Excelente localização, o metrô fica há uns passos do hotel, o café da manhã é bem farto e variado, e o preço é compatível, o quarto e o banheiro são limpos e confortáveis e os recepcionistas são bastante atenciosos.

Only problem was the dangerous door stop in bathroom. One guest in room 805 stood on it and bruised her foot. Reported it at reception but got no feedback. Otherwise hotel & staff excellent.

Nearby is a great grocery store with deli and bakery, on the other side a fine pastry shop and Chinese restaurant. They have parking, although after a couple days of driving we switched to Uber - very fast and far cheaper as well as more interesting and easier.

Afgelopen week verbleven we in het Ramada hotel te Lissabon (Olaias).
Het hotel heeft een gunstige ligging les bereikbaarheid, het ligt aan het Metro station Olaias die op dezelfde metrolijn ligt dan Het Vliegveld.
De kamers waren schoon en maar verwachting, enige minpunt was dat de Airconditioning het niet deed, en dat het uitzicht aan de achterkant van het hotel er nogal trosteloos uitziet.
En het grootste minpunt was dat het geen zwembad had, terwijl we het eigenlijk wel hadden verwacht zoals bij de foto's tijdens de boeking van het hotel.
Het ontbijt was oké, zelf vinden we dat de sapjes nogal 'chemisch' smaakten (appelsap / vruchtensap) alsof het is aangemaakt met siroop.
Het brood was nogal droog, nu weet ik niet of dit normaal is in Portugal, maar het was nogal droog ivm het brood in Nederland.
Ook het vleeswaar vonden we nogal flauw /neutraal kwa smaak. wel werd het ontbijt buffet regelmatig aangevuld en was het personeel weg behulpzaam mits ze de Engels taal kundig zijn.

Só lá fiquei uma noite devido a um atraso na TAP (mais um...) mas posso afirmar que o quarto era confortável e os funcionários que me atenderam foram simpáticos. Se precisar de um hotel em Lisboa vou tomar em consideração o Ramada. Recomendo.

Agradável. Algumas partes de madeira com ataque de cupins mas nada grave. Sugiro que coloquem uma lâmpada no centro do quarto pois as luminárias não são suficientes para o caso de leitura ou utilização de notebook. Café da manhã excelente mas poderiam verificar se as máquinas de café comportam instruções em inglês para os estrangeiros entenderem quais tipos de café são oferecidos. No geral: excelente! Recomendo.

I’ve been asking for another room with a bigger TV, and the reception told me all the TV’s are the same in all rooms, wich wasn’t true because two of my colleagues had a big Samsung Tv, and I had a small one wich was placed so close to the wall, I couldn’t connect HDIM cable to it. Another thing was the fridge which stinks when you open it, like there’s a dead body inside, and you can’t use it. Rooms are pretty old fashion, and if you have the room on the back side of the hotel, you don’t really have a nice view!

Goed voorzien #hotel , bar, restaurant, fitness. Ligt direct naast de metrohalte #Olaias . Er is ook een winkeltje met souvenirs. Kamer wordt goed schoongehouden. We hadden een kamer op de 18e verdieping, met een prachtig uitzicht tot aan de brug van de 25ste april over de #Taag #tajo #tejo De directe omgeving van het hotel is niet heel erg fraai; het winkelcentrum naast het hotel heeft nogal wat leegstand. Maar met de metro naar de deur ben je snel in de mooiere delen van #Lissabon #lisboa #lisbon

Очень удобное расположение отеля, рядом с метро, на одной ветке со станцией метро Аэропорт (до аэропорта 20 мин.), на метро можно быстро доехать до историчкского центра и жд/вокзалов. Чистые номера, в ванной комнате удобные душевые кабины. Приветливый персонал. Завтраки вкусные и полноценные. Так получилось, что я была в Лиссабоне в свой день рождения и, вернувшись вечером в отель, обнаружила в номере поздравление и вкуснейший тортик.

Really nice hotel. Perfect location: right by the stop Olaias. Cool and very friendly reception people. We came here for my husband’s birthday, I mentioned it while booking the hotel. They prepared us a super cute and tasty birthday cake as a surprise! This made our trip more happy and amazing :) thank you Ramada Lisbon :)

It's good quality price, the staff are very friendly and they are always for you, and basically you just cross the street and you are in metro station (Olaias) that is the most beautiful station of Lisbon and easy you can go everywhere.

Das Peronal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Einrichtung im Badezimmer war neu, aber bei der Holztüre löste sich die ersten 10cm die Beschichtung und wirkte dadurch etwas unsauber. Die zusammengeschobenen Betten rutschten immer wieder auseinander.

Super Lage direkt an der Metro. Wir waren deutlich vor der Check-in Zeit da und konnten unser Zimmer schon beziehen. Defekter TV wurde zügig repariert. Der Ausblick auf den Tejo ist ein Traum. Das Frühstück, speziell der Kaffee entsprechen aber nicht einem 4 Sterne Haus.

I stayed in the hotel due to an unexpected layover in Lisbon. They have an arrangement with TAP Portugal and between the two of the companies you're really well taken care of if you miss your flight due to delays or other reasons. At the airport I was given a number of vouchers - taxi to and from the hotel, dinner, a snack at the bar, breakfast - and at the Ramada, all I had to do was hand them over to the staff. They took care of every detail and treated me like a king, despite my bedraggled state and African clothing that garishly stands out in Europe.

Consegui um apartamento em andar alto com vista sensacional para os morros de Sintra.

Best thing about this hotel is that it's pet friendly. The amenities and the rooms are something more in line with a 1 or 2 star hotel... A bit dated looking as well. Breakfast was probably the first part, crowded, bad/old food. If you are desperate for a pet friendly hotel it's fine but not recommended.

This hotel have been hosted the champion group of judo from 42 countries and from Ukrainian Team cleaning lady stole money. The personal did not made any action regarding this situation besides calling the police . The Police officer was drunk and we have to call police one more time. This situation is still under investigation I am strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. ITS NOT SAVE HOTEL!!!! and staff will NEVER HELP YOU in emergency situation !!!!!!!

Room was lovely. Clean. Good size. Overlooking a rugby field. Breakfast buffet was great. Luis and Marco aka GPs were amazing at the front desk. Super helpful. Only thing we didnt enjoy was the area. Not much to do. Not super safe feeling. We did take the subway downtown and that was lovely.

Ordentliche und saubere Zimmer, Frühstücksbuffet ist übersichtlich, mehr Auswahl wäre wünschenswert. Absolut schlecht ist die telefonische Erreichbarkeit des Room Services und der Rezeption. Genial hingegen die Lage direkt an der Metro zum Flughafen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

The property is great.My problem is with what they call pillows. What exactly is it made of????? The worse thing ever for your head and neck. Very lumpy and gets really hard after 2 minutes of your head resting on it. A good night sleep equals happy customers. Change your pillows!!!!

バスルームに鍵がないのは驚きましたが（笑）
ちゃんと電気ケトルも、コーヒー、紅茶、カモミールティーも置いてあります。
ドライヤーも。
アメニティはフェイシャルソープとボディクリームで、ジャンプーとボディソープは壁にくっ付いてる形式です。
アイロン台とアイロン、ミニ冷蔵庫もあります。
フリーWiFiで、快適に使えました。
コンセントジャックは2つ。
なぜか入口を入ってすぐのところにひとつ（笑）
あとはお部屋の中にひとつあります。
ホテル周辺には日曜日にもあいてるスーパーがあります。オリジナル商品がなかなか評判のようですね。
ショッピングモールもあります。
地下鉄の駅もすぐそこで、とても有名な建築家の方がデザインなさってるようで、とても変わったデザインで見学だけでもいいと思いますよ～。エスカレーターは恐ろしく早いので気をつけて乗ってください（笑）

Hotel bem confortável com atendimento cordial. O Restaurante oferece um pequeno almoço muito farto e saboroso por 10 euros. O jantar não tem muitas opções, mas os pratos são deliciosos, por um preço acessível. Fica localizado em frente à estação Olaias e o acesso aos pontos turísticos da cidade é fácil pelo metro, que aliás, é muito bom e confiável.

Everything was great except for cleaner in the area was extremely noisy the next morning. I had arrived late, so wanted to sleep in. Put my do not disturb up, but i could hear them slamming down every toilet seat and door, cabinet once every few minutes up to 4-5 rooms away from me.

Réservé 7 nuits par Voyage Privé qui a confirmé la reservation la veille du départ.
Une fois sur place le soir, le receptioniste dit qu'il n'y a pas de réservation et qu'ils ne peuvent pas nous recevoir... Je soupçonne l'hotel de n'honorer que des "soldes" de nuitées et pas des séjours plus longs à prix cassés.

Good room. Initially booked a city view room and the receptionist sorted that out really quickly. The service is as you’ll expect from Ramada and conveiniently there is a metro right next to the hotel which is ideal if you wish to explore the city. The hotel is near the airport. The room is good but felt really dark at night even with the lights so maybe the room needs more lightning.

O hotel é bom porém muito mal localizado. Há estação de Metrô em frente o que ameniza um pouco a situação. Bom custo benefício e relativamente próximo do aeroporto porém distante das atrações turísticas. Fiquei hospedado ali por falta de opções melhores. Os funcionários TODOS são muito bons, principalmente os que servem o café da manhã (em especial o jovem de terno que recepciona os hóspedes na entrada do restaurante que é simpático e eficiente)

I liked the city but the property is far from everything. I stayed because I was flying out the next morning, and despite the fact that they’re 2 miles away from the airport, they do not offer any type of shuttle service. When I asked they said they could call a cab.

This is not a four star hotel. The rooms have no sound insulation, so one hears noise from the street, from the floor corridor, and from neighbors on all sides. If peace and quiet are important to you, be very careful about booking this hotel.
It is also understaffed, so that long lines are frequent at check in and -out. The desk personnel also serve as concierge, so likewise, count on waiting for touristic advice.
Breakfast has no hot cereal, and juices are either watery or extremely sweet.
I had an air conditioner problem, and waited a long time (half hour) for a woman to show up, who then said she did not handle air conditioning, and would call a coworker. There was then a long wait (half hour) for that person to show up. She had said the wait would be 2 minutes.

Firstly do not eat here. Breakfast is cold and completely unappetising. The evening meal roast duck was burnt right through on the buffet and the burger ordered at lunch was also burnt through. The staff however were nice. Looking at the last few reviews something seems to have gone awry. The room was OK but you can hear the cleaning staff from about 6am. It is conveniently located but if your room is at the front you will hear traffic noise throughout the night.

Falta de segurança. Após o café da manhã, dia 05/09, cheguei no quarto e minhas malas não estavam. Cheguei às 07:40. e havia marcado com a guia Sônia, da CVC, às 8:00. Portanto nem estava fora do horário combinado. Liguei para a recepção e me falaram que haviam pegado as minhas malas e as levado para a recepção. Que absurdo! Sem minha autorização. O quarto foi invadido e minhas malas retiradas. Nem checkout tinha feito ainda. Que falta de respeito. Logo na Europa.

Обычный отель на четыре звезды. Из минусов - далеко от центра, пешком почти один час. Еще один минус - часть номеров с видом во "внутренний" двор, на сайте этих фото нет. Там полная разруха... Другие номера с панорамным видом на весь город, так что обращайте внимание при заказе. До центра лучше ехать на такси. Из плюсов - есть автомобильный паркинг, можно брать с собой животных, неплохой бар на первом этаже.

Atención al cliente: los trabajadores fueron muy amables en todo momento.
Ubicación: Habíamos leído en comentarios que estaba en una zona muy deprimida cercana a una zona conflictiva, sin embargo nosotros en ningún momento nos sentimos inseguros ni en las calles ni en el metro. El metro está en la puerta, ni un minuto andando, y en la zona hay un supermercado con bastante variedad de productos.
Habitación: perfecta , nos pusieron en la planta 18, en la última, y teníamos unas preciosas vistas. Las camas son grandes y cómodas, en la habitación hay una pequeña nevera y un hervidor de agua, con café e infusiones de cortesía que te reponen cuando las acabas. También hay una plancha y televisión, pero este último no tiene canales españoles. Habitación y baño muy limpios.
Parking: barato y muy amplio, merece la pena dejarlo dentro. En la calle hay para aparcar de manera gratuita.
Muy recomendable, estamos muy contentos con la elección de este hotel, volveríamos a repetir con ellos.

Hotel sympa situe juste en face d'une station de métro et de bus qui vous amèneront partout sur la capitale de Lisbonne .taxi15 mn en voiture de l'aéroport. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propre disposant d'une vue agréable sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner est excellent il ya du choix donc impossible de ne pas aimer.
Salle de sport, bar ,auditorium, restaurant sont les atouts pour les personnes en déplacement.
Niveau personnel il faudrait avoir un peu plus de sourire niveaux de la réception.

Piccoli inconvenienti di contatto con la reception in caso di necessità, ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Absolutely awful. For starters I came here in the morning for an earlier breakfast. The lady kindly confirmed the kitchen is open and took my order. It took 25 min until I came back and asked what’s happening to my order? Apparently, the lady even forgot I wanted a coffee but with regards to the kitchen, he assertively advised that “I need to wait”. The coffee arrived 7 min after, then another 10 mins soup arrived (with no bread), and then final culmination - another 17 min to bring the omelette. Total of nearly an hour of being served??!

Die Zimmer waren sauber und okay, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die schlechte Bewertung bezieht sich hauptsächlich auf das Frühstück und das Abendessen. Das Rührei und der Salami waren ungeniessbar, sowie der Kaffee auch (wenn dann die Maschinen richtig funktionierten). Der Rest schmeckte nach Fertigprodukten. Beim inbegriffenen Abendessen gab es 3 Gänge, die wir in ca. 20min durch hatten. Das Essen war kalt und schmeckte nicht. Zum Dessert gab es ein Buffet mit Fertigkuchen. Das einzige was am Restaurant gut war, war der freundliche Service.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gegend selbst ist eher hässlich, aber wir konnten für 5,00€ / Tag sicher parken und mit der Metro direkt vor der Haustür fahren. Zimmer und Ausstattung sind auch in Ordnung. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Stadtblick, also nicht ganz so schön. Für ein paar Euro mehr kann man bestimmt auch Wasser sehen. Viel ist in der Umgebung nicht. Dennoch würde ich es bezogen auf Preis/Leistung (mit Auto !) wieder nehmen.

Questo hotel tutto fumo e niente arrosto...i clienti che fanno parte di gruppi sono lasciati un po indietro rispetto agli altri eppure si paga tutti uguali...la sera a cena ti propinano un piatto di zuppa insipida seguita da un bel piatto di riso e pollo che mi ha fatto stare male tutta la notte e poi dolci in fondo riso con il latte...se nascevo cinese forse andava bene e poi il bello e che non c e alternativa e se io fossi allergica ? Nulla da dire sulla colazione

Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis om Lissabon te bezoeken. Je kan de auto er voor vijf euro per dag onder parkeren, de metrohalte is voor de deur en het vliegveld is makkelijk bereikbaar. Kamers is vrij standaard. Er zit naast het hotel ook een erg lekkere bakkerij!
Wat beter kan is de airco en een paspoort kopiëren is niet meer van deze tijd.

We arrived very late, after our plane had been late. The staff was friendly, efficient, and seemed to genuinely care that we were happy. We only stayed here because we had a 12-hour layover and needed a place to sleep, but we would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel. Close to metro, but otherwise not in an interesting area. Very good Chinese, Portuguese, sushi buffet on one side and a grocery store with bakery & deli (inside Plaze Oasis) on the other.
There seem to be two web pages for this hotel. One said there was a pool and breakfast is included - not necessarily true.
The pool is part of a health club 300 meters away (fee) and breakfast wasn't included (€12.50 fee). Some packages include breakfast buffet - a great buffet too. Our Expedia rep said breakfast was included-he was wrong.
Taxi and Uber are about the same - €6-8 plus tip to just about anywhere. Metro is €1.50. There were three in our group so Uber was about the same price as Metro but much faster and nicer. This is an Uber town; never more than 5 minutes away.
The Royal Palace, called Ajuda National Palace, is really worth checking out. Its not on tours because of the difficulty getting there - it's close but off the beaten path. We drove; very very bad idea - get an Uber or taxi.
To avoid the line for Tram 28 take a cab to the end of the line at Campo Ourique (Prazeres) at a cemetery (like the Layeffette cemetery in New Orleans) and ride it back. Really, the line at M. Moniz can be very, very long and if you're in the sun you might get burned. Be sure your driver knows exactly what your doing as there are businesses that us the name Campo Ourique.

It is a nice hotel with competent staff.They are very reactive,they speak or try to speak english and french.The property is ok,also the view and position closed to the subway,about 40-50m.Overall a good hotel...
