur un mur.

L’hôtel est bien situé. Si vous faites une sieste durant l’après-midi il y a de la construction chez le voisin. Ceci pourrait vous incommoder.

Lage des Hotels ideal. Frühstück ok. Das Bufet wird bis zum Schluß ständig aufgefüllt. Zimmer zum Hinterhof mit Milchglasscheiben, dass man wohl den Anblick auf die zerfallene Fassade des Nachbargebäudes nicht ertragen muss.Personal, je nachdem an wen man gerät, mal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und mal nicht.

Tolle zentrale Lage. Ruhiges geräumiges Zweibettzimmer in den Hinterhof mit typischer Aussicht für Lissabon. Aber dafür war es eben ruhig! Der Frühstücksraum war gut abgetrennt vom Der Hotellobby und mit ausreichend Platz versehen. Das Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

À notre arrivée, on nous indique que la chambre n’est pas prête. Elle ne le sera qu’à 14 h/15 h.
Quand nous en prenons possession à 14 h 30, énorme déception. Chambre petite, obscure (fenêtre aveugle donnant sur une cour et un immeuble à l’abandon). À peine arrivée, nous avons dû quitter la chambre en raison de travaux très bruyants à proximité. Heureusement, nous n’avons réservé que pour 2 nuits !!!!
Vu le prix de la chambre, nous nous attendions à autre chose.

Lage ist perfekt für alle Unternehmungen. Nicht gefallen hat uns das sehr spärliche Frühstücksbuffet und das Badezimmer in unserem Hotelzimmer.

Hôtel jouissant d'une situation idéale dans le centre historique de la ville, à 5 minutes à pied de la Place du Commerce et à 2 minutes de la station de métro Baixa-Chiado. Arrêt de différents bus juste devant l'hôtel.
Les chambres à la décoration moderne et élégante sont très calmes même si elles donnent sur la rue (double vitrage) et d'une propreté irréprochable. Elles sont équipées d'un mini-bar, d'un écran plat et d'un coffre-fort. La literie est très bonne. La salle de bain spacieuse est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne, d'un sèche-cheveux et d'un miroir grossissant.
Le petit déjeuner est très complet avec du sucré, du salé et même quelques produits sans gluten.
Le personnel est très accueillant et très serviable.
Séjour au top!

The location of the 7 hotel is good. We booked a king room and ended up with a twin closet. I understand cities and small spaces. It would have been nice to at least get comfortable twin beds. My bed had about a 4" sag. Room 205. Still here now. The shower is trimmed in old mold under silicone caulk. There are exactly 2 little pegs in the bathroom to hang a smaller towel. No wash cloths. Next to no soap amenities. The complimentary breakfast at 7:30 was still being setup around 8:00. Coffee machine broken. I guess we are here on a bad week. We aren't having the same experience as other reviewers. The pictures is see from others must be from a photographer. Lisbon is a great city. I'd just suggest another hotel option

Nei pressi del centro di Lisbona è vicino alla metro infatti il suo costo (50€ a notte) è giustificato dall'ottima posizione. Camera piccola, no bidet, solo 50cl di acqua gratis una tantum. Colazione scarsa, poca scelta e pochissima qualità (bevande calde da distributore automatico, banchetto del cibo ai minimi sindacali). 3 stelle solo per la posizione.

The hotel is in near the downtown Lisbon. Great walking distance to good restaurants, shops, the port, Alfama... The hotel staff was great, friendly and very helpful with anything I asked. The room was nice with a small kitchenette if you wanted to cook or heat something up. The room was clean. I was high up and it was hot but I was able to open the windows for fresh air. Just a bit noisy on the street side. Would highly recommend it.

Brand new boutique hotel in the heart of the old town of Lisbon. Walking distance to many tourist attractions. Small room but super friendly staff. A bit too touristy for me for an extended stay but nevertheless, pleasant.

Foi uma maravilhosa surpresa, pois reservei este hotel para nossa última viagem sem saber nada dele. O preço foi bom pq reservei com mta antecedência. A localização é maravilhosa, com ponto de ônibus na frente, estação de metrô pertinho, bem no centro, perto de tudo, podendo ir à peh para a maioria dos lugares. Ótimas instalações, bom café da manhã com variedade e opções sem glúten, gostei, recomendo e voltarei.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral und man kann vieles unternehmen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und das Bad auch. Außerdem ging Ende Dezember die Beheizung im Zimmer nicht und trotz täglicher Reklamation an der Rezeption bei unterschiedlichen Personen wurde der Fehler nicht behoben und uchh kein anderes Zimmer angeboten.

Stayed here when in Lisboa. Very well located, boutique type hotel in the Chiava area. They were extending this hotel, so it will be a lot easier for booking. Fairly expensive but this is Lisbon and everything is expensive here compared to the Eastern Algarve.

Esse hotel deveria ser 5 estrelas! Lugar limpo, cheiroso e conta com um café da manhã delicioso. Fora o atendimento que é de primeira. Já fui 2 vezes pra Portugal, fiquei as 2 no hotel e na próxima com ctz é lá que vou ficar. Recomendo.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. Only downside was the street view room we had were flanked by scaffolding and had construction going on from about 6am to 6pm, although no fault of the hotel. Still was a little under pleasant.

Personal immer hilfsbereit.Bei der Zimmerreinigung kommt das Personal zeitlich nicht hinterher. Unser Zimmer war teilweise um 18:00 noch nicht gemacht.Der Teppich am Bett gehört in den Müll, stark verschmutzt.Gute Schallschutzfenster, da Hotel an Hauptstrasse. Den Verkehr haben wir nicht gehört.Frühstücksbuffet einfach aber ausreichend.Vom Hotel kann man sehr gut zu Fuß viele Ausfüge machen. Und nach Belem für 7 Eur mit Taxi..Ich würde wieder dieses Hotel reservieren.

The hotel was well located, clean and comfortable at a good rate. The staff were warm and helpful. Breakfast had a more than decent variety. This isn't a luxury hotel, but definitely 4 stars. I would stay again.

We stayed at this Hotel in August 2018 for 5 nights. Loved the location and reception staff are very friendly breakfast was good and the location is just central so you can walk to all the places. Clean and spacious rooms. Our special thanks to the lady on the reception who helped us with tours etc.

Best location in the very heart of the city. Big, spacious room, excellent sound insulation -zero noise form the street and neighbouring construction site. Good breakfast, helpful staff. Tip: take your own taxi to and from the airport -much cheaper.

Tolles, modernes Hotel und super Service. Es liegt sehr zentral und man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Ansonsten ist es sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebundene (direkt am Hotel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle). Unser Zimmer war direkt zur Straße gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Pluspunkt: Das WLAN ist super schnell :-)

트립닷컴에서 이 호텔을 예약했었습니다. 호텔에 도착하니 리모델링 공사중이었고 숙박을 할 수 없으니 거리가 먼 다른 호텔로 가라는 통보를 받았습니다. 직원이 리스트를 가지고 있던걸로 보아 다른 손님들에게도 사전 통보 없이 이런식으로 보낸 것 같았습니다. 호텔과 트립닷컴은 서로 본인들 잘못이 아니라며 중간회사 잘못이라며 책임을 떠넘겼습니다. 호텔측이든, 트립닷컴측이든, 중간회사이든 누구라도 최소한 예약일 전날에라도 메일 또는 메세지로 호텔은 공사중이며 다른 호텔에서 묵게 된다는 것을 미리 알려줬어야 합니다. 말단 직원 배치 시켜놓고 고객 응대 하게 하는건 뭐하는겁니까? 리모델링 공사를 갑자기 하는 것도 아니고 몇개월전에 알수 있는 일을 통보도 없이, 당일 현지 호텔에 도착해서야 알게 되는건 지금껏 여행에서 겪은 경험중 최악3에 꼽힙니다.
상식적이지 못한 일 처리에 받은 스트레스와 날린 시간들... 서비스업인데 앞으로는 절대 이렇게 일하지 않길 바랍니다. 피해 입는 숙박객들을 생각 해보세요.

It is a great place to stay in Lisbon right in the heart of all the restaurant s and only a two minute walk to the main square
Sadly the kitchen was closed for refurbishment and breakfast was not available we did get a refund however the room was clean and bathroom was too.room was on the small side but I believe this is normal in Lisbon

Ακριβώς δίπλα σε έναν από τους κεντρικούς σταθμούς του μετρό, στο κέντρο της καρδιάς της πόλης,τα έχεις όλα δίπλα σου (διασκέδαση, φαγητό, ψώνια)στα 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια.Κλασσικο ξενοδοχείο 3 αστεριών, πάρα πολύ καθαρό στα δωμάτια αλλά και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους,με αρκετά άνετα δωμάτια με μεγάλα άνετα κρεβάτια,και με πάρα πολύ καλό κλιματισμό,το προσωπικό ευγενικό,και πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει σε οποιαδήποτε απορία και οποιαδήποτε ώρα της ημέρας,σαν κτίριο είναι κάποιον χρόνων,αλλά είναι διατηρημένο σε άριστη κατάσταση,από της καλύτερες επιλογές για διαμονή στην πόλη από όποια πλευρά να το δεις,το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

A cadeia 7hotel avalia mal Lisboa e a sua gama turística.
Um hotel na Rua Áurea, no coração Pombalino de Lisboa, não é o mesmo que no coração de Paris ou mesmo de Londres. Os quartos têm acesso interior a outros, sem privacidade e muito pequenos e a cheirar a esgoto. Embora low cost é um péssimo alojamento hoteleiro.
7hotel tem de melhorar muito ou não passará de uma pensãozeca de meia tigela em Lisboa. Uma lástima...
Face à resposta recebida do 7Hotel, esclareço que reservei um quarto com vista para a Rua do Ouro (Áurea), um Twin. Porém, do quarto ao lado ouviam-se ruídos, tosse, o caminhar no quarto e o manuseamento de objetos, mal insonorisado, portanto. Associámos esta situação de ausência de privacidade à existência de uma porta de comunicação entre os dois quartos, que apesar de fechada à chave, retirava a tranquilidade e privacidade necessárias.
Há ainda discriminação "bacoca" no tocante a reservas e pagamento do alojamento. Não cabe na cabeça a ninguém que se tenha de enviar por qualquer meio o código do cartão de crédito para garantir a reserva e nem ainda, contrariamente ao que verifiquei in loco, que eu tivesse de pagamento adiantado no check in e ainda por cima sem que me tivessem dado de imediato o recibo e só no check out.
O 7Hotel tem de ter colaboradores melhor formados em Portugal.

Un día regresamos a las 3:30 pm al cuarto y no estaba listo y veníamos muy cansadas de caminar todo el día. Otro día le pregunté a la persona del check in si podía reservar taxi para el aeropuerto el día de mi check out a las 5:10 am y me dijo que no se podía. Creo que deberían mejorar esos detalles de atención al turista. También comentar que al término de la estancia se cobra una tasa turística de 10 euros, yo no tengo problema en pagarla, pero si me hubieran advertido en el check in, hubiera reservado los 20 euros en mi presupuesto. Lo que sí está excelente es la ubicación del hotel y el desayuno.

Fantastic location, very helpful a freindly staff. Room was compact but had everything. Hotel Wifi was exceptionally good. Only slight comment was signs of damp around the window frame. Only noticed it when going to open the window. Everything else was spotless. One last comment was that the advertised prebooked hotel/airport transfer prices at the desk were significantly more than the cab fair we paid by hailing a city cab outside the door.

Reservamos una noche en este hotel de Lisboa. Por motivos médicos no pudimos acudir, por lo que cancelamos nuestra reserva (la realizamos a través de booking). A pesar de que habíamos elegido la opción de pagar en el alojamiento, sin pagos por adelantado, y tras cancelar nuestra reserva después de intentar contactar varias veces con el alojamiento para avisar, nos cobraron el importe íntegro de la estancia. Después de un mes y medio de luchas telefónicas a través de Booking, y tras recibir la respuesta por parte del hotel de que me devolverían el 50% de importe, no lo hicieron. Tuvo que ser booking quien se hiciese responsable de la devolución de dicho importe. Un trato horrible al cliente. En resumen, unos irresponsables y unos mentirosos. 0 recomendable.

WHEN: Our stay at The 7 was October 7-10 2019.
SERVICE: The front desk was great - I couldn't get in touch with a restaurant that I wanted reservations for, and the Front Desk did it for me before our arrival.
ROOMS: Smallish, but tidy. The outer rooms with the city views are better than the interior. Bathrooms have been updated. Serviceable.
OTHER: Breakfast was good - staff changed out the variety a little bit each day, and they always had mini pasteis de nata available, which was quite nice.
SUMMARY: One of the best features is location - a quick walk to Praca Commercio, trams, subway - very convenient.

The hotel was in an excellent location, within easy reach of many of the sights. It was very close to the Metro and easy walking distance to the train station of Rossio. . The room was clean and airy. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good and catered for both cooked and continental food.

This hotel is clean and has all the facilities you could need. For the cost of staying there, it is actually very reasonable. Our room was very small, but this wasn’t really an issue, it was really only somewhere to sleep. The best thing about this hotel is the location, which absolutely perfect. Would happily stay there again.

가성비 갑 호텔. 평지에 있으며 광장, 언덕 쪽으로 접근성이 뛰어남. 방도 깔끔하고 에어컨도 잘 동작했고, 얼마 되지 않지만 방이나 화장실안에 있던 어메니티들을 무료로 사용할 수 있었음. 조식도 종류가 다양하지 않지만 괜찮았음. 리스본에 다시 온다면 또 머무를 생각이 있음. 굳.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und günstig gelegen. Unser Zimmer war extrem klein und hatte kaum Tageslicht, da es nach hinten rausging und der Blick direkt auf eine naheliegende Mauer war. Dadurch war es aber auch sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. Ausstattung war sehr gut und es war auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Für eine Städtetour braucht es nicht mehr!

Decent enough and clean room. The best part of this hotel was definitely the location and how proximate it was to everything. The staff were nice and service was good overall. Found it annoying that they nickle and dimed for things like coffee/espresso and breakfast, whereas we stayed in other places that were just as good, while being 30% less per night and included breakfast and coffee. Probably wouldn't return here and would prefer tl go stay in a airbnb like place next time.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Lissabon! Das Hotel liegt zentral an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, durch die guten Fenster ist der Lärm kaum hörbar. Klimaanlage im Zimmer und Dachfenster im Badezimmer zum Hinterhof stellen die Belüftung des Zimmers sicher. Wir würden dieses Hotel bei einem weiteren Besuch wieder buchen.

Hotel MARAVILHOSO. Me arrependo de não ter ficado nele por mais tempo. Quarto extremamente limpo, bonito é bem decorado. Muito aconchegante é bem localizado. Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre ville, à quelques mètres seulement du métro baixa. Un personnel aimable serviable et souriant, parlant même quelques mots de français, surtout à l'accueil. Le petit déjeuner était complet et délicieux !! La chambre est spacieuse, propre et moderne mais très mal insonorisee, aussi bien sur l'extérieur que l'intérieur, ce qui fait malheureusement perdre 2 étoiles à ma notation. L'insonorisation extérieure est assez bonne mais c'est une rue très passante et étant au 1er étage cela n'a pas suffit à atténuer le bruit de bus, camions, touristes, klaxons, travaux... De la rue. Pour ce qui est de l'intérieur nous avons entendu chaque mot de la discussion des voisins, chaque toux, chaque éternuement, la cuillère qui mélangeait le café le matin les ronflements, les rideaux qui coulissent... Ce qui est très désagréable !! Trop dommage pour un établissement qui a pourtant tout pour lui...

Sorpresa al llegar, ¡que nuestra habitación al subir ha sido usada! ¿Cómo puede ser si estaba reservada desde la noche anterior?. En la recepción, sólo nos dan excusas. El mismo error para otra pareja de amigos. Día perdido por cancelación de vuelo, y mañana perdida en Lisboa por incompetencia del hotel. Y ahora nos vamos por una cerveza, Lisboa no tiene culpa

very happy with my 2 nights stay. the check-in was easy and staff very welcoming and friendly. the hotel is easy to get to from airport (the airport bus stops about 2 blocks from hotel and a taxi is about 15-20 mins ride). the room was very clean, had everything you needed for a simple stay in Lisbon. was not too big or too small, perfect size for the price. I was on the 4th fl overlooking the front of the building, did not experience any loud noises at night.

Un établissement récent de présentation soignée et particulièrement propre. Chambre de taille correcte avec un grand placard-penderie et coffre-fort. La literie quant à elle est parfaite. La salle de bain comportant douche et toilettes est assez étroite mais est bien équipée avec différents produits offerts ; en revanche, il ny a pas de place pour poser ses objets de toilette personnels. Le petit déjeuner, sans être pantagruélique, est suffisant en produits sucrés et salés.Ce qui semble un peu mesquin, cest que dans le hall daccueil est proposé un plateau de courtoisie avec thé et café mais il est payant ; en revanche, une boisson désaltérante au citron est à discrétion. Lensemble du personnel est particulièrement aimable.

Pasamo 3 noches en este hotel el pasado enero. Está super bien ubicado. Es un hotel muy nuevo, en donde las instalaciones están impecables. El personal es muy atento y el check in fue muy rápido y cómodo. El check out también fue muy bueno y nos facilitaron un shuttle al aeropuerto a un costo muy conveniente. O hotel é engraçado, embora no site só apareçam os melhores quartos. Fiquei num quarto no sótão do hotel junto do elevador, que o guarda fatos não cabe um vestido pois fica pousado no chão. A altura do guarda-fatos ou roupeiro com lhe queiram chamar não tem a altura necessária, Para além disso o meu filho com 11 anos batia com a cabeça no tecto já para não falar de mim e do meu marido.
A funcionária da recepção D. Patrícia Cabaço, não tem qualificações para estar à frente do balcão é mal educada, insolente. O que faz com que as recordações do hotel sejam muito más.
Não recomendo este hotel, ao fim de semana esta entregue a esta funcionária sem qualquer competência para o cargo, o director o chefe de recepção e o assessor da direcção não trabalha ao fim de semana, por isso os clientes só podem falar com uma pessoa mal formada. Com a mesma localização tem hotéis similares com gente profissional e atentos as necessidades dos clientes. Por isso optem ou outros como por exemplo Browns Central Hotel, Vincci Baixa, Brown's downtown etc.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, perfekt zentral gelegen und direkt an der U-Bahn Station. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war völlig neu und perfekt sauber. Wir hatten allerdings ein Zimmer ohne Aussicht, hatten das aber bei der Buchung auch nicht als Wunsch angegebenen. Und es gab viele Steckdosen! Auf jeder Seite des Betts 2 oder drei und insgesamt sicher mehr als 10. Endlich ein Hotel das begriffen hat, dass man heute seine Geräte gerne überall, auch im Bett, aufladen will.
