When completed my reservation I was a bit hesitant to what the hotel could offer. But any doubts were gone as soon as I stepped out of the taxi. The friendliness and professionalism of all the staff, made me feel immediately welcome and put me in my holidays mood. The room was big, nicely decorated, with a great view of the river and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was amazing: a very large variety of high quality delicacies, served by great, frienly and professional staff. If I had to say something negative that would be only the fact that the inclination of the shower floor made it hard to remove the water from, leaving always a pool of water. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a relaxing, comfortable stay in Lisbon!

Beautiful location. Love the walk by the shore. Vasco de gama shopping centre nearby. Supermarket also a 2min walk.
The hotel itself is very trendy and their dining area is both indoor and outdoor and from it is all glass and you can see all around and enjoy the view.

Lovely clean and modern hotel. Great views out over the sea and excellent service from all the staff. They couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. Rooms are well equipped and I had a view out over the water. Highly recommended

wir haben mit Freunden meinen 70. Geburtstag in Lissabon gefeiert. das Hotel war wunderschön, vom Fenster unserer Zimmers sah man direkt auf den Tejo. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut und wir haben auch abends sehr gut in dem Hotel gegessen.

Falta de manutenção nos quartos. Cortinas com fita adesiva. Bancos sem butões. Decorações partidas. Janelas muito sujas. De resto tudo impecável quarto bonito, vista maravilhosa chuveiro com vista de rio. Esplanada muito boa. Pessoal 5 estrelas.

Un Mojito en terrasse? je ne parle pas de l'architecture ultra contemporaine de cet hotel situé à la partie orientale de Lisbonne, sur le Tage. On peut s'en rapprocher en téléphérique à la sortie de l'aquarium.

Positives: Great hotel with unique design, great views and amazing breakfast. There is a nice river front part to walk-around and a beautiful aquarium nearby.
Negatives: Shower constructions is a bit impractical and poorly designed which results in some amount of water on the floor (glass poorly sealed).

O hotel é simplesmente um espetáculo!! Super bem localizado, com vistas incríveis e suítes que são impressionantes de tão refinadas.
Localizado dentro do parque das nações, o que torna possível fazer qualquer passeio e visitar os pontos turísticos da região caminhando.
Reserve um momento para visitar as piscinas e o SPA que são sensacionais!

Beautiful hotel with fantastic service and only a short drive from the airport.
The rooms are modern, spacious and with very comfortable beds.
We stayed on the 15th floor with a stunning view of the city, bridge and river which was a lovely touch.
We were also lucky enough to experience the 50 Seconds restaurant - which was very special. Definitely worth going to if you want to experience fine dining that speaks for itself with a gorgeous view of Lisbon as the backdrop.

Emplacement idéal sur le Tage pour ce sublime hôtel de la chaîne Sana. Le restaurant River Lounge propose un excellent brunch pour 44€ à volonté, que des mets de qualité, notamment des huîtres, en bref, mon à préféré à Lisbonne!

I’ve been to several 4-5 stars hotels and this one is one of my favorite.
The building is nice and brand new. The rooms are brand new and very clean and confortable.
The gym and swimming pool at the last floor are amazing.
I had a room at the 21th floor with a great view over the bay.
Welcoming from people is great and overall service is one of the best i ever got.
Breakfast buffet is really great as well.
I’ll come back here everytime i come to Lisbon for sure !

It's a spectacular hotel with exceptional service. Everything is properly maintained and the staff are very well trained. The breakfast was exceptional, the rooms; very comfortable and the location pretty close to everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon.

Todo fue grandioso, llegamos a las 5 de la mañana y no podíamos hacer Check in hasta las 2 PM pero nos atendió Pedro en recepción muy amable y excelente atención! El pudo resolverlo y nos consiguió una habitación para no tener que esperar 9 horas en el lobby.
Realmente es un hotel de 4 estrellas pero Pedro lo convirtió en uno de 5.

This is one of my favorite 5 star hotels. Have been a guest since the opening. The concept is unique. It’s attached to the Torre Vasco da Gama. You feel like you are in a ship since all the rooms face the beautiful Tejo river. The staff is very well trained and always attentive to details. It’s my favorite hotel in Lisbon and probably top 10 in the world.

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel. Gutes Essen und super Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Pool im 23.Stock hat man eine tolle Aussicht, speziell bei Nacht da er bis 22:00 benutzbar ist.

Ein 5 Stern Hotel wo der 5. Stern etwas verblasst ist. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war mal sehr modern aber jetzt etwas aus der Zeit gefallen. Dicker Plüschteppich ums Bett und ein hänge Sessels war einmal. Die Nasszelle ist sehr Stylish aber unpraktisch. Keine Stange um ein Handtuch aufzuhängen, Die Dusche hatte schlecht reparierte Risse im Boden und Lüftung lief laut und unkontrolliert. Die TV Fernbedieningung ging nicht, wurde repariert, am andern Tag ging das Telefon nicht mehr.Wir hatten auch einen Feueralarm um 2 Uhr Morgens. Verbrachten über eine Stunde in der Lobby, keine Information vom Personal kein Glass Wasser. Von einem Angestellten den wir angesprochen hatten erfuhren wir dass es sich um Fehlalarm handelte.

Experiência muito ruim. O hotel é 5 estrelas e deveria ter excelente serviço. Apesar de confortável e moderno, tive diversos problemas. Ao chegar o sistema de reservas estava fora do ar e levou muito tempo para conseguirem o quarto. Registrei por cerca de 1 hora. Depois que subi, levaram quase 40 minutos para subirem a minha mala (eu precisei ligar duas vezes pedindo). Chato, porque estava cansado dos de uns longe viagem, queria tomar um banho, mas não tinha minhas coisas. Demorei um pouco mais para pegar no sono por conta do Jet lag quando, bem de madrugada, o alarme de incêndio disparou a toda altura, com uma sirene forte bem em cima da cama. Ninguém explicou o que ocorria e quando liguei na recepção, disseram que era alarme falso e estavam tentando resolver o problema. A sirene ensurdecedora ficou tocando por uns 15 minutos sem parar. E após parar, voltou ainda diversas vezes ao longo da noite. Um inferno para quem tentava ter uma boa noite de sono depois e viajar batente!
Além disso, o restaurante tem o serviço muito lento na entrega dos pratos e os preços de todos os itens, do mini bar à lavanderia, são exageradamente caros. Não voltarei!

Hotel extraordinário. A localização é excelente e a disposição dos quartos permite uma visão panorâmica do Oriente, rio Tejo e Ponte Vasco da Gama. De facto as vistas são impressionantes e rivalizam com qualquer outro miradouro lisboeta. A piscina interior é agradável assim como o SPA também com vista panorâmica (embora as dimensões do espaço sejam pequenas para o número de hóspedes). O jantar é também excepcional e o pequeno almoço é farto e variado. E todo o staff é de uma simpatia extrema.

Жили на 21 этаже, вид отличный, в номере все чисто, персонал дружелюбный, одна девушка была русской. Поздно вечером заказывали еду в номер, все понравилось. Местоположение от аэропорта очень близко, хорошо, если рейс вылета оч ранний, до центра города на машине примерно минут 15. Завтраки вкусные. Паркинг платный 18 евро. Интернет хороший, нигде не отваливался.

השעה 01:50 לפני כשעה התעוררנו בחדר 1916 כשאנו מזיעים, המזגן לא תקין, העבירו אותנו לחדר 0812 עברה שעה לא מצליחים להירדם, גם כאן המזגן לא להיט, אומנם לא לח וקצת יותר קריר מהחדר הקודם אבל זה לא מה שמצופה ממזגן במלון חמישה כוכבים. שעה שלמה שהמזגן עובד על 15 מעלות והחדר עדיין על 21.5.
לצערנו הלילה הגרוע בפורטוגל.
ואהו איזה מלון. החסרון היחידי שאיננו בעיר אבל זה גם מה שמאפשר לישון בו בפחות מ 200 יורו ללילה. חדר מדהים מדהים, הכי יפה שראיתי בחיי.

Wir waren für genau eine Woche in einem Zimmer auf der 12. Etage des Hotels mit Blick auf den Fluss. Die Aussicht morgens als auch Abends bei Sonnen- auf und Untergang war selbst für Langschläfer ein Grund aufzustehen und aus dem Fenster zu schauen.

Excellent location with great views of the Tejo river. The service was beyond words, well worth the asking price. Some parking available directly in front of the hotel but many more spots, free, available just up the road. Decent bar/restaurant on site, the spa has awesome views as well as great services and there are lots of other restaurants nearby. It's a bit outside the old city center but the metro or a car ride will get you there quickly enough

Die Idee mitten im Zimmer Bad/Dusche zu haben ist zwar sehr stylisch, setzt aber voraus, dass das Wasser beim Duschen in der Dusche bleibt. Ansonsten steht der Teppich unter Wasser und der Boden quillt auf. Die Parkgebühren sind hoch.

Hervorragendes Essen, wunderschöne Veranden im Restaurantbereich mit exklusiven Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, Schwimmbad, Sauna, Fitneß. What can I say, this Hotel never ever fails to impress, the service is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable and the location is perfect. Only thing I would suggest to improve is the floor "carpeting" of the rooms, its a bit rough right now and I feel maybe a nice modern carpet would give the rooms a more comfortable feel to them.

A minha visita ao Myriad teve como objectivo aceitar um convite de uma amiga para um brunch.
Fiquei encantada com o bom acolhimento, o ambiente muito requintado, muito bem servido e a localização excepcional. Não é excessivamente caro e reúne um conjunto de hipóteses que agradará a qualquer paladar. Considero uma boa solução para uma refeição de qualidade.
Os acessos são bons, em pleno parque da Expo de Lisboa, junto ao Tejo. Se for de transportes públicos, tem o metropolitano. Se for em carro próprio, terá a gentileza do hotel que se encarregará de lhe estacionar o seu veículo.

Hôtel magnifique aussi bien dans son architecture moderne que sa situation géographique aux bords du Tage, idéal pour faire de superbes promenades. Les chambres spacieuses et confortables sont bien insonorisées avec une excellente literie douillette. Le personnel est accueillant et très aux petits soins avec la clientèle. L'espace wellness et gym situés au dernier étage possèdent de grandes baies vitrées face au Tage, ce qui favorise encore plus la détente. Le buffet petit déjeuner sucré/salé est imposant, très varié est très goûteux servi au champagne, le tout à volonté. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel qui mérite vraiment ses 5 étoiles

Architektonisch schönes Luxushotel. Die Übernachtungspreise sind in der oberen Kategorie angesiedelt. Unter 120,- € / p.P. habe ich hier noch nicht gesehen. Als Besucher kann man auf der Seeseite die Terrasse für einen Drink nutzen. Ein Kaffee ab 5.- den Rest könnt Ihr Euch denken... In der Plattform befindet sich ein Restaurant, das laut Auskunft in der Lobby nur den nur den Hotelgästen vorbehalten ist. Eine Reservierung für ein Dinner ist hier Pflicht. Kurzfristig schon gleich gar nicht. Man hat im Hotel wahrscheinlich noch nicht erkannt, das es auch Gäste aus anderen Luxushotels gibt, die sich ein Essen mit grandiosem Ausblick gönnen wollen und die sich dies auch finanziell können :-(

Ein sehr schönes Hotel! Tolle Aussicht aus den Zimmern und dem Spa-Bereich. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet und technisch ausgeklügelt. Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht sehr nah am historischen Kern aber es stehen immer Taxis bereit, welche relativ preisgünstig sind. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Repetimos la estancia, lo recordábamos como el mejor hotel al que habíamos ido . Pues ayer salimos aún más contentos , pensábamos que no podían ser mejores , pues ahora están a un nivel que va ser imposible superar. Trato del personal , estancias , desayuno , bar de copas ... todo impecable. Sin duda lo mejor de lo mejor !!!!!!! A destacar el trato de Antonio ( creo recordar ) nos atendió en nuestra llegada , acompañó y explicó todo detalladamente. Gracias a todos

Pequeno almoço com bastante opção e ao gosto de todas as especificidades.
Ser pretende ficar muito bem instalado, e ser muito bem servido com condições soberbas, pois que encontrará aqui um excelente local.

The hotel is in a nice location, overlooking three river Tejo. It's in a quiet spot. The price performance is ok although it targets a more business- luxury crowd. I did not go to the business centre, but the foyer is although with a nice view, missing some important elements for meeting (sofas, tables, waiters/bar).
I can say that the food is top, the service at a level, the rooms well equipped and quiet.

Very nice hotel in the expo area. I really enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast was excelent (with lots of variety on the food and really good service); the rooms are confortable, silent and with good views althought the design is a little bit strange; they have an indoor Swimmingpool and gym. Parking available as well. The surrounding area is nice to walk and full of restaurants, but is a bit far from the city center.

Overall a good experience. Loved the location and staff were nice. Clientele is somewhat of the upper class so most people were well dressed even at the lobby and restaurant. I prefer a more casual setting since after all I'm on vacation lol. That's just me. Breakfast was good. One thing that was weird was that the waiter specifically reminded us that the bill did not include tips to make sure we would tip him. Maybe it's an European thing but that was strange for a first class hotel.

Staff was very attentive at every moment which is rare even at five star hotels. However, there was one instance when there was a change of staff at the reception desk on Thursdsy, we did not get the same good attention to our needs, Maria à the customers’ relations desk was superbe.in all aspects.The buffet was acceptable but not outstanding in relationship to the hotel standing.Amenities were scarce, the service in the room was too minimalistic. Only one small bottle of water, we had to purchase additional water for $5.The use of the phone was not obvious. It appeared that the hotel was trying to save at the maximum.

Dominanta s překrásným výhledem. Pokoj ve 14 patře, mnoho domyšlených detailů. Wellness v patře 23. Velice dobrý poměr cena/kvalita. Personal ma vybrané chování. Usměv, chovánil je nevtíravé ale vtipné. Večeře na terase výborná. Good atmosfera. Po večeři na baru také zážitek.
Trochu přetechnizováno, delši dobu než přijdeme na to jak pustit zvuk na TV. Večerní výhled jeďtě krásnější. Jsem vlastnik hotelu - hotelier a sommelier a po své stránce mohu dát jen ti nejlepší hodnocení. Hotel nestojí za pouhou zastavku, ale plánovaný trip. Je inspirativní. Doporučuji.

I have given multiple 5 star reviews to this hotel, but for the first time this year things didn’t go as smoothly. Some new staff at reception are not very friendly, one lady in particular that seems to forget that it’s part of her job to make guests feel accommodated. Secondly, I left my laundry in the bag in front of the hotel door with the laundry document properly filled up. The cleaning staff ignored it and put it back in the closet. Since I wasn’t in the room for the entire day by the time I came back I realised laundry wasn’t done, this meant I would have to travel the following days without clean clothing. At reception they informed me I should have called them to ask for the laundry to be picked up, although I have for years just left it with the paper fully signed with no issues. These are all minor things, it’s still an amazing hotel with amazing staff, in particular in the restaurant where they really make you feel welcome and at home.

Le petit déjeuner est très varié, les serveurs et hôteliers sont hyper à l'écoute et veulent que vous passiez un excellent séjour.
Avant le séjour nous avions reçu un mail concernant nos préférences pour la chambre, toutes nos recommandations ont été respectées bref, un hôtel haut de gamme parfait.

Very unique and modern hotel. Great amenities, especially the spa and sauna. The view was incredible and staff were very professional. It’s not in a crowded or “hip” part of town but we weren’t looking for that. Instead we were looking for relaxing, quiet, and in close proximity to the airport. They do have parking, however it is for 20 euros. Breakfast is provided and is quite nice. There are restaurants right near the hotel and many to choose from. There is also a huge shopping mall within 10 minute walking distance to the hotel.

Went for the spa treatment for men. I couldn't recommend a better place. It's my second time coming here, now I feel like a new man. Also the views of the river Tejo are phenomenal!!!

Beim Ceck Out fragte mich die Dame an der Rezeption ob ich ein Transport Mittel brauche und ich sagte ja ein Taxi und in der Rechnung wurde mir dann 15€ für das Parken im Parkhaus abgebucht was ich daraufhin direkt reklamiert habe. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel eine Frechheit

Albergo molto bello, in riva al fiume, un po' decentrato rispetto alla zona più turistica, raggiungibile comunque in taxi in pochi minuti con 4-5 euro. Altrettanto vicina all'aeroporto. La camera è spaziosa, con la doccia vetrata a vista sulla camera, altrettanto il bagno, con vetri opachi; noi avevamo una splendida vista sul fiume. Avrei preferito il bagno in locale separato. Personale della reception gentilissimo. Colazione 30 euro a persona, a mio avviso cara, anche in rapporto con i prezzi della città.

Os manobrista do hotel, amassaram o meu veículo no estacionamento e até hoje ninguém me retornou para reembolsar os danos....Uma vergonha a falta de respeito com os clientes

I have stayed in this hotel many times before and it never fails to disappoint. Absolutely fantastic infrastructure, the breakfast is premium quality, the rooms are well taken care of and still look fresh. Staff is polite and professional.

מלון מהמם ביופיו. שירות מעולה. ארוחת בוקר טעימה וברמה גבוהה. המלון על נהר הטג'ו - נוף מרהיב. יש חדר כושר וספא חופשי. אמנם קצת רחוק ממרכז העיר כ- 20 דקות נסיעה אבל שווה. יש ליד המלון טיילת ארוכה , יש לאורכה מסעדות טובות, יש רכבל ישר לאזור האושינריום וקניון וסקו דה גמא או שאפשר ללכת ברגל כ- 20 דקות.

Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment excellent et frais avec le meilleur des jus d'orange.
Personnel très accueillant.
J'y retournerai lors de mes prochaines vacances à Lisbonne.

The view over the window is amazing and the staff is super helpful and lovely.The door of my wardrobe didn’t move, it was stuck, which was a bit annoying as I had dress to hung.

This hotel is A M A Z I N G! One if not the best I have ever been able to go. Everything is perfect: rroms, view, swimming pool, sauna, hammam, restaurant, bar. EVERYTHING is so great! It was a fabulous stay!
