入口には軽食、飲み物が常に用意されており、
立地もよく市場、駅も近いので便利。
驚いたのはバスルーム。音と光のヒーリング設備があり、不思議な気分。
朝ごはんはどれも美味しかった。
とても快適な２泊だったが、今度はのんびりとステイしたい。

Great Location, beautiful and classic design, but more than anything: Amazing attitude and great staff. I never felt pampered more than our stay there- they just kept on spoiling us more and more.

Idealer Standort für einen Kurzbesuch zur Erkundung der Stadt mit Hop on hop off. Wir waren mit yellow bus ol in one drei tage unterwegs. Haltestelle 18 ist gerade vor dem Hotel. Zum Hafen, wo Bus, Tram und Boot des Veranstalters halten sind es 3 Gehminuten.

Шиаду и в 16:00 – Замок Св. Георгия); Ежедневно в лобби отеля по вечерам делают свежий попкорн + бесплатные купоны на мороженное в соседнем кафе; Бесплатно – 24 часа в сутки в отеле предлагают: бутилированная вода в фойе, различные напитки, фрукты, закуски, снеки, орешки и другие вкусняшки! An excellent hotel in the perfect location. From arrival at reception to our departure the staff were courteous,helpful and efficient.
The hotel was spotless and the bedrooms large and comfortable. The shower over the bath was our only minus point.
Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of fry and continental.
Plenty of free water in reception and a free drink in the afternoon was a nice touch.
All the main tourist districts are within easy walking distance plus the hotel offers free walking tours.
The bar area was a nice place to chill at the end of the day with prices comparable with other city centre bars and restaurants.
Note the photo of the daily free ice cream per person, another nice touch.

This hotel was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff was fantastic (especially Pedro and Christina in the restaurant) excellent from check in to check out. They need more locations and I would stay only with the Corpo Santo brand! Look forward to coming back.

Experiência agradável. Fica pertinho da Praça do comércio e elevador santa justa. Adorei a localização. O hotel tem as instalações funcionais e modernas. Os funcionários são atenciosos e receptivos com os hóspedes. Adorei os mimos; Frutas, castanhas, água estavam sempre disponíveis; tanto na recepção quanto no corredor do nosso andar. Estava tudo funcionando perfeitamente. O café expresso de cortesia oferecido pelo hotel, foi reposto as cápsulas todos os dias. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com sucos naturais, ovos, pães, pateis de nata, frutas frescas entre outros. Quando voltar a Portugal eu me hospedo nesse hotel novamente e sempre indico aos viajantes.

Parfum d'ambiance différent à chaque étage, très agréable.
Petites mignardises à disposition dans le hall de réception ainsi qu'à la sortie de chaque ascenseur (agréable attention).
Chambre standard supérieure avec une belle superficie. Literie moelleuse.
Situation idéale pour visiter le centre de Lisbonne à pied. Bus et tram tout près.

Ótimo lugar para ficar em Lisboa. Muito bem localizado, próximo de estação de metrô e perto do Chiado, onde estão os bares e restaurantes da agitada noite lisboeta. O quarto é espaçoso, cama confortável, oferece café nespresso e água, tem bons produtos de higiene. O chuveiro é excelente, com cromoterapia. O quarto também é muito silencioso. Café da manhã com variedade e bons produtos. Na recepção, todos são muito atenciosos.

Great hotel right near the waterfront. Convenient location. The hotel offers free walking tours twice daily and free snacks/bottled water, fruits, etc. all day. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, all of the room service comes from the same kitchen as the restaurant and for the same price!

What a lovely stay! The room was perfect with a firm bed and a hot shower. There was even a straightener included, and the hairdryer was nice and powerful. Warm hospitality from everyone. The breakfast buffet was a wide selection of meats and cheeses and even two kinds of eggs. I would stay here again!

Wonderful hotel. As soon as we got out of the car the doorman (bellhop?) Came out to greet us and was very friendly. The front desk was also very friendly. There's lots to do (they have a walking tour, wine tasting, and breakfast) though we didn't take part due to limited schedule. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel is new: about a year. It's called "historical" because they had uncovered an old city wall during the construction, and you can see that wall in the basement level. The room was quite small: not much space around the queen-size bed. No desk. There is a gym but no pool. My room was on the floor above ground floor (Americans call that second floor, and Europeans call it first floor), and there was no view whatsoever to speak of. Higher floor might be much better off. The location is convenient for lots of shops and restaurants, and a 10-30 minute walk from main tourist sights.
For a new hotel, it has oddly chosen to use the old fashioned paper hang sign for "Do Not Disturb", which gets in the way of closing doors. The wake-up call was delivered in-person as a knock on the door (the phone never rang), which I found a bit startling and wish I had been told about it when I requested it. The service was generally courteous. In the breakfast area, however, coffee is delivered via circulating waiters, and sometimes it can be a wait (again an odd choice for a hotel not just to use the automatic espresso machines).
All in all, although it was a fine experience, I think expectations would have been more in line if you were thinking a 3/4-star hotel. I am not sure it delivered on value.

Camerieri attenti e non invadenti, ospitale, pulito, chef eccezionale che conosce come abbinare ed equilibrare ogni ingrediente, tant'è che io e il mio compagno lo abbiamo fatto venire al tavolo per fargli i complimenti. Il prezzo è un pochino sopra la media, ma ne vale la pena, perché è direttamente proporzionale alla qualità del cibo! E poi c'è da tenere presente che è vicino al mare, nella capitale del Portogallo.

When we arrived in Lisbon, we found that there was a taxi strike, so it was off to the hotel on the Metro! The hotel was within walking distance and we were greeted by a very friendly staff.
We had a light dinner at the hotel the first night and the wait staff was extremely friendly, even helping us with our Portuguese.
The room was very comfortable, and modern with the requisite USB ports and WiFi.
The hotel was in a great area to allow walking to many attractions in the area. A very interesting aspect of the hotel was the basement that housed not only a conference area, a fitness area, but also preserved sections of the hotel and associated artifacts.
A great deal of thought went into this hotel, and we are so happy to have made it our first stop on our trip.

A beautiful cozy plush centrally located hotel!
The staff are friendly and accommodating, lobby always has some snack, wine, or crepes station.
The rooms are modern, beautiful, and cozy.
We liked this hotel so much we stayed here twice!! And will be back.
The hotel restaurant is nice but the food was not our stale, it was not bad just not our thing..

Fantastic hotel, ideally located. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel arrange a tour on your first day (free), highly recommended with local knowledge. The breakfast is of a very high quality, as was the evening meal on our first night. The hotel will book any restuarant you wish and offer excellent local advice. Beds are for dreaming. Shower and bathroom are outstanding, full of surprises. If travelling around Lisbon we found the buses the cheapest and all with air conditioning, not like the trams. Uber taxis, excellent VFM. Overall an amazing time in a top quality hotel. Thank you

Food are very nice and delicious. Nice vegetable cream soup. Clams are very fresh, duck confit and shrimps risotto. Staffs seems a bit too pretentious and talk too much with customers. Why not just let us enjoy more on the dishes.

Truly a 5 star hotel. Beds are comfortable, the air-conditioning works well (even though for those who want to really freeze the room it might be inadequate), the rooms are clean and are usually cleaned at least twice a day. The staff are very friendly and try to help with everything. Every day from about 18:00 to 19:30 there's food and drinks at the lobby. Breakfast is good but not extraordinary.

A perfeita simbiose entre o passado e o futuro.
Tudo neste hotel espelha cuidado, atenção e a arte de bem receber.
Os equipamentos são excelentes e funcionais, os espaços bem conseguidos e com um ambiente único.
O staff é do mais amável que pode existir e demonstram uma atenção e carinho que é muito pouco usual num hotel de cidade.
O restaurante Porter tem pratos muito bem confeccionados e as sobremesas são divinas.., no mínimo. Já o pequeno almoço é bastante completo e variado, com especial relevo para o fantástico bolo de chocolate.
Resumindo um hotel com historia mas que tornou a nossa estadia um momento memorável para o futuro.

Cétait très bien le premier jour mais le soir de notre seconde nuits sur trois , le téléphone professionnel de mon conjoint a été volé dans notre chambre . Les caméras de surveillances nont pas été visionné afin de trouver le coupable !Donc mefiance ne laissez rien traînez surtout des choses de valeurs dans vos chambres ! Hotel is good with helpful staff and lots of free bonuses in the lobby (free wine, bottled water, chocolate, you name it), but breakfast is rather poor for 5* and doesn't change day to day, staying here for a week I got sick of it very quickly. Bar/restaurant is nice! They also have problems with air con sometimes.

Sehr familiär geführtes Hotel. Am Eingang steht immer Wasser für Verdurstende bereit. Abends gibts an der Rezeption immer eine gemütliche Runde ( und leckeres zum Naschen, Portwein, landestypische Häppchen,...), incl. Plausch mit Gästen, Barchef oder Hotelchef. Restaurant und Bar sind einfach nur toll. Das Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Stayed here for three nights in my last visit to Lisbon. Highlight was the staff. The most friendly and helpful staff; super helpful and fixed every problem that arose. We had a shower which didn’t drain well so we told them and the next day...done.
The location is great; only a short walk to the Time Out market and the train station to Cascais.
Beds were comfy and windows opened. Excellent stay and experience, will come back again.

We usually dont splurge on hotels while traveling but in Lisbon we did. I am so happy that we did. This place knows customer service very well. Built on top of history, quaint rooms, floor decor, candy and fruit bar, free coffee and icecream, nightly activities and free walking history tour with Joanna just to name a few of the beautiful things about this place. I left a piece of jewelry that I acquired in the hotel and they mailed it to the USA for me. If you want to have a quaint conveniently located hotel in Lisbon this is the place.

This hotel checks all the right boxes - after our stay at another hotel in Porto that was very hip and trying too hard, this hotel is amazing. Superb location, great room, one of the best beds during our trip in Spain + Portugal, great service, food everywhere - there was nothing we didnt like.
We walked everywhere from here - location is amazing and central and safe.
Our room was big enough and roomy and very clean.
Breakfast was splendid and staff were always on hand to help.
There was food everywhere - fruits at the lift lobby both at our floor and at the lobby, drinks and sweets and different snacks for supper everynight.
Everynight we look forward to the snacks and delivered to our room nightly. My husband who doesnt even snack, ate all very happily.
Dont stay anywhere else please - i am so glad we chose this hotel.

All was fantastic about the hotel as with most of the reviews, different treats were available at the lobby during different days and time, the location was great too! Our only not so good experience was with the guest service representative who brought us for the local tour, instead of introducing the places of interest along the route, it was mostly on self introduction of himself. When he wasn't talking about himself, he will be most likely on his mobile phone, settling "problem" at the hotel.

Meine Frau und ich waren hier vier Nächte - das Hotel haben wir aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertung, der sehr hilfreichen Kommentare und der günstigen Lage ausgesucht. Wir sind sehr zufrieden - tolle Lage, schöne Zimmer, bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man vom Verkehr und dem Nachleben fast nichts. Jeden Abend macht das Hotel einen kleinen Empfang, an dem man sorgenlos teilnehmen kann; es wird einem auch nichts aufgeschwatzt. Am Empfang gibt es immer etwas zu trinken und zu knabbern. WLAN klappt super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I usually don't leave reviews but I had to this time. My first time in portugal and the hotel made me fall inlove with the city.First of all, the location is perfect it is pretty much a walking distance to the attractions.The staff were so pleasant, I mean every single one of them. I was enroute to Funchal and decided to stay in Lisbon for a night. The service was so good, I booked the hotel again on my way back to the US.The staff members recogized us once we got back and surprised us with champagne and fruits. The second night they sent A pie to our room.When I go back to Portugal, I will defintely stay here.

Pedro nos ayudo y se mostro muy interesado en que estuviéramos a cuerpo de rey. Hay agua de cortesia, y cafe en una nespresso. Tambien frutos secos y en la recepcion siempre dispones de zumo, palomitas o cualquier otra sorpresa. Para mi ha sido una experiencia muy muy buena y no dudaré en recomendarselo a quien me pregunte donde ir. La cama es enorme y muy comoda, y la habitación es muy confortable y acogedora.

It´s just 3 months ago, but I can remember me very well until now. We really enjoyed the stay in this charming hotel. It´s started with the welcome drink, the very attentive service and all the small things at the reception, on every floor and in the room. The management and all employees know what the guest loves and try to solve problems quickly and easily. For a historic city hotel, the rooms are big. Also, the breakfast is great and if you don´t find what you like to eat, ask the service and you will find it the next day at the latest.
Only the lobby could be a little more attractive. Perhaps this can be solved with the next renovation.

The free walking tours are interesting and well worth doing. The staff are very friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. This hotel is a hidden gem and blends into the area very well, it is a superb and historic building with lots of history in a historic area of Lisbon down by the river. The entrance is hard to spot at first glance but once you enter through the door that was always opened for us by the staff, you entered a world of elegant décor and superb services. It was impossible to fault anything with such friendly staff, treats in reception and such thoughtful service throughout the hotel. The rooms were superb and the food was excellent. The location is ideal for hopping on a tram or a bus or just heading out on a walking tour of the city.

Bedding was clean and comfortable.
The hotel also provided parking option.
It was 3-min walk and price was the same no matter how many times you move your car in a day.
Overall, I was satisfied with this 3 nights stay(except noise problem).
When I entered the room, I could hear somebody's singing very clearly as the person sings beside me.
After I complained the noise, the staff of front desk changed the room to other quiet room. Thanks to her solution, I stayed comfortablely in this hotel.
Also, at the Christmas eve, the hotel provided us with traditional Portuguese pie, so we enjoyed a happy Christmas.

We love the hotel is new and clean. Everything is provided. Service excellent. Water bottle anytime you can have it at the lobby. Lots of foods provided at lobby free of charge. We have a good sleep. Bed is comfortable. Walking distance to all attractions and shopping district Avenue Liberdade. Will stay at Corpo Santo again if we come back to Lisbon. Must stay longer in Lisbon. At least 3-4 nites to cover all important parts of Lisbon.

I spent 2 weeks in Europe, starting in Lisbon, and our stay at this hotel by far beat the other 3 hotels we stayed at. Our flight arrived early in the morning but the staff was able to get us checked in soon after we arrived. They were welcoming right from the start. Pedro, was amazing and one of the main reasons we will recommend this hotel to friends and stay he when we return. The attached restaurant has the best cod I have ever eaten and a friendly and accommodating staff. We decided to buy a bottle of wine for later so the wait staff arranged to have the bottle delivered and waiting for us in our room along with glasses and elegant snacks and slippers. We have been bragging about this as a highlight of our trip. Well done Corpo Santo Lisbon Historical Hotel!!!! We'll see you again soon.

You know when you just hate to admit your husband may have been right? Ok, sheepishly, he was right. Where do I start? Beautiful hotel, amazing location right by water but what really sets this hotel apart is the staff. They think of everything -- I mean everything. When you last expect it, some wonderful smiling person magically appears at your door with the most delectable treat -- announcing, gift from the hotel-- which you may not have known you wanted but lo and behold, you actually needed it -- and theyre so solicitous, gracious and downright kind. The free tours are not only informative but also give you a wonderful taste of the city . Finally, if you are like us ie if you work like dogs and only take a vacation once every five years -- this place makes you feel like royalty. I dont even know what to say. Best xmas ever -- a wonderful winter escape and ps the food: killer! Hard to not over eat at breakfast which is a buffet chock full or many delicacies. This is a repeat for us and maybe before the next five years comes around.

We stayed at the Corpo Santo Lisbon Historical Hotel in December, 2019 and had an excellent experience. The staff was courteous and helpful and the hotel was quiet, comfortable and well-located. The staff went the extra mile and sent dessert and a bottle of sparkling wine to the room for my birthday which was a really nice touch. We would highly recommend staying here if your travels take you to Lisbon. They also offered many amenities like walking tours which we did not take advantage of.

5*, more like 6*! We had a wonderful stay, whilst celebrating 2 big birthdays and a wedding anniversary. Points of note are the fantastic location, the beautiful rooms, the hotels historical credentials and facilities, like the hot tub, but most of all the wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Lisbon is by far the most beautiful and interesting city we have ever visited and a return trip is 100% planned. Our hotel choice, will of course be The Corpo Santo.

Ein wundervolles, ruhiges Hotel, das seinen Charme vor allem durch die Menschen erhält, die dort arbeiten. Zimmer tadellos. Leider ist unser Aufenthalt schon wieder 6 Tage her. Wir vermissen das tolle Frühstück, den Zimmerservice und die Cocktails. Der Moquito wird mit so viel Hingabe gefertigt, dass die Entscheidung für den nächsten schon beim Zuschauen fällt. Erstklassig.

We had the most amazing experience in the Corpo Santo hotel. The guest services provided by all staff were second to none - everyone was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are immaculate, the breakfast was delicious and the nightly gatherings in the lobby were fantastic. My favourite part of our stay were the walking tours provided by the hotel. Margarida, our guide, was fascinating to listen to - we saw so much of the city that we otherwise would have missed. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience - it will stay with us forever!

Michelin star quality restaurant, (Pedro was a superb waiter) , front office staff incredibly helpful, Margarerta was lovely too. All was , spotlessly clean. Grundsätzlich der Traum! Da kriegst du nicht nur einen Föhn, sondern hast auch ein Glätte-Eisen auf dem Zimmer. Laut meiner Frau ist das selten. Obwohl das Hotel direkt an viel befahrenen Straßen liegt, haben zumindest wir in unserem Zimmer (bei geschlossenem Fenster natürlich) nix gehört - auch keine internen Geräusche aus dem Hotel. Außerdem sehr schön: zwei kostenlose, verschiedene Führungen durch Downtown pro Tag, und zwar um 10.30 und um 16 Uhr. Dauer: so um die zwei Stunden. In der Lobby und auch auf den Fluren gibt es immer was kostenlos zu knabbern - nicht gut für die Figur, aber das ist ein Aufenthalt in Lissabon mit all seinen leckeren Restaurants sowieso nicht. Auf dem Flur riecht es etwas streng nach Desinfektionsmittel. Das mit der Mini-Bar ist auch unglücklich geregelt. Man denkt eigentlich, dass das, was neben der (kostenlos zu nutzenden) Nespresso-Maschine steht, auch kostenlose Probiererle sind. Aber dafür (Achtele Wein und Knabbereien) mussten wir am Ende zahlen. Tut so was doch hinschreiben, Leute!

Corpo Santo Hotel is conveniently located at walking distance from many places of interest in the heart of Lisbon. I must say it is in a quiet area though. There are several restaurants in the vicinity. The room was of good size, cozy and welcoming with a touch of modern luxury. Shower and toilet was clean and in very good condition. Rooms are serviced daily and most days I notice they also return in the evening to make our bed. The staff were extremely helpful - we felt they looked after us like family- it would be a better way to word it. They could not find us an iron and an ironing board so the laundry volunteered to iron a pile of clothes for us without charge. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The concierge was exceptional too in helping us with a private tour to Sintra. The tour guide the hotel recommended (Joe) was professional, friendly and knowledgable. We also enjoyed complementary ice creams daily. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Lisbon.

The hotel looks nice inside with beautiful wall papers on the floors. There are some refreshments by the front door and also right outside the lifts in each floor which was quite nice (although the refreshments weren't that nice but it was a nice idea).
There is also an ice cream shop outside that the hotel guests can enjoy free of charge. Again, nice gesture but it'd just soft ice cream. Don't expect geleto here.
The room
Good size room, I liked it that our room had 2 bathrooms, very comfortable bed too. There was an espresso machine in the room but no kettle or tea which was strange as not everyone will drink espresso all day long. The bed was constantly made by the cleaners which was nice, they have very nice Molten Brown shampoos etc but what was very annoying was the dancing lights in the shower which were on constantly.
The food
Breakfast average at best, they charge for stuff like egg royal etc and only have fried/scrambled eggs available for breakfast. Not much variety. I got bored on the second day to be honest.
We had dinner there once, the starters were good but the main was mediocre. The cocktails were also nothing especial.
The service
Service above average. There were maybe a couple of staff who were quite attentive and welcoming but we were quite surprised by some of the staff. One didn't even say hello back to us when we greeted this person and we were really surprised.
Overall, this is a bit over the average hotel. Not worth the price in my opinion.
One thing I noticed is take reviews with a pinch of salt. Everyone has different standards. One persons 5 star could be 3 star to me...

One of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. I cannot fault it at all, the service is world class, very attentative, friendly and accomodating.
The rooms are beautiful and kept in pristine condition thanks to its incredibe team, and the bed is absolutely amazing, can sleep in it all day.
The breakfast offers a huge variety, all cooked to an exceptiona standard.
Love this place,well worth the money if you are happy to live luxuriously.

Perfectly situated downtown within walking distance of most tourist activities. Very good breakfast. Unique amenities, such as snack bar on each floor and lobby. Room (family suite) had view of water. Very solid interior construction; quiet. No idea why it's not in the mood michelin guide.

It was great hotel. Especially, I love the walking tour which is offered by hotel for free and starts from the basement of the hotel. It was impressive. Nut as the staff mentioned it will be better if there is radio guides. They will protect the staffs' voices as well as make the guests comfortable.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen von Lissabon. Die 5 Sterne sind dort gerechtfertigt. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Abends werden die Betten aufgeschlagen und ein Nasch-goodie wartet auf dem Kopfkissen.
Dazu einen Bettvorleger für die Nacht auf jeder Seite. Der/die Concierge erkundigt sich stets nach der Zufriedenheit der Gäste. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist hervorragend. Überhaupt alles extrem sauber. Das Frühstück ist exelent. Auch hier ist das Personal top. Man hat sogar unsere 2 Geburtstage während unseres Aufenthalt bedacht und zum Frühstück ein leckeres Stück Schokotorte mit Kerzen und einem Glas Champagner kredenzt.
In diesem Hotel fehlt es an nichts. Ich könnte hier jetzt noch so vieles mehr beschreiben aber am besten schaut man es sich selbst an.
Einen Fehler macht man auf keinen Fall.
Unser nächster Lisboa Besuch beginnt sicher wieder hier. Top.

Had a great stay at Corpo Santo Lisbon, room was very clean and large, as was the bathroom, great shower, good buffet breakfast. Location was perfect, amazing food market (time out lisbon) a few minutes away, we ate lunch and dinner there every day. Staff were great, lots of little touches the hotel did that made it special. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben ein Upgrade in ein Superior Doppelzimmer erhalten, was unseren letzten Tag in Portugal zum Schönsten machte. Das Zimmer war gemütlich groß, sehr sauber und das Bett einfach nur ein Traum. Das Bad mit Chromotherapie lässt es zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis machen. Hierfür ein riesengroßes Dankeschön
Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht den Aufenthalt so individuell und schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Super Arbeit, weiter so! So stellt man sich Urlaub vor - jederzeit gerne wieder

The location of the hotel is very central. More importantly the Hotel is recent with a lot of attention to detail such as having a hair dryer AND a hair straightener which my wife told me is the tops!
The half bottle of port is a nice touch and the molten brown bathroom products are a plus.
The rooms are not big however they are well appointed the beds very comfortable.
If a shower with superior water pressure is your thing the. You will love this.
The Nespresso machine in the room makes a huge difference for you coffee lovers.
The breakfast is really good with a wide variety.
There are ruins below the hotel that they preserved.
Every afternoon in the lobby they have an aperitivo hour with complimentary drinks.

Hotel proche du centre historique et à 200 m bouche de metro. Personnel très dévoué. Apero tous les soirs. Bouteille deau dans la chambre ainsi que pour les balades tout cela gratuitement. Visite historiqie gratuite organisée pendant le séjour (2h) avec degustation. Hotel vraiment a recommander. Un merci à Joana qui tient vraiment à ce que les clients soient satisfait. (Le reste du team aussi)

Séjour très agréable. Le personnel à été au petit soin pour nous et particulièrement chaleureux. Les chambres sont confortables - nous en envions trois - avec un service d’étage présent et efficace. Merci à toute l'équipe du Corpo Santo.

This hotel isn't just great, it's fantastic!! From the moment we arrived we were treated like stars . Staff spotted we were tired and hot after our travel and got us water and looked after us. Room is very bright and airy with lovely view of the river. Restaurant is very nice and food wonderful. Can't say a bad thing about this hotel.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 4 nuits , l 'hôtel est très bien située pour visiter Lisbonne au calme.
la chambre était impeccable avec une très bonne literie et une super salle de bain rien ne manquait pour notre confort.
Le personnel est très accueillant et très attentif à notre demande , le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié , nous avons aussi apprécié le restaurant avec un menu du jour de qualité.
N' hésitez pas tout est parfait.

No suelo reseñar mis estancias pero en este caso sí vale la pena.
Además de ser un hotel muy cómodo, está ubicado en un lugar muy céntrico y en una plaza muy tranquila.
La atención del personal es continúa. Por indisposición de mi mujer necesitamos un cambio de habitación, todo el personal de recepción conocía nuestra situación. Se preocuparon, a pesar de estar al completo, de cambiarnos de habitación. El propio Director tomó cartas en el asunto.
Hay muchos detalles de atención con los clientes: por la noche en recepción nos recibían con unos pasteles de almendra y un vino oloroso, amén de otras golosinas.
Si nos llegábamos un poco antes nos recibían con un cóctel recién hecho.
El desayuno muy abundante y con dulces recién hechos (en nuestra opinión el pastel de crema mejor que el de Belem).
La cocina abierta de 7 a 23 h.
Tienen, además, un tour gratuito desde el hotel por el centro en el que enseñan locales curiosos e invitan a merendar.
El menú del almuerzo y la cena muy bueno ya un precio muy competitivo.
En definitiva, muy recomendable. Hemos recibido la mejor de las atenciones

Fantastiskt fint hotell. Personalen var väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam. Härliga rum,sköna sängar och en fantastisk dusch med avkopplande musik! Frukostbuffen hade allt du ville ha. Återkommer absolut till detta hotell vid min nästa Lissabonresa!

Fantastic hotel in Lisbon. One of the best things about it is the service and attention of the staff.
The rooms are very comfortable, the bathroom is great, with rain shower and special lighting and music in the bath (relaxing!)
I was here on women's day and I got a beautiful tulip too!

Wonderful hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms and a lot of extras offered during the stay such as: appetizers and drinks, a walking tour by the manager Pedro who showed us some hidden gems and offered us typical drinks and snacks along the tour. Um espaço onde uma simples reunião de trabalho pode assumir um significado especial. Quando desenvolvemos atividade num mesmo setor, é muito importante sermos diferenciadores. Sente-se isso desde o primeiro momento, numa cuidada preservação das ruínas que estão na génese da identidade portuguesa, num design que sendo minimalista, não deixa de transmitir personalidade, aconchego, que são sempre muito bem vindos num hotel. Os 5 estrelas boutique de Lisboa têm agora um digníssimo concorrente com uma equipa jovem, dinâmica, motivada e muito profissional. Parabéns.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr höflichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten Lissabon von dort sehr gut entdecken. Wir können das Hotel sehr gern weiter empfehlen. Die Lage, der Komfort, die Zimmer, das Personal und die Sauberkeit hervorragend.
