観光の中心部なのでどこに行くにも近いし、観光中、疲れたらちょっと寄って休んでが出来て、とても快適だった！ チェックインも、到着時間が夜中だったが、スムーズに入れました。 １Fのレストランでの朝食もよかった。また帰りが遅くなったときに一度夕食を頂いたが、きちんとしていて美味しかったです。 部屋もきれいで、クラシックではなく、全体的に新しい雰囲気です。 チェックアウトの日は、時間ギリギリまで荷物を預かってもらえて、とても助かりました。

Alles wirklich schön, Zimmermädchen hätte vor allem im Bad noch etwas genauer sein können. Super Idee: Wenn man die Handtücher nicht täglich wechseln lässt, ist die Minibar inklusive und es gibt zusätzlich jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser dazu. Nachhaltigkeit lohnt sich für den Gast. Top!Etwas Schade: Die Silikonfugen im Bad waren schlecht gemacht (dick und ungleichmäßig) und leider teilweise etwas schimmelig.

Absolutely LOVE this hotel. Our room was amazing (minus the view, but I didn’t really care about the view considering our room was so lovely). The staff was SO helpful and kind and welcoming. I have never experienced such lovely service! I would definitely return!

The hotel is very nice. The rooms could be moved in as apartments because of the functioning kitchenette. It had a front desk that had somebody at it most of the time that spoke English and did everything they could to help us. It is in a very nice location where you can walk to to many different places without having to take any sort of transportation. But if you do need transportation the bus lines and subways are not far away.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt zufriedenstellend. Das Haus ist neu renoviert, allerdings mit kleinen Mängeln und technisch teilweise sehr verspielt. Die Regelung der Dusche muss mit einer Anleitung versehen werden.

Neues Hotel mit komfortabeler Ausstattung, Super schnelles W-Lan, Bluetooth für Lautsprecher im Zimmer, iMac in Lobby, gutes Frühstück, super Getränke vom Barkeeper gemixt, sehr freundliches Personal. Betten zum Wohlfühlen mit verschiedenen Kopfkissen zur Auswahl. Zentral gelegenes Hotel also gleich mitten drin. Ankommen, wohlfühlen, Seele baumeln lassen und Lissabon genießen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder ins Hotel da Baixa gehen.

Immaculately appointed hotel in very central location with very friendly and helpful staff. My room was a little on the small side but easily compensated for by the excellent location. The hotel restaurant is pretty good too.

Great staff and service. There was a bottle of Champagne and EVOO in the room. Breakfast was good though the coffee machines need an upgrade (I brought nespresso from the room down to BF). Rooms are tastefully done. Great double shower. You have to park a block away but they will park for you.

Quaint boutique hotel in the heart of the old town in Lisbon. Rooms are well decorated in a traditional style with some modern flare. Not the largest rooms but ok. They provide a free mini bar with daily top ups. Electric black out blinds help. Nice modern bathroom. Its only a year old so in good condition. Breakfast is a bit limited, had some gluten free rolls and dairy free milk too, so top marks for that. Can be a little noisy in the evenings. Excellent location, very close to the bars, cafes, shops and restraurants and only 15 mins from the sea. Service was good too.

Excelente. Qué más se puede pedir.1 trato bueno,amables,atentos. 2 hotel. Limpio, decorado con buen gusto y comodo.3 en el centro de los lugares a visitar, castillo san jorge,mirador de santa justa,plaza comercio etc.. El único aviso que doy, es que aparcar sin hora o parking de pago olvidaros.

Hotel muy nuevo, céntrico y bonito. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y no hay suficiente espacio para colocar todas las cosas necesarias, aunque son bonitas, luminosas y bien cuidadas. El desayuno es muy escaso, el lugar donde se desayuna es muy pequeño y el café (de máquina) dejaba mucho que desear. El parking además de que es muy caro, es público y está alejado del hotel. Personal muy atento y Educado. Para ser de 4 estrellas, es un poco caro, pero suficiente para pasar un par de días.

This new hotel only opened in April but they’re already fully ramped up. The staff is the nicest! So helpful and professional. The rooms are gorgeous and he breakfast is massive and delicious. It’s a perfect Location to explore Lisbon. Also the common areas are really done beautifully. It’s a bit pricey for Lisbon but it’s worth it as it’s still done with Portuguese tradition but with a Modern flavor

Un hôtel fabuleux ! Notre séjour était parfait, l'hôtel est hyper bien placé à quelques minutes à pied de tout. Le gros plus de l'hôtel ce sont les services : un téléphone portable à disposition pour votre séjour, un mini bar toujours rempli et gratuit, des enceintes bluetooth dans le mur pour l'ambiance, des iMac à disposition etc... Un très bon petit déjeuner avec du choix. Un grand merci à l'équipe pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons !

Beautiful hotel. Quick check in and out. Great location near main plazas but not in a congested street. Beautiful room. Small, but good use of space. Nice breakfast. Shower was good and came with instructions on how to use. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your first time in Lisbon, and I would probably come back and stay here again for my next trip too.

Staffs were very friendly and willing to help us and the location of the hotel was fantastic, which made us able to walk most of spots. BUT it was toooo small to accommodate two women though we were just normal-sized Asian women. Another nonsense was tooooo spacious bathroom. I had stayed in Intercontinental right before staying this hotel where the room was more spacious but when it comes to the size of the bathroom, it couldn’t be compared. I can’t understand why they designed or renovated hotel rooms in this way. I can’t say it was worth staying when I consider how much I paid.

Overall this is a solid choice if you want to stay in downtown Lisbon. The staff is friendly and efficient, the overall facilities and rooms clean and well maintained. Except for the ventilation system, which appears to be connected to the kitchen extractor. We woke to the smell of bacon and eggs in the morning...

Nos ofrecieron una habitacion superior. Muchísima luz natural. Muy bien ubicado y rodeado de cafeterías, restaurantes y tiendas. Los amenities son de Uriage. El baño muy amplio y luminoso pero bástante frío. Nespresso y agua de cortesía en la habitación.

I rarely post hotel reviews, but this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. They were extremely friendly and helpful (thank you Josefo (sorry about misspellings)) and gave lovely recommendations. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice, and the atmosphere was very relaxing and added to the stay. The small touches as well. The location is excellent, centrally located.

We showed up for a one night stay before a flight in the morning. The staff were super kind, gave us an upgrade and took care of all of the luggage. The front desk recommended an excellent restaurant a few blocks away and arranged for a ride to the airport for us. We were there less than 12 hrs but felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Room was clean, quiet, remodeled, big enough.

Quite disappointed with the hotel. We first got a super tiny room with a lot of noise ( it’s right next to the fan of the air con for the whole hotel ) and asked for a change. The second room was better and bigger. However in the morning we were out of hot water. We waited for almost 45 min and they still didn’t fix it. In the end my bf went out without taking a shower. Hard to imagine this could happen in a four star hotel. We were also bitten by some strange insects while we were there. Although the receptionists were nice and bed was comfy, we will not stay there again

Muy mala experiencia. Reservamos en este hotel para dos noches. Cuando llegamos el primer día por la tarde habíamos dejado el coche en un parking en una plaza a 200m2, ya en el hotel le pregunté a la chica de recepción que nos acompañó a la habitación si quedaba bien allí; nos dijo que sí, pero que con ellos nos saldría a 40 euros las 24 horas y por nuestra cuenta 4 euros más caro. Dijo que le diésemos el ticket y que se encargaban ellos, además cada vez que quisiésemos el coche una persona del hotel iría a buscarlo y nos lo entregaría en la puerta y a la vuelta lo aparcarían ellos.- ( Hubiese agradecido esta información antes de llegar, pues te mandan un email con la reserva y el tiempo que va a hacer, hubiese sido un detalle saberlo). El coche quedó en la plaza (sin reserva) que nosotros escogimos por estar libre. Al día siguiente, recibimos una noticia y tuvimos que marcharnos de urgencia. Nos dirigimos a recepción para hacer el check- out y nadie se molestó ni siquiera en preguntar si había algún problema con el hotel por abandonar 1 día antes, quizás esperamos la pregunta por ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero nadie nos preguntó nada. Nos dijeron que no podían traernos el coche a la puerta porque el servicio de “aparcacoches” era hasta las 13.00h y que había letra pequeña que no habíamos leído; y es cierto, nos fiamos de lo que dijo la señorita. Dijimos que sin problema que nosotros íbamos al parking directamente. Hacen las cuentas y me cobran las 48 horas de parking cuando no habían pasado ni 24. Le digo que me hubiese salido mejor hacerlo por mi cuenta y me contesta que les dijimos que lo íbamos a usar los dos días. Si bien es cierto, pues era nuestra intención, nadie intentó ni siquiera arreglar con el parking pues nosotros no estábamos en una plaza reservada y teniendo en cuenta la categoría del hotel, un mínimo intento con el parking lo hubiésemos agradecido. Entendemos que no nos van a devolver el dinero de la habitación pues estaba reservada para nosotros, pero repito que la plaza de parking no. Igualmente nos faltó un ofrecimiento al llegar de información de la ciudad que no lo hubo, pensamos que el trato, aunque correcto, no es suficiente para la categoría del hotel. El desayuno es muy completo y variado y la habitación estaba bien aunque se escucha el ruido de la calle, que por suerte no es muy concurrida y cesó pronto una vez los restaurantes recogieron las terrazas. Otro detalle que no nos gustó fue que en l recepción hay 4 ordenadores y mientras hacían nuestra cuenta- parking estuvimos viendo todo el tiempo el DNI escaneado de otra señora, pues la pantalla estaba girada. No me gustaría que mis datos pudiesen ser vistos por cualquiera, me parece una falta de profesionalidad. Está claro que haciendo comparativas, en Portugal es una estrella menos para los españoles. Y por eso escogimos un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero visto lo visto no son suficientes. De esta experiencia saco en claro que no importa si van uniformados y si el hotel es “bonito”, hay algo más que hace que un hotel tenga categoría y eso no te lo da la ubicación ni las instalaciones. El valor del equipo humano, más en un hotel, es muy importante para que tu experiencia sea grata. Quizás confunden frialdad con profesionalidad. Mucho email ofreciendo y preguntando, sin embargo, las personas no trasmiten lo mismo. Una lastima que al final por falta de valores humano, nuestra experiencia no fuese buena.

We really have nothing but praise for this delightful hotel. Centrally located, close to shops and restaurants and public transport; elegant and welcoming, with a lovely little library and drinks, pastries and fruit on offer to all guests all day; a clean, comfortable, spacious room; a well-equipped bathroom; excellent buffet breakfasts and outstanding dinner in the restaurant (we ate dinner there one evening); very warm and helpful staff. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

While my first experience was great my second was more a mismatch. Rooms are definitely on the small side as you can see from the pictures which made it difficult to go around the room. Moreover, this time details were not up to par. After my first time I thought this would be my go to hotel in Lisbon but this time I think will be my last time. Om the plus side, beds are comfortable and you are not to far from city center.

Relatively new boutique-sized hotel smacked right in center of downtown Lisbon, metro and tram stations are within walking distance but we chose to be on our feet exploring neighborhoods while making our way to most sights.Hotel room is spacious and clean, we love the soothing color palette of the decor.Hotel staffs are generally friendly and helpful, but you’ll need to remind them to switch the central-controlled air-con to cooling mode as it’s always on heating mode.Lastly, if you’re 1st time visiting Lisbon like us, be warned that the passport control in airport is before the boarding gates and after you’ve past the security checks and duty free shops and restaurants... So don’t be misled that you’ll have ample time to enjoy a nice slow meal after security checks as the passport control is still not in sight yet!

직원분들 정말 친절해요. 와인한병 들고갔는데 먼저 와인잔 필요하지 않냐고 물어봐주시곤 챙겨주셨어요. 일층엔 에그타르트, 물 등 자유롭게 먹을 수 있고 어메니티는 모두 유리아쥬 제품입니다 다른곳에서 묵었던 호텔은 하수구 냄새가 났지만 여기는 전혀 냄새도 없고, 수압 아주 좋아요. 다음날 아침 일찍 퇴실해야해서 뷰가 좋지 않은 방에 묵었지만 다음에 온다면 무조건 이 호텔로 선택할 것 같고 무조건 지인추천할 것 같아요.

First of all, well equipped amenities with professional presentation (except it’s front desk staffs, who try to make an appearance but manners matter, if you wanna fake it then fake it all day... speaking ill and laugh at your guests doesn’t earn you a 4 star). But, we do loved the perfume they spray on the pillow, little sweet detail.. During our 6 nights stay, there were little hiccups as well... a leaking washbasin in the first morning, ran out of toilet rolls on the third night (only been given 2 rolls on the first day), some daily complementary toiletries wasn’t given as daily, and one of the sleepers went missing on the fifth day... The above mentioned faulty little things were taking cared of straight away.. but wasn’t expecting a 4 star hotel would make such mistakes.. Last but not least, this hotel is situated in a great location close to most of attractions.. this is the reason we chose it at the beginning, would not consider to stay here again in our next visit.

nous avons deux nuits dans cet hotel 7/9 19 et 8/09/19 , tout est parfait ! l accueil de la réception et leur gentillesse , nous ont trouvé une chambre des 11.30 alors que ce n était prévu que pour 16.00 , nous ont gardé les bagages avant d obtenir la chambre , ont offert le petit dejeuner à notre arrivée alors que ce n était pas compris ! nous ont également gardé les bagages le dernier jour alors que l ont avait rendu la chambre ! petit dejeuner copieux , varié et bons ! la qualité des chambres est irréprochable , vaste , bien équipée , propre un wifi excellent ! idéalement situé , un personnel aux petits soins , toujours disponible, professionnel et sympathique . bref , très bien !

My wife and I are seasoned travelers and we appreciate excellent service. Our stay from the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptional, especially José Miguel and Pedro Caetano, who handled our issue with our room with professionalism and courtesy that was beyond our expectations. They both referred us to local food and music venues which were spot on. The hotel location could not be better and the cleanliness of our room and the hotel in general was impeccable. Only thing we missed was filter coffee.

Sehr feine Patisserie in der Lobby, saubere Zimmer, alles dabei (Bluetooth-Sound, Klimaanlage, Minibar-Getränke inklusive, Portwein zum Abschied, Regendusche etc.) und sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

Emplacement parfait. Chambre sur la rue avec vue sur le Tage et sur le place de figueira. Calme, moderne et propre. On y retournera !

Ottima struttura, facilmente raggiungibile con la metropolitana, in pieno centro storico di Lisbona si raggiunge ogni punto della città facilmente anche grazie ai trasporti pubblici che funzionano davvero bene. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale, le colazioni varie ed abbondanti e la struttura funzionale e moderna, con camere spaziose

High quality service all around, very helpful and friendly staff, lovely breakfast. The bedroom was big enough with a very comfortable bed, the bathrooms were amazingly beautiful and clean! Everything here oozes fanciness and we loved it. We would come back for sure!

Fab location, clean modern design, huge marble bathroom with double shower, sea views, wonderful, friendly attentive staff. A gem of a place.

Pricey hotel in the downtown area of Lisbon. No parking available, but rooms are decent size and updated.

Très bel hôtel. En plein centre ville. Très jolie chambre avec jolie déco, Sdb parfaite avec douche à lItalienne. 2 bémols : vue de la chambre colée sur le mur de limmeuble en face. Les leds bleues au niveau des têtes de lit pour les contrôle des lumière (gênant pour le sommeil).

This will be a good hotel, we stayed during its soft opening so there were still little problems to iron out. Service in the hotel restaurant was abominable, as was the breakfast and the coffee... sheesh...

Un week end découverte de Lisbonne parfait : très belle chambre, très bien agencée, spacieuse. Le service et l'accueil sont vraiment à la hauteur d'un tel établissement. Petit déjeuner de qualité et des petits gestes attentionnés tout au long de notre séjour (3 nuits). L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal dans la Baxia pour visiter Lisbonne en long et en large. Bref un super week end. Enjoy !

We had a great stay with Hotel Sa Baixa. Tastefully decorated, very attentive and friendly service and the location is unbeatable.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect area to stay in Lisbon! Close to cafes, plazas to visit, trains, shops and within walking distance of the Alta where the bars are located. Trollies come down the street during the day. Clean and safe area. The hotel is modern, comfortable and beautiful. Hotel staff very help and friendly. AC in rooms and typical Portuguese dessert Pasteis de Nata in the lobby. Our room had balconies to the street with Windows which opened but we're very strong so it was quiet. Will definitely stay here again and recommend!

Magnifique hôtel, très calme, très bon petit déjeuner avec possibilité de boire du champagne gratuit, hôtel hyper connecté c'est très pratique pour les déplacements en ville et la visite des sites, taxi uber, et pour toute sortes de réservations, les appels téléphoniques sont gratuits, etc... situé en plein centre de la ville au coeur de tout... Le personnel est très accueillant et au petit soin, parlant français, coin détente où il est possible d'écouter des viniles c'est un plaisir agréable, service de chambre, voiturier, parking sur demande 35€jour, conciergerie, restaurant, Séjour extrêmement agréable un sans fautes!

Cet hôtel 4 etoiles à ouvert ses portes il y semaines au centre de Lisbonne rua da prata près de la place cental et du port, un établissement modern au milieu de vestiges et fresque datant du 17ème siècles, calme, agréable, le personnels est extrêmement gentils et au petit soin ! Une Exposition exceptionnelle au centre de la ville!!

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne. Personnel très accueillant, petit-déjeuner excellent, chambre parfaite si ce nest le fait que les fenêtres des chambres standard sont étroites, donc cest un peu sombre. Cest le seul petit bémol.

A brand new hotel with extremely friendly staff, an excellent breakfast, and at the time of writing this, the absolute best showers I have ever experienced. Room soundproofing could use a bit of work, but they just opened a few weeks ago and are still actively refining everything.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 4 nuits dans ce bel hôtel refait à neuf avec goût. Décoration moderne et chambre confortable. Personnel agréable, serviable et souriant. Très bon petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, au coeur du Lisbonne touristique.

Un super hotel neuf avec une deco top la classe ,proche de tout (centre historique bars restaurants monuments ...) un petit dej de dingue mais surtout un personnel plus que sympa cela change de certains hotels et en plus ils parlent bien le Français
