C'est un scandale que de telles sociétés de service puissent continuer à sévir.
Certes le tarif est attractif mais faites attention!
Pour ma part : atterrissage vers 23h00, leur parking étant très éloigné ils viennent vous récupérer en fourgon. Sauf que dans mon cas le monsieur n'est jamais venu. La société était fermée j'ai du revenir le lendemain matin.
On va dire que ça peut arriver..mais ça m'a coûté hôtel +taxi
Néanmoins au retrait du véhicule le lendemain, la dame ma reçu avec beaucoup de mépris et d'irrespect, elle ne s'est pas excusée. Pire elle ne m'a même pas regardé.
Commandé Golf IIV suis parti avec une Fiat.
Ne pas faire de généralités : toutes les autres sociétés de location m'ont toujours offert un excellent service à Lisbonne.

A minha avaliação é Zero.Aluguei um carro de 7 lugares e a empresa não tinha o carro para entregar. Fui obrigada a receber uma van de 9 lugares. Carrinha grande, difícil de dirigir e principalmente de estacionar. Não me ofereceram nenhuma opção . Ainda consideraram um ‘Upgrade ‘ Afirmamos varias vezes que não estou acostumada a dirigir este tipo de carro e que necessitava providências para que efetuassem a troca o mais rápido possível.
O carro de 7 lugares seria o ideal para a minha família de 6 pessoas. Não estou acostumada a dirigir vans ou micro ônibus.
O atendimento é ruim e sem nenhum preparo para tratar com o cliente. Estou no aguardo de uma troca mas acho que não vão levar em conta amanhã solicitação.
O meu problema está mais grave. Eu fiz um dano numa porta traseira do veículo, um arranhão de 6 cm A Udrive ficou com € 1500 , segundo eles , para o valor do conserto. Fiz o seguro total e necessito a fatura desse conserto . A Udrive não me dá e não consigo ser ressarcida desse valor.

Bonjour. A part de l'attente (1h45) pour récupérer notre voiture, je n'ai eu aucun problème avec cette société en janvier 2019. Tarifs très attractif (15€ 3 jours). Il suffit simplement de réserver et de payer avec une CB type AMEX GOLD ou VISA PREMIER dans laquelle toutes les assurances sont incluses. Si vous ne voulez pas recevoir de facture de péages ; évitez les et roulez aux vitesses prescrites pour ne pas recevoir de PV majorés et avec commission lourde plus tard...

Je m’abstiens généralement de tout commentaire négatif mais la gestion catastrophique de cette société fera exception. A éviter absolument, j’aurais du lire les précédents commentaires avant de louer une voiture et je ne peux malheureusement que les confirmer. Tout a déjà été dit précédemment.

Stay away! Poor customer service, surly sales agents. The car we were given had probably been returned 5 minutes before we got in as it had low fuel, little washer fluid and was sort of clean. After I return the car and close rental agreement I am told everything is good and no extra charges. When I return home from trip, I find a charge for 34.35 euros on my visa a day after I had returned the car. No response from company when I email and inquire as to what this fee is for. Rent a car from someone else.

I’ve used ÜDrive many times the past four months and I can’t recommend them enough. For one the pricing is very reasonable, but the team there could not be more helpful and accommodating.

Atendimento horrível, frota terrível. Aluguei um vw up e deram me um fiat punto que quase parecia que tinha de ser empurrado para andar. Na entrega do carro a pessoa mal falou, pediu para assinar e adeuzinho. Experiência a não repetir neste empresa!

Vorsicht!
Vermieter zieht Kaution (1845 Euro!!) von der Karte ein und zahlt diese nach nun schon fasst vier Wochen nicht zurück, obwohl bei Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs alles in Ordnung war und dies so auch schriftlich quittiert wurde. E-Mails bleiben unbeantwortet und am Telefon wird man auf die nächste Woche vertröstet.

Auf keinen Fall hier einen Mietwagen buchen. Die schlechteste Erfahrung aller Zeiten in Europa :
- es hat über eine Stunde gedauert, bis ich am Flughafen abgeholt wurde
- es hat wiederum deutlich über eine Stunde gedauert, bis mir der Mietwagen bereitgestellt wurde
- der Mietwagen war entgegen der vertraglichen Vereinbarung nicht voll getankt, sondern nur zu 3/4
- bei Rückgabe des Autos wurde mir eine Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 50 Euro berechnet, weil ich das Auto nicht ausgesaugt habe (moniert wurde der Sand im Bereich der Fußmatte, der von einer Nutzung des Autos im normalen Maße herrührte; mir wurde von der Mitarbeiterin erklärt, ich hätte das Auto aussaugen müssen - das habe ich so noch nie bei einem Mietwagen erlebt. Ich würde hier unterstellen, daß diese Gebühr System hat und der Vermieter einfach 50€ abzocken möchte).
Gleiches gilt auch für u drive und vehicle rent, die nur andere Namen dieses Unternehmens sind.

ATTENTION ARNAQUEUR !
Je ne redige jamais ce genre de commentaires negatifs. Voici mon premier en 5 ans de voyage et de location de voiture ! Nous avons rentré notre vehicule dans EXACTEMENT LE MEME ETAT (nettoyee en plus) que lorsque nous l'avons louée et ils ont tout fait pour trouver des bosses (qui etaient déjà la au depart). Ils ont arreté d'en chercher lorsqu'ils ont remarqué que nous etions couvert par une assurance. Sans cela nous perdions notre franchise à 1600 EUROS !!!
ATTRAPE TOURISTE ! A EVITER A TOUT PRIX !
Mise a jour 19.09 :
Malgré l'assurance omnium, nous venons d’être débité sur notre carte de crédit (2 mois plus tard) d'une somme non justifiées de Udrive. Evidemment pas moyen de les contacter pour leur demander. Une belle bande de voleur !

La peor experiencia de alquiler! No tenían stand en el aeropuerto. El vuelo llegaba a las 7:30 y llegó puntual. No teníamos maletas facturadas, así que llegamos a las 8:00como habíamos quedado y no vino nadie hasta pasadas las 9:10 y encima mintiendo!

Booked this company as advertised as on terminal pick upup Faro airport in car Park 4. This turned out to be a shuttle mini bus to an off site location to collect the car. Many companies were doing this but this was not what was advertised. Took 30mins waiting for mini bus to take us to collect the car and a fairly long process to do paperwork to collect the car. Extra charges for additional driver and to drop the car off before 8am we not expected. Staff were not overly helpful in the office. Plus toll fees for using the motorway. We spotted the horrendous excess e1800 when booking the car so ended up taking extra insurance against this, another £50. Car pretty poor, didn't feel very safe driving it. No one was at the office when we dropped off the car, eventually shuttle bus arrived to take us back to airport but had to wait even longer as not enough room in the bus for us as it only sat 8 people. They may appear cheaper but it was just not worth the experience or quality of car. I would opt for a more well know brand of hire car in future. I would not recommend this company.

Cheap rent and good cars...but check the wheels first they gave us a very bad ones really dangerous.So if everybody complain they will be much more accurate to check them.

Ich kann diesen Anbieter überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen, da er unseren Mietvertrag einfach storniert hat. Wir haben unseren Mietwagen für 2 Wochen schon Monate vorher über billiger-mietwagen.de gemietet und auch eine Flugnummer angegeben. Als wir dann 15 min. Verspätung hatten, war das Auto weg und auch meine gesamte Anzahlung war verloren, da angebliche Klauseln in den AGBs dies erlauben. Finger weg!

I would rate 0 star if possible. Worst experience in car rental, took 60 minutes to get the keys in an office who looks like à backdoor garage. Our car even stopped working in the middle of nowhere. The office never answered my numerous phone calls giving no assistance. I would camp in front of their office to tell people to turn back, that's how bad this company is!

Da evitare!In aeroporto ho trovato immediatamente l'autista che mi ha condotto all'ufficio per il ritiro dell'auto, ma arrivato lì ho dovuto aspettare oltre 1 ora con 2 bambini di 2 e 5 anni per la consegna dell'auto. Inoltre mi avevano detto che il prezzo finale sarebbe stato di € 187,80, quando in realtà dal conto hanno prelevato, tramite la carta di credito, € 221,18.

Betrüger und reinste Abzocke!!! Gelockt wird man mit einem günstigen Angebot. Doch bei Abgabe des Fahrzeug wird auf bereits vorhandene Schäden hingewiesen und ohne Detailerläuterung 650€ abgebucht! Dabei hätte in diesem Fall ein neue Felge nur 110€ gekostet! Auf Hinweis dessen nur eine Rückmeldung von wegen die Felge sei ein “Sondermodell“.
Hinzukommt eine Wartezeit von 1 1/2 Stunden und das unfreundlichste Personal!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

Die absoluten Betrüger!!!! Erst wartet man über 2 Stunden am Flughafen und dann wird man unfreundlich abgefertigt. Bei der Rückgabe wird man dann für einen Steinschlag mit 150€, die zu zahlen sind belohnt! Und zum Schluss werden einen Monat später nochmals zusatzusätzliche Kosten kommentarlos von der Kreditkarte abgebucht!!! Niemals hier einen Mietwagen buchen!!! Betrüger!!!!!!

EL PEOR SERVICIO, NO RENTEN AQUI, ESTAFA TOTAL., nos cobraron 500 EUROS por una raya que tenia 1 neumatico, la persona que atiende no sabe hablar ingles, ni español, solo portugues y no tiene NADA de educación, te quitan de tu tarjeta 1.845 EUR como ''Deposito'' y al final lo que hacen es estafarte. NO SE LOS RECOMIENDO.

Overall it was a bad experience. They do not have an office in the airport and on the reservation was written that a representative of the company will wait for us in the airport - that did not happened, there was no one there, we tried calling but nobody answer the phone, we got some help from other companies that had representatives there. We waited for 30 mins for a white van to carry us at their office that was really small and crowded, 2 desks. We waited in line for more than an hour just to start the renting contract and also witness a fight (actual swearing and pushing !) between a client and an employee because a care was too dirty when returned. The car we received was on an empty tank so apparently they do not have the policy to give the car with a full tank. The prices are good but the deposit is huge, we left 2400 euros deposit for a Fiat Tipo for 7 days. The car was fine in general. On the return we also had to wait 30 minutes in line just to leave the key after that is the drive to the airport again... Although they have competitive prices the waiting and the logistics they have there does not worth it. I do not recommend.

Der bekommt von mir keinen einzigen Stern! Unter aller Sau! Am Flughafen fängt es schon an! Keiner ist da und nimmt einen entgegen weil der Shuttelbusfahrer der selbe ist wie der der die Liste führt! Unglaublich! Wir standen erstmal da wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt trotz fragen. Nach einer Stunde sind sie dann mit einem kleinen Van aufgetaucht und könnten und nicht mitnehmen weil die Plätze bereits alle belegt waren! Haben uns daraufhin ein Taxi genommen .. Shuttleservice wäre eig. Inklusive! Sind angekommen und hier geht es gerade so weiter! Der Shuttlebusfahrer übernimmt nämlich auch noch die Aufgabe alles abzuschließen inklusive schlüsselübergabe! Im Büro war dadurch dann natürlich auch eine lange Warteschlange! Nie wieder!!

A éviter absolument !
Nous avons loué un véhicule en Mai 2018. Certes les prix sont attractifs mais au retour du véhicule ils cherchent méticuleusement le moindre impact qui n'a pas été répertorié à la prise en charge et sans aucune preuve du coût ou de liste de prix, on vous demande de payer 500€!! Ensuite, on vous dit qu'on va vous envoyer la facture pour se faire rembourser … mais après votre départ, lorsque vous appelez on vous dit que c'est impossible?!!! Donc 500€ pour ma pomme. Ce jour nous avons été 2 dans ce cas ! Faites attention.. JE DECONSEILLE FORTEMENT !

DO NOT RENT HERE. Not only did we discover our multiple hidden costs more than doubled our original cost, the man who served us was fierce, intimidating and wildly aggressive. He seemed quite confident in his ability to bully and frighten two women and instead of the promised airport transport back, we fled the premises with our belongings and called a cab at a nearby car dealership. The online deals are a bold lie. Go for HERTZ and you'll pay less by far. Or any known name that actually IS at the airport. Still disputing additional charges on my Visa.

Es hat eine ganze Stunde gedauert, bis wir dran waren, obwohl nur zwei Kunden vor und waren. Der Riss in der Windschutzscheibe ist uns erst nach den Losfahren aufgefallen und wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen. Mussten dann zurückfahren und es richtig stellen. Ansonsten war alles ok, auch bei der Abgabe.

The shuttle took almost 40 minutes to pick me up. No apology. They really don't care. When dropping the car off there was a piece of loose plastic under the front bumper. A child could have snapped it back into place. They charged 200 euros for "damage". When I objected they threatened to charge my card with the full security deposit of 2,360 euros. They would not transport my family to the airport so they could at least check in until I paid. Basically held them hostage. They are a bunch of thugs. We barely made our flight.

Stay away! Hard to find. They will sell you a bogus insurance policy. Broke down, called insurance with no answer. Called phone number on rental form and it is for a woman's house in Northern Spain. Lousy outfit!

NE LOUEZ JAMAIS UNE VOITURE VIA UDRIVE
Personnel lent, malhonnête. Fait la file 1h30 pour se rendre compte que toutes les voitures qui rentraient devaient payer 300€, 500€ pour des griffes injustifiées. Le personnel refuse de parler une autre langue que le portugais quand il s'agit de régler un litige. Le personnel préfère faire de l'admin quand il y a une file de 10 personnes qui attendent pour réceptionner leur voiture (et qu'il n'y a que 2 "desks").
Ai changé d'avis et n'ai pas pris le risque de prendre la voiture louée là, de peur de devoir payer 10x le prix de la location au retour. GROSSE DECEPTION, ARNAQUEURS

Had a wonderful experience here recently. Picked up a car on Sunday morning for a drive to the Algarve. Was dubious because our reservation was for about $46 for 4 days for a car that could sit 5 with luggage space for 5. We were given a diesel Toyota Aurus that had plenty of space. There was no attempt to push insurance on us. We did buy a transponder rental for tolls but that was lesss than $8. We returned it at 8am on a weekday; they opened earlier than usual to allow us to do, then gave us a ride to the airport. Great job guys!

Uma vergonha de serviço, alugamos um carro através dum portal na internet, na U-Drive, e cancelaram a nossa reserva dum carro que ja tinhamos pago 29 dias. Falámos com um Sr. Jose Serpa, que é duma falta de educação para com os clientes como nunca vi em toda a minha vida, existem pessoas e empresas que nao deveriam ter TRABALHO NEM CLIENTES. Vergonhoso.

Location is a little bit difficult to find the first time but there is a free shuttle to and from the airport. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Very easy going and understanding. The cars are in decent shape and the rates are competitive with all of the other rental agencies around.

These guys left us stranded for 24 hours in the algarve, with no accommodations and a broken down vehicle. They don't answer the phone, and tried to charge my credit card more than a month after my return home.

Adorei a empresa. Ao contrário de outras, esta não tentou impor um seguro exorbitante, limitando-se a nos oferecer. Ademais, o carro que reservamos estava a nossa espera, com todos os acessórios solicitados. Unica dificuldade é que, como a empresa não possui um guichê no aeroporto de Lisboa, dificulta um pouco a localização. Entretanto, a funcionária da empresa chegou ao ponto de encontro com menos de 20 minutos de atraso com relação hora marcada. Então não houve nada que desabonasse a referida empresa. Quando voltar a Portugal, procurarei a Udrive novamente.

DONT RENT A CAT WITH THIS COMPANY.
First they dont pick you up on time and your holidays begin a couple of hours later.
Then they charge you for everything extra and in the end it is more expensive then the other rental agencies. And on top of that they are not friendly at all!

Be very careful. They tried to give my brother a car with damaged tyres which were illegal and highly dangerous. Very unorganised on the collection from the airport and I would never use them again.

Unfriendly, slow and not what we booked. (This car rental claimed to be in the airport, but a woman only picked us up IN the airport and then drove us to their location.) We wouldn't recommend it. Ps. Make sure that you can return your car within their opening hours, otherwise you will need to pay 30€ extra and won't b able to walk away from it as you are stuck at their car park/office.

Не пунктуальная компания, на один час опоздали, ждали их в аеропорту с маленьким ребенком. Я заказала машину Фольсваген Поло и оплата произойшла по ее цене, а по приезду на фирму дали Фиат Пунто, которая дешевле и разницу даже не вернули.... Не советую ету контору.

Terrible experience. The older chap that picked us took an hour to get there once we phoned. On the way back we dropped the car off he then accused us of damaging the car which we hadn't done. Fortunately we took pictures of the car and damage when we picked it up. Then he found out he was using the wrong paperwork. He was very rude and shouted. Their fault they had the wrong paperwork no apology given. Do not use pay the extra for less hassle.

Awful experience. Very unfriendly people who were bragging about how much they drank the night before (while working with cars the day after).
The car they gave us, was covered in dents and was not that clean from the inside. In addition, they don't have a booth at the airport and picked us up, 25 minutes too late to bring us to our car.
Definitely not recommended.

If you can, pay a little bit more and rent somewhere else. U-drive is cheap, but the service is terrible. You have to wait for the bus at the airport, then you have to wait for your turn for a lengthy, bureaucratic process that takes (no joking) more than half an hour for each customer. With multiple parties in the transfer bus, be prepared for waiting times of more than an hour. The boss happily plays patience in his office, while one guy has to handle all customers that wait in line. An absolute and definite NO.

We were met at the airport, taken 5 mins to the car. Quick on the paperwork, efficient. Dropped the car back early and a taxi was arranged for us into Lisbon.

Nous avons fait 3 éraflures sur le pare choc arrière, nous l'avons indiqué à la personne (fort désagréable) , nous avons rempli les papiers nécessaires et payé la somme correspondant au dommage , sauf que lorsque nous lui avons demandé la grille tarifaire des dommages (document demandé par notre assurance pour le remboursement, précisant les différents coûts pour les différents dommages), elle a refusé notre demande stipulant que c'était un document interne, même mon assureur n'a pas réussi a obtenir ce document en ayant la personne en ligne, ce qui prouve bien la malhonnêteté de ce loueur, puisqu'ils ne veulent pas justifier leur prix. Ce document est normalement fourni par tous les loueurs en cas de dommages sur un véhicule !! Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout ce loueur!!

Falta de profissionalismo total, aceitaram uma reserva e no dia seguinte quando meu filho foi com a noiva que veio de férias do Brasil foram buscar o veiculo as 18:00h pois já tinham reserva de hotel, simplesmente como é bem tipico do atendiemnto Português não tinha o veículo e simplismente não tem, não tem, fez reserva não tem como ir problema seu, simples assim, vou postar em todas as redes sociais para que ninguém mais corra os meios riscos que nós e nunca aluguel um carro na empresa de vocês.nota Z E R O

Hyr inte av UDrive / Multiauto! Vid återlämnandet av bilen debiterade de extra 75 euro för städning. Bilen var i ett normalt skick. De hävdade att när jag undertecknade kontraktet godkände jag detta villkor - ett kontrakt med extremt liten text som ingen kan sitta och läsa igenom med människor väntande bakom. Jag har hyrt många bilar förut genom andra bolag och städning har alltid varit inkluderad. Dessutom oförskämd personal. Aldrig mer.....

Tinha muitas dúvida, pois há imensas empresas a prestar este serviço.
Optei pela Udriver em Lisboa.
Digo com toda a propriedade: não poderia ter corrido melhor !!!!!

Do not rent from this Car Rental. An absolutle nightmare. The company fraudulently charged my debit card for existing damages without my authorization. They claimed that the car was "scratched" when they had no evidence and the scratch was more than a month old (We only had a for 3 days). The sales guy was pushing for me to purchase their expensive daily insurance, and I didn't get it, so they charged my card twice that totaled up to $191 for the existing damages. This is the classic tourist scam.

Alugo sempre os automóveis através dos sites "Low Cost" e por isso, nunca espero muito quando se fala de atendimento e na qualidade dos automóveis. Nesta modalidade já tive o prazer de conseguir alugar automóveis na UDrive por algumas ocasiões e sou sempre surpreendido com um atendimento e com uma qualidade e limpeza dos automóveis acima da média. Na ultima ocasião tive a infelicidade do colaborador se enganar na cobrança do valor no cartão de credito (eu também tive culpa porque aceitei o pagamento sem reparar) e na verdade, conforme combinado, o valor foi-me restituído e avisado por email. É isso que tenho encontrado na Udrive, gente séria, honesta e profissional. Obrigado.

Be very careful renting a car with this company.. Youll end up paying alot more then you originally were suppose too.. Becareful when you choose not to opt for the Via verde. They keep giving you a ring around. I went from trying to pay .85€ at the CTT to them charging me almost 40€. I called CTT and Via verde directly and both told me the same thing that the problem is with Udrive.. Udrive blame it on CTT and me for not buying via verde..Ive done this with Goldcar and Europcar and never had a problem....When you ask to speak to a manager they refuse.. I Usually use Goldcar and never had a problem with them but decided to try UDrive what a mistake.. DONT RENT HERE...

I'm from Toronto/Canada....and this past September my husband and I went to Lisbon/ Portugal and we loved the services!! Next time we are going to rent at the same place!

Do not rent a car here, the site it's a complete mess. You will end up paying much more than it was meant to be. DO NOT RENT. O serviço é pessimo
