L'hôtel est très bien organisé, Pas mal de services non payants comme le bar en chambre. Piscine et salle de sport bien équipée. L'établissement manque peu être juste de modernité, comme les ascenseurs ils commencent à dater.

Avis assez partagé mais plutôt positif pour cet hôtel . L' équipement est assez bon : Belle piscine intérieure , jacuzzi , sauna ,salle de sport , un agréable roof top , un super petit-déjeuner , un restaurant haut de gamme , parking en sous-sol à 13 Euros par jour , un service en chambre gratuit à prix raisonnables . Pour les points négatifs : Déco un peu vieillotte , chambre et sdb qui auraient besoin d' un petit coup de neuf , joint de baignoire noircis , pare douche pas étanche , pas de prises prés des lits et isolation acoustique côté sdb très moyenne .Néanmoins l' emplacement est bien et assez calme . L' accueil est bon et certains parlent différentes langues . Le rapport qualité prix est bon .

Das Hotel liegt zentral in Lissabon und die Metrostation Avenida ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Der Service ist in allen Bereichen sehr gut, die Zimmer sind sauber, zweckmäßig und absolut in Ordnung.
Das Frühstück ist herausragend; die Auswahl lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Im obersten Stockwerk befindet sich ein Restaurant und eine exzellente Bar mit einem aussichtsreichen Außenbereich.
Würde bei einem nochmaligen Lissabonbesuch auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel absteigen.

Das Hotel fanden wir ziemlich gut. Wir kamen schon ein paar Stunden verspätet im Hotel an, jedoch war unser Zimmer noch nicht bereit. Wir mussten erst 20Minuten warten bis wir ein Zimmer bekamen. Nun der Schock, dieses Zimmer war schon besetzt. Nach einer Reklamation an der Rezeption und weiteren 10Minuten Wartezeit bekamen wir endlich unser richtiges Zimmer. Es war modern eingerichtet. Jedoch war das Hotel sehr hellhörig und auch der Lärm von draussen war immer wieder zu hören. In der einen Nacht war der Strassenlärm sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten war das Personal ganz freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Many thanks to Carla, Diogo and all the staff at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon for making our stay 19 - 26 Feb 2019 very special. Chris and I were celebrating a special birthday and family anniversary. We were upgraded to a suite which was out of this world with chocolates delivered to our room everyday. Nothing was too much trouble,we really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Stayed there several nights as part of an OAT tour. First class operation! The hotel is modern, clean, and the service was excellent. Its central location makes getting around Lisbon easier. Great restaurants both in the hotel and within walking distance.

Erreur daffection de nos bagages à la prise de la chambre lit supplémentaire de petite taille si vous faites plus d1,75m optez pour une vraie chambre triple si vous êtes 3 adultes déçue par le maître dhôtel qui na rien fait pour arranger la situation la TV ne fonctionnait pas le robinet deau chaude trop dur avons dû être aidées. Pas dannonce de la réduction possible si repas au restaurant de lhôtel impossible de se la faire appliquer au moment de la note bonnet de bain obligatoire pour accéder à la piscine facturé 1,80€ sur place. Points positifs espace détente piscine agréable personnel du restaurant bistrot et du bar du 12eme étage agréable formule dîner de la semaine très bons coup de main pour une réservation restaurant extérieur. Hôtel bien placé dans les hauteurs il faut par contre bien marcher pour se rendre au bord du Tage et dans les quartiers de lAlfama et du Bario Alto mais la ville est très belle

Great hotel with views across Lisbon and down to the sea. The room was spacious and I enjoyed the toiletries and coffee selection. The pillows were very comfortable and the bed was good too. Would definitely come and stay again!

Beautiful Hotel ! Service is top ! Really friendly staff , room service fast and nice . People here speaks really good English and French. Breakfast is really good with lot of food . However restaurant is not so nice it Looks A bit old . The plates and presentation of meals are old fashion like 80's . Music is to calm and somewhere far away . And funny same wine at the bar cost 4.5 in restaurant same 6 € . Rooms are perfect and spacious but bathroom... hmm shod be renovated. Great parking service . For birthday of my bf we were really nice surprised because we received from the hotel small bottle of #champagne and cake ! So nice ❤

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel fut très agréable le personnel est vraiment tres agréable, a lécoute, réactif il ny a rien à dire. Le petit déjeuner cest tous les jours la même chose cest bien dommage... et la propreté de la chambre laisse a désirer, la moquette dans la chambre vraiment sale, dans la salle de bain les joints de la baignoire à refaire. Sinon séjour agréable car le personnel au top.

Everything was great, but my only concern is their maid room scheduled as most days we were gone the whole day and coming back at 4 or 5pm and the room was still not done. Maybe not enough staff or short of staff for the holiday season.

Rausgefallen aus Marriott/Sheraton-Programm, offensichtlich aufgrund Wartungsstau...alles im 80er/90er-Style und etwas durch. "Kostenloser Flughafenshuttle" endet teilweise schon am frühen Nachmittag, daher für uns nutzlos. SPA besser als nix, aber auch nicht überragend, eher basic.

Me hospedei no Altis Suítes, é a msm companhia, porém oq muda é q fica no prédio ao lado do Altis Grand hotel. Podiamos usar a piscina, ofurô do Grand, mas era preciso sair do prédio p usufruir desse lazer. O Altis Suítes, é bem limpo, e dispõe de serviços de lavanderia(cobrado a parte) café da manhã, o pessoal da recepção é bem solicito em passar informações dos pontos turísticos da cidade.

Great hotel near the main Aveneida in the centre of Lisbon. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in early December when it was a bit quieter than normal. We got a suite that had a bed, 2 TVs a large bathroom a sitting area and dining table. The mini bar was also provided free of charge. On arrival the staff showed us the room and how everything worked whilst another brought up our bags. There was a half bottle of port provided as a welcome along with 4 custard tarts- specialties of the region. There was also a nespresso machine and free bottled water. The bed was the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. Pool and spa areas were also quite nice. If anything the decor of the hotel was a bit dark and 70s for my taste. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Viajo muitooo, ja fui em varios hoteis mais este me foi o maximo adorei Sempre que for pra Portugal ficarei ai sim, todo pessoal muito simpatico recepcao nota mil, estou a recomendar as minhas clientes pequeno almoço bem rechiado amei... O hotel ofereceu me um bolinho e uma garrafa de champagne por ser meu aniverssario. Sem palavras.

Serviço excelente! Boa localização, com acesso fácil a todos os pontos turísticos da cidade. O Uber foi a melhor opção de locomoção, mas também é possível explorar bastante coisa à pé, se tiver disposição.
O hotel oferece um café da manhã excelente, um bom SPA, sempre tem algum agrado no decorrer da estadia, como um chá, água ou champagne à disposição na recepção. Alguns quartos também recebem agrados inesperados como um vinho com tábua de frios.

Das Personal va im Frühstücksbereich ist außerordentlich bemüht. Köstliches Frühstück, gutes Service.saunabereich ist nicht wirklich abgetrennt vom.poolbereich.Kein nacktbereich.im Pool badehaubenpflicht.käuflich erwerbbar. Kids dürfen ab 18 Uhr nicht in den Pool.
Gratis hotelshuttle ist so gut wie nicht möglich. Die shuttlezeiten sind fernab der Flüge.
Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr kalt.ebenso das Badezimmer.Die landesübliche 5 stern e sind ok.
Die einkaufstraßen sind in 25 min zufuss erreichbar .
Die barpreise im.12 St. sind hoch .
Das Restaurant im 12.st öffnet spät.19.30 Uhr.

Altis Grand Hotel est un hôtel 5 étoiles qui, je trouve, les mérite. De nombreux bars et restaurants, un spa, une salle de sport, un coiffeur homme/femme, une terrasse avec un bar au-dessus de l'hôtel (Garden Roof Bar), une galerie d'art, un vendeur de céramiques... Un accueil très soigné, le ménage des chambres impeccable, de nombreux systèmes et installations sympathiques (mini-bar dans la chambre, machine à café, nombreuses installations sur la télévision), cet hôtel a un style que je trouve beau. Les femmes de chambres, employés et les serveurs de restaurants sont toujours là pour nous aider, ils parlent EN GÉNÉRAL le portugais, l'anglais, le français (un peu)... Cet hôtel est luxueux!
Je le conseille même si les nuits sont chères.
C'est un excellent hôtel.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé, proche du métro et de l'avenue principale. Le personnel est hyper sympa et bienveillant.Quel fut la joie de mon fils de trouver un gâteau d'anniversaire dans notre chambre. C'est une très belle attention. Merci pour ce geste. Sinon le petit dej est top, il y en a pour tous les gouts, aussi bien sucré que salé. La piscine, sauna et salle de gym top. Je reviendrai surement.

Fantastic hotel with only a few things to improve.
The breakfast buffet is one of the best i've come across in the past years. Everything you need and a bit more. Scrambled eggs, cold cuts incl. smoked salmon, different styles of fresh baked bread, Nescafé Capsule Coffee (however i would prefer any coffee with less garbage), 10+ sorts of tea, different kinds of danish, cereals, etc.
The roof top bar is closed on sundays what doesn't really matter, as the second bar has a terrace too and is right below the roof top.
Rooms were renovated just a few years ago, they are quiet and clean, just the fact that there are carpets might be disturbing.
Very attentive staff all around and a lot of them!
If you complain about rude and unattentive staff i would guess you stayed in a different hotel or i suggested you considering that tipping is not a town in China! ;-)

The husband to the owner of the hotel was the most unprofessional, rude and ignorant person i have ever encountered. I would not recommend this property to anyone if this person is allowed to behave in this manner to guests, groups and/or corporate clients. It is a terrible and embarrassing face and identity to put on any business, especially a supposed 5 star property. L'Altis Grand Hôtel n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoile. Nous avons attendu jusqu'à 16h avant d'avoir nos chambres, et celles-ci ne convenaient pas à ce que nous avions demandé. La piscine et le spa sont médiocres, d'une propreté douteuse. Il est d'ailleurs obligatoire d'y porter un bonnet de bain, demande superflue et désagréable.

We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel. What stood out to us the most is the people. This hotel has the amazing staff. They were always smiling and willing to lend assistance. Upon entry there is always someone at the door ready to help you. I would rate this 5 star because of the friendly staff.

Guest Services has tried valiantly to find my wife's luggage. Isabel is diligent. Hotel is clean and updated, but there are items that could have been attended to, like loose door handles and room night curtains that would not close fully. All in all, still a 4+ star hotel.

This is actually quite a nice and relaxing hotel. But their idea of a balcony isn’t exactly ideal (1m by 1m and it has all the noise of the air conditions) Apart from that it has a semi-decent breakfast, the rooms are kinda small but cozy and the bathrooms are alright. A 15 to 20 minute walk to the old city and many things to see. I do recommend taking a tuk tuk around the city as you can see all the attractions and stuff, in a Portuguese style. Back to the hotel, the pool is very nice but children must get out by 6pm... idk why but yeah. There is a nice jacuzzi that is very relaxing and quite a few deck chairs to relax on. Overall I would give this a 4 Star. (The pool is saving it from 3 star)

Un 5 étoile pour cette hotel 5 étoile .parfait. Le personnel est à l'écoute des desirs de ses clients.Le room service n est pas trop cher et les plats sont délicieux.Les petits déjeuners sont variés et copieux.salés sucrés. Un vrai brunch! L hôtel est propre .Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréable. Les femmes de chambres sont méticuleuse et soigné. Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour et j espère y retourne un jour .Un grand bravo à tous le personnel.

This hotel is good location being about a 10 minute drive from any of the major attractions in Lisbon. The restaurant is gorgeous and the food delicious. The bar is also great but disappointed that the roof top bar was closed during our stay as this looked stunning on pictures. Staff went above and beyond and the room was a great size!

Great hotel, lovely staff and good location to see lisbon. Strange rule about showercaps in the jacuzzi and pool, charged us €25 to check out at 4pm instead of the usual midday, and pretty expensive room service, spa treatments and bar prices- unsure if this also extended to restaurant as we didn't eat there. But thats to be expected in 5 star most likely. Very comfy bed, immpecably clean and overall good choice for hotel!

Good location with easy access to transport links and a pleasant walk along the Avenida to the waterfront (around 30 minutes - and relatively flat!)The room was much noisier than I would expect for a hotel of this standard - although it's a quiet setting, there didn't seem to be much sound-proofing (the cars outside were rather noisy, and I could hear all the plumbing noises very loudly from neighbouring rooms)

Real luxury in a 5 star hotel. Great spa facilities for the guest to use, but slight disappointment as I couldn't get any treatments at short notice as most slots were booked up. Amazing views from the roof terrace. The hotel went the extra mile by surprising me on my birthday with complimentary cake and champange, a very high class chocolate cake, I might add, waiting for me in my room when we returned from a wonderful evening of listening to funky Fada music in Alfama. (Sadly, I never got to taste the cake as I left it in the room's mini bar fridge, but THANK YOU SO MUCH!)The hotel was slightly away from where I wanted to be in Lisbon, the more art areas of Bairra Alta and Alfama, but a fifteen minute walk got us there.

The hotel is in a good location close to a metro and lots of eating options. The rooms are agood size but the bed in our room despite raising twice with the front disk was rubbish. It was lumpy and the springs were non existant. not the type of bed expected at a 4* hotel!
The spa was good with a small pool and a sauna etc. Breakfast was good witha varied buffet selection.
All in all an ok hotel, spoilt by the bed, it was rubbish

Excellent séjour, nous avions passé 2 nuits et tout c’est très bien passé. L’accueil au top, hôtel très beau, personnel très pro, les 2 restaurants étaient excellent surtout celui du 12 étage avec une vue imprenable. Je tiens vraiment à vous remercier pour l’attention toute particulière apportée à ma mère pour le jour de son anniversaire ( gateau et cocktails déposés en chambre le jour J ) Encore merci.

Piscine et spa très appréciés, idéal pour se détendre après une bonne journée passée à visiter Lisbonne. Idée judicieuse : après 18h, la piscine est interdite aux enfants, les adultes peuvent ainsi se reposer dans le calme.

Alloggiato in camera all 11 piano..bella visuale sulla citta'. Buon albergo e ottimo personale..deludente la zona spa dove la piscina si e' rivelata un po' piccina...6×6 con altezza di 1.20 cm dove vige l obbligo della cuffia.. in camera pure la macchina del caffe' nespresso con ben 3 capsule di caffe' x l intero soggiorno!!!!! Mai portato altre.. grazie a dio ogni sera al rientro abbiamo sempre trovato una bottiglia di porto o prosecco con i dolcetti tipici!!! Mi raccomando la carta di credito!!! Abbiamo chiesto di pagare subito in contanti al nostro arrivo e la cosa sembrava non molto gradita!! Comprese nella nostra camera avevo le consumazioni al bar del 12 piano dalle 19 alle 21 con stuzzichini e tartine!!! Visto solo patatine e noccioline!!!!

Loved the rooms they are spacious even though I booked the standard rooms but they were great and the good thing about the rooms has double doors meaning as you enter by the door there was a small corridor where the washroom is and then you will find the door to enter the room itself so by closing both doors you get the best sound proofing room ever. You can open the windows for extra flow of air. I got the street view and it was fine. Loved the hotel.

O hotel reúne uma boa infraestrutura com três restaurantes, bar, café da manhã bastante variado e quartos impecavelmente limpos. Quem vai alugar carro em Lisboa se prepare para pagar o estacionamento por fora das diárias. Para almoço ou jantar recomendamos o restaurante do térreo. Peça o risoto de camarão, uma delicia.

Reception staffs are very friendly and helpful, including showing local store locations, such as supermarkets or drug store. Room service is neat and efficient.
Except welcome gift, hotel room does not provide free room coffee, unless requested for fee paid coffee supply. However, Superior Deluxe Room and above do have complimentary afternoon drink and little bites, such as cheese, snack or other.
Bathrooms is relatively comfortable with amenities, including tooth brushes and paste but no hair comb. However, shower bath has NO door, and that is relatively unusual for 5-star hotel.

Nous avions une petite suite. Plutôt jolie mais climatisation un peu bruyante et pas très efficace. Un peu de rafraîchissement ne ferait pas de mal.
Nous avons apprécié les boissons offertes dans le mini bar et la petite terrasse. Dommage qu'elle ne soit pas aménagée.
La piscine est vraiment agréable.
La nourriture du room service est vraiment mauvaise (pizza et pasta) et donc cher pour ce que c'est.
Nous avons également apprécié le transfert gratuit à l'aéroport.

Defectos importantes para un hotel de esta categoria:no te aseguran disponer de plaza en el parking, asi que regresar cada dia al hotel con el coche era una aventura.En una habitacion presuntamente triple la tercera cama era un camastro donde no se podia dormir. Los colchones y almohadas del resto tampoco eran especialmente comodos.
A favor la calidad de la ropa de cama y toallas y, sobre todo, el desayuno.

Our family of 5 had a great experience recently at this hotel - very comfortable, clean and accessible to all the spots we visited. The service was flawless and very helpful! They booked us into adjoining rooms so that we could easily split our party.
We would definitely stay here again in future trips to Lisbon.

Regardless what other reviewers say....this is not a 5-star hotel. Yes, the staff were welcoming and professional but the rest of the hotel experience is a bit hit-and-miss. Rooms and corridors are dark and dingy. The rooms are not cleaned to 5-star standard - visit the Sheraton (Lisbon) to see how it should be done. The bathroom fittings are old and tired. The beds and pillows were completely sub-standard. The location is the only redeeming feature. For 180Euros per night, I expected a little bit more.

A minha experiência neste hotel foi muito boa. O hotel está muito bem localizado, os funcionários são muito prestáveis, simpáticos e atenciosos. A piscina interior é muito agradável. A insonorização dos quartos é boa. Para além disso o hotel dispõe de restaurantes muito agradáveis. Será um local a repetir sem qualquer dúvida.

Très bon hôtel a Lisbonne, la literie est très confortable et les chambres sont très bien équipés, mini bar, peignoirs, cafetière Nespresso, thé...
De plus le personnel est très attentif au séjour de ses clients.
Il faut noter que le buffet de petit déjeuner est juste parfait !
On trouve même les pasteis de nata

Hotel muito bem localizado, a poucos metros da Avenida da Liberdade.
Tem um atendimento de excelência por parte de todos os funcionários, atenciosos e muito profissionais. Todo o hotel é muito acolhedor e confortável.
Dispõe de piscina interior, jacuzzi e sauna. Apesar de este espaço de não ser de grandes dimensões, tornar-se acolhedor e relaxante.
Os quartos dispõem de um espaço amplo, com uma casa de banho de boa dimensão e um secador a sério para as mulheres principalmente.
Camas muito confortáveis. Dispõe ainda de um pequeno almoço muito bom e variado.
No último andar tem um terraço com música ambiente e um bar com uma vista privilegiada sobre a cidade.
É um hotel que tem apostado aos poucos na sua modernização o que já se nota em alguns quartos, entrada do hotel e outros espaços.
Aconselho totalmente!

Reservei 2 quartos, avisando que eramos um casal e 3 crianças e pedimos quartos conjugados. Não conseguiram os quartos conjugados e as crianças tiveram de ficar sós.
O checkin era a 15h e as 15:30h um dos quartos ainda não estava pronto. O funcionário Diogo foi quem mais atrapalhou. Não fico mais nesse hotel.

Fomos desfrutar do SPA, piscina e jacuzzi (90 min) e de duas massagens (Deep Tissue e Aromaterapia) durante 60 min.
Todos os colaboradores nos trataram extremamente bem, com cordialidade, simpatia, etc. As massagistas, Patrícia e Maria, são extremamente profissionais e excelentes nas suas "artes", duma categoria que só experimentando aquelas santas mãos.
O espaço, piscina, jacuzzi (podia ser um pouco maior), as casas de banho/balneários, toalhas, chinelos, roupões, etc, etc são impecáveis.
O meu único reparo e desagrado, prende-se com facto de cobrarem o estacionamento nas garagens, ou pelo menos, que fosse mais barato para os utilizadores do SPA.

Die Lüftung im Bad war defekt. Trotz Schallschutzfenster war der Strassenlärm sehr gut zu hören. Die Müllabfuhr weckte uns jeden Morgen zwischen 1 und 3 Uhr auf. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Der Fernseher war sehr leise und bei offenem Fenster nicht zu verstehen.

Localização excelente. Próxima à Praça Marques de Pombal. Fácil pra se locomover-se Uber, táxi e ponto inicial e final do Hop on Hop off. Não usei metrô, mas ouvi q era tranquilo.
Café da manhã muito bom, variado, com tudo fresquinho, frutas, doces portugueses, variedades de pães, tendo também o típico café americano com ovos, bacon, cereais. Sucos, e até espumante.
O hotel está antigo. É um 5 estrelas da década de 80. Quartos muito pequenos, carpete no chão; mas o banheiro tem box de vidro e a banheira junto com o chuveiro. Cama e travesseiros razoáveis.A diária da garagem fica em torno de 13 euros, salgada eu achei. Possui também uma bela piscina aquecida e academia. Tem Bistro e restaurante no hotel( este último achei caro, já o bistrô estava dentro do padrão)
Diferencial importantíssimo: além da excelente localização o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Sempre dispostos a ajudar, indicar roteiros, aluguel de carros, Hop on hop off vendido no hotel. Qualquer problema eles estavam dispostos a resolver. Destaque para os funcionários Rui Ribeiro e Mariana.
Custo beneficio compensa muito. Voltaria a me hospedar, com certeza

Hotel 5 stelle con molta apparenza ma poca sostanza: ho dovuto registrare alcuni spiacevoli disservizi sia nelle pulizie giornaliere ( un giorno "dimenticato" il riordino della stanza, un altro dimenticata una tovaglietta, poi mancato ripristino delle saponette, etc.) che nel ristorante ( overpagamento bancomat di 263 euro, peraltro presto recuperato e con le dovute scuse. Arredo piuttosto banale, con qualche incongruenza (ad es. un fermaporta proprio dove poggerebbe il piede all'uscita dalla doccia) e con mancata manutenzione (almeno nella mia camera) delle porte interne un po' scalcinate. Personale cortese e premuroso, ma talvolta visibilmente inferiore alle necessità quando aumenta il flusso entrate/uscite

Victimes d’un vol d’argent dans la chambre, avec la preuve grace au relevé de carte magnétique qu’un des employés s’est entroduit dans la chambre pdt que nous étions au petit dejeuner.
Devant cette preuve irréfutable, nous avons tenté de nous expliquer avec l’hotel en leur demandant de faire venir notamment la personne qui s’etait introduite dans la chamvre.
Sans succès, leur seule réponse était d’aller voir la police, ce qui n’a aucun sens puisqu’ils avaient la preuve sous leurs yeux.
Nous repartions le lendemain et étions là bas pour célébrer l’enterrement de vie jeune fille d’une amie; passer des heures au commissariat n’était donc pas dans nos projets et ne servait à rien puisque l’hôtel responsable de ce vol et de ses employés en avait la preuve.
Cette reaction pr un hôtel 5 etoiles est + que honteuse, d’autant plus qu’ils ont pr la suite refusé de faire nos chambres sans que nous soyons là.
Nous avons donc paye un tarif 5 etoiles sans que nos chambres aient pu être faites de tout le week end.
Quel manque de professionnalisme et quel irrespect de la clientèle, quelle honte pour un 5 étoiles.

Nous avons été victimes d'un vol d'argent par le personnel de l'hôtel au moment de faire le ménage dans la chambre (les clés magnétiques de la chambre on bien montré que quelqu'un du personnel s'était introduit dans la chambre).
La manière dont la direction de l'hôtel a géré cette situation a été lamentable et indigne d'un établissement 5 étoiles...
Je pensais que la satisfaction du client était essentiel pour ce genre d'établissement mais la direction a préféré couvrir un membre du personnel malhonnête.
La direction a choisi d'adopter une attitude très bizarre vis-à-vis de nous : service en chambre pas effectué dans la journée. C'est le minimum qu'on puisse attendre de ce genre d'établissement. Lorsque j'ai demandé à ce que le service de chambre soit fait, un homme est venu accompagner et surveiller le personnel de ménage pendant leur travail (alors que j'étais présente dans la chambre). J'ai trouvé cette réaction enfantine et très irrespectueuse.
En résumé, personnel malhonnête et direction pas à l'écoute.

I stayed at this hotel with family for the 4th of July weekend. First of all this is a 5 star customer service property. I’ve traveled around the world and by far I’m extremely impressed with their customer service. Now, the property is dated and branding itself as a five star can be deceiving. The property is a solid 4 star if you ask me, that’s out of the way, I’m very happy with the stay and will definitely recommend this property to anyone. Breakfast was good but again what made it exceptional was the service received. Excellence from staff all around.

tres déçue par le service de cet hotel 5 etoiles.
Nous avons eu un vol d’argent pendant notre sejour et l’hotel nous a carrément accusé de mentir sous pretexte de ne rien vouloir gérer .. lorsque la preuve comme quoi quelqu’un était bien rentre dans notre chambre pendant notre absence ( par le details des cartes de chambres magnétiques) , ils nous ont dit : « nous allons voir lorsque vous reviendrez ce soir... » .. nous sommes rentrés et toujours rien ni excuse ni geste commercial, absolument rien et pour finir nos chambres non faites ( nous etions un groupe de 3) . sous pretexte de ne plus vouloir faire nos chambre compte tenu des circonstances... donc nous sommes dans un 5 etoiles et la chambre n’a ni été nettoyée, ni rangée, ni les serviettes changées, pas de papier toilette, ni gel douche.
le jour de notre départ on nous demande de payer 18 euros le petit dej supplementaire que cette nous avions pris le jour de notre arrivée car il n’etait pas inclus mais celui ci lorsque vous faites parti de l’hotel n’est censé couter que 10 euros. 3 chambres avec petit dej avaient été réservées pendant le sejour, une fois de plus ... aucun geste commercial ( j’ai trouve ca très limite) ... je suis très déçue.
attention pour le
spa ne vous attendez pas à passer un moment de relaxation cela ressemble à une piscine municipale : port du bonnet obligatoire et crient de gens qui viennent en famille à la piscine . il fait tres tres chaud sous la serre lorsque le soleil tape dessus.

Outrageous. My friend got stolent 207.60 euros when we left the room for breakfast. Complete denial of the whole staff whereas we saw the proof on the card records that someone from the staff entered our room while we were at breakfast. They also made us pay our frist breakfast double the price without warning us. They were in complete denial of all their responsabilities on any of those matter. I strongly advise booking users to avoid this hotel.

Utmärkt service, toppen personal och fina rum. Transfer till flyg ingick i service såsom guidade turer. Pool och takbar gjorde det lilla extra.
