We had to wait more than one hour to get to the desk even if we had a reservation, at the desk the guy was helpful and quick, but after to collect the car it was a nightmare. I don't understand why all the people after us are collecting the car before us and to give an idea we are waiting to pick the car from 11:40 and now here is 12:24 and we are still here waiting.... no clue on how this office works.. staff at the garage TOO SLOW. As we asked explanation they are now saying that we have to wait a bit more.
I definitely don't recommend this Europcar . Never again

Eles não explicam direito as coisas e acham que somos obrigados a saber, só porque meu filho e marido trocaram o combustível do carro, eles nos cobraram 250€ para limpeza do tanque, um roubo.

Zumutung... ewige Wartezeiten, trotz vorheriger onlinereservierung. Nur 2 Schalter von 6 offen. Premium Service dauerte noch länger als normaler Service.
Wenn man dann die bürokratischen Sachen erledigt hat, wartet man nochmal 30 min aufs Auto...
Auto war dann dafür in Ordnung.... aber die Laune war auf jeden Fall schon leicht gereizt nach der Wartezeit
Da lohnt es sich eigt mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen zu fahren und dort schnell ein Auto zu bekommen.

Personal impression: Staff seemed much friendlier with English speaking customers than with local ones and in general appeared a bit too smug for my taste.
General: Car was not fuelled up (7/8 of the tank) which (fortunately) was duly noted by the staff; however, when returned like this (with literally half of a milimeter below the 7/8 mark) the staff person initially insisted that it was only 6/8 full. Gave in when we got back into the car again and checked the situation. The car also had lots of scratches, we had real issues with the tank cap.

Worst car rental station ever! Wasted 2h waiting, just to get ripped off by the inattentive staff - and I have the highest status with Europcar! The usual gas scam is bad enough, but getting a car with a previous damage without information - guys, you are worse than all those pickpockets in the city. Never ever will I return.

Alugamos um carro para fazer o passeio à Fátima e Óbidos. Pessoal bastante atencioso. Atendimento sem burocracia, prático e rápido. Tinha um dos atendentes que falava inglês com fluência, não foi necessário para nós, mas vi uma família de alemãs que conseguiu se comunicar muito bem.

Horrible customer service. We returned the car with more gas than it initially had. Afterwards we were charged with a ridiculous amount for missing the full tank. We called them and sent them with our proof that we took the car with less gas. But no body from this car rental gives us any reply.

É a terceira vez que alugo um carro em vila nova de gaia e devolvo em Lisboa na avenida Antônio Augusto Aguiar. Os carros sempre confortáveis e muito bem cuidados. Desta vez rodei 2.000 km e deu tudo certo sem nenhum contratempo. Obrigado Europcar pela parceria.

The service was fairly quick, but not as quck as they market it on their website. I reserved and checked in (paid for) the car the day before in order not to wait, but I still waited for half an hour ina queu.
I didn’t have any other problems with a service or a car.

Pongo una estrella porque es lo mínimo pero no se merecen ni media. Colas infinitas, muy desorganizados, empleados de veraneo mientras el local se viene abajo de gente. Muy muy lamentable no lo recomiendo. Dos horas de espera perdidas de la reserva.

I took the car with 3/8 fuel in the tank (I’ve been asked to return it with 3/8), I returned it with 4/8. The staff confirmed everything was fine, and 2 weeks later I was charged 150 eur (without any notification) for not returning full tank.

Little bit of rush hour this morning at the service desk, but queuing system worked well. The service was overall quick, friendly and professional. Location was very convenient alongside wide road. It was easy to stop for a while to get everything sorted out with the new vehicle and start driving.

Zwar bekommt man ein Ticket mit Nummer zu Beginn, aber trotz Anzeige auf einem Bildschirm werden die Nummern auf portugiesisch gerufen (die Anzeige aktualisiert deutlich zeitversetzt).

Nach den vielen negativen Rezensionen hatten wir zuerst Bedenken, aber alles lief super. Wir haben ein Auto für 2 Tage gemietet und es eigentlich um 9 Uhr morgens abholen sollen, waren aber schon um 8:15 dort. Wir haben höchstens 15min gewartet, könnten aber beobachten wie es sich immer mehr füllte. Wir würden also empfehlen das Auto sehr früh abzuholen, da sonst die bereits beschriebenen Wartezeiten von 2 Stunden zutreffen können. Das Auto wurde mit uns zusammen auf Macken kontrolliert. Unser Auto hatte extrem viele kleine Kratzer und wir hatten das Gefühl dass der Mitarbeiter ohne uns nur die Hälfte dieser Macken notiert hätte(also aufpassen!). Der Tank war auch nicht wie besprochen voll, aber wir haben ihn einfach wieder so abgegeben wie wir ihn erhalten haben und bei der Rückgabe um 23 Uhr hatten wir auch nicht das Gefühl dass das Auto grossartig kontrolliert wurde. Wir waren zufrieden, allerdings würde ich hier nur ausserhalb der Stosszeiten hin.

Tres tres deçu par europcar... on loue une voiture a l'aéroport qui présente un défaut à une roue.
Quand je m'en aperçois, on m'envoie dans cette agence pour l'échange. Une demi journée de vacances de gâcher et quand je demande un geste commercial on me répond que lon ne me facturera pas l'échange... en gros europcar devrait réagir et venir expliquer à ces employés qu'un client se gagne difficilement et se perd tres facilement.
Pour finir fuyez Europcar au Portugal en tout cas cette agence de lisbonne...

We are frequent car rental users as we constantly have to travel. We are appalled by how we were treated at Europcar during our trip to Lisbon. The car rental fee was Euro 156 but we were charged an additional Euro 200 for an almost invisible dent on the car which was not caused by us. We spent time challenging their repair bill by giving Europcar Portugal Customer Services detailed written explanations. Then we received a few words after more than 5 weeks (though by an automatic reply they promised to get back to us in 7 days) saying “the repair bill sent is based in our LDAS List certified and validated by DEKRA”. Not even bother to tell us what they have checked nor explain what are the meanings of their abbreviations.
This is just a message from us to let other fellow car users to know how Europcar ignored communications from clients and charges clients by inspecting their returned cars at a carping level. There are plenty of rental companies and we would advise anyone to avoid Europcar.

Never hire a car here. They are robbers. The tank of my car was not full when I received it; this was stated on the paper they gave. When I gave the car back, the fuel was at the same level, and the guy who checked the car agreed with this. On the final invoice I received by mail, they charged me extra fuel, because the tank was not full.

Hatten auf Grund der Bewertungen hier zunächst Bedenken, haben dann aber doch hier einen Smart For 2 online gebucht (3 Tage im Voraus). Es lief alles reibungslos und auch schnell ab: Abholung ~5 Minuten (Freitag, 07:00) und Abgabe ~2 Minuten (Freitag 20:00 - Premium Schutzpaket, vllt. gehts dadurch nochmals schneller?!). Waren wohl auch nicht zu den Hauptstoßzeiten hier, aber das war auch Absicht - weder bei Abholung noch bei Abgabe war ein weiterer Kunde zu sehen. Auch mit dem Fahrzeug war alles ok.
Würden hier definitiv wieder ein Fahrzeug anmieten - und auch wieder zu ähnlichen Zeiten abholen.

We had made a reservation to avoid losing time in queues and what not. Even so, we waited for 45 minutes in a short queue, with a speed of 1 client every 15 minutes... Seeing this scenario and a queue getting bigger, no additional personnel was put to work...
The car that we were give was not the one we had ordered and paid for, it was full of damage all around and the fuel tank was not full.
Honestly an horrible service for a company of this dimension, but it should be specific to this one site of theirs, because I've been a client of Europcar in the past and had never had a single issue with them.
Please avoid this site.

1. You take an appointement : you leave with 45 min of delay because there is still a queue... even though you have a reservation, doesn't matter... then finally when they finally take you in charge, you still have to wait for the car to come.... I never saw that and it's really not the first time I rent a car...
2. I order a car (a peugot smtg), and guess what... Received a punto so old and scratched everywhere... Was a real **** to drive
3. The guy at the desk? Not even a "hi", not a "please" nothing...
4. You are supposed to give back a full fuel.. because they give you a car full of fuel... But guess what ? Mine was not totally full, But I could only see this after driving like 10 km... the line of fuel was already one less after 10 km... COME ON ...
Last time I will go to that specific office, because I already rent a car to Europcar.... I was never treated this way, and with that delay, and a car I didn't order....

We booked a car with Mauro and he was extremely helpful. He spoke English so well that it was easy to communicate with him.
When we arrived our economy car was not ready so he upgraded us to a larger, more comfortable car with a GPS included. This was an invaluable added feature.
We only waited a few minutes to get the car. Service was excellent!
Mauro was friendly, helpful and very professional.
Overall, a very good experience.

Terrible place to rent a car. I arrived one hour later to be sure that the car I booked would be there, but it still wasnt there. The staff ended up blaming me, I asked how can it be my fault if you dont have the car here? Extremely rude staff, there are better and cheaper companies.

Renting a car online was easy. However we had to cancel the reservation at the day of taking the car because they did not accept contact-less payments (using Revolut virtual card). And I could not use a different card, because the card which you use for online-booking and paying the deposit has to be the same.
I was told the only option is to cancel the previous reservation which costed 43€ and make a new one, which will cost 200€. I declined that offer, I went to SIXTh car rental company and they offered me much better deal (car for a day for 77€ )
However the staff was friendly and it was not their fault that Europcar has such conditions and that the contact-less payments were not available. If you use a classic credit/debit card, I guess you won't have any problems with renting the car with Europcar.

This comanpy gave me a heavily scratched car with some window damage, 3/4 tank. So I was surprised with the car and fuel, however they seemed friendly and the scratches were noted on the contract, just as the tank. But a couple days after return I get deducted for not giving back car with 4/4 tank. What a ripoff; this has never happend to me before at any other rental places. My advice is to rent somewhere else.

メトロの駅からすぐです。予約の時間ぴったりに行ったのですが配車まで30分ほど待ちました。店内には有料ですが、ホットコーヒーのベンディングマシンがあります。
ルノーのオートマ車をアプリから予約していたのですが出払っていたようでjeepに(多分)アップグレードしてくれました。ナビ付きを申し込んでなかったのですが装備されていました(もちろん英語案内)。たまたまLightningケーブルを持っていたので充電しようかな〜と自分のiPhoneとつないだらApple CarPlayのナビでした。おかげでgooglemapの日本語のナビで目的地まですいすい行く事ができました。これは思いのほか便利で自分の車にも欲しいなあと思いました。
車内は新車のようにきれいにクリーニングされていました。
ガソリンは満タン返しです。余裕をみて多めの時間を予約されるとガソリンスタンドで大慌てしなくてすみます。リスボンからオビドス 、ナザレ、アルコバサ、バターリャ、再びリスボンへと、ほぼ有料道路で移動しました。2週間後にクレジットカードで請求された高速道路料金は16€ほどで日本に比べてとても安いです。ポルトガルの高速道路は走りやすくて快適でした。
大満足のレンタカー旅ができました(^^)

Tem a vantagem de ser 24 horas (talvez a única fora do aeroporto de Lisboa assim). Os preços são justos e o carro que aluguei estava em boas condições. Entretanto o atendimento é péssimo. Os funcionários são ríspidos e não fazem questão de demonstrar empatia ou agradar os clientes.

Pracownik pobrał ode mnie 300€ w gotówce za wynajem auta po czym nie dokonał potwierdzenia płatności za wynajem w systemie i pobrano ode mnie dodatkowo z karty 300€. Pracownik wziął pieniądze na zaplecze. Nie polecam, zostałem okradziony.

After some very bad experiences with other rental company, I only rent from EUROPCAR in Lisbon they are very professional, they do not try to push services that you do not wants, like trying to sell you unnecessary insurance converge, I rent at least one car a month in Lisbon Portugal Believe me they are the best option thank you guys !!

Rent in Lisboa... It was expensive. They "upgrade" our price with some assistence (+20euro) without words. We rent a car with this company becouse they have without credit card service. When we pick up the car, paper guy told us, that we must have credit card for borrow a toll box... Never more.

Nous avons loué une clio 4 essence pour 1 semaine dans cette agence. Prise un lundi matin à 8h et retour un lundi soir à 20h. Un peu d'attente à l'aller.
Le personnel est agréable.
J'avais fait une réservation par internet avec règlement en ligne. Nous avons pu payé la caution par carte bancaire visa premier du crédit agricole sur laquelle est inscrit DEBIT. Ma crainte était sur les problèmes des fois rencontrés sur la non acceptation de cette carte qui porte la mention débit au lieu de débit.
J'espère que cela vous rassurera.
Nous avions pris le système intégré pour le péage de l'autoroute. Très pratique. Nous avons reçu la facture 2 à 3 semaines comme prévu et annoncé.
Petit bémol le retour c'est fait trop vite à mon goût. Pas d'état des lieux exhaustif. Juste:"tout s'est bien passé" "oui" "signez ici svp".

Achtung! Wir waren ende Mai hier. Hatten über das Reisebüro bei DER Tour einen Mietwagen für 7 Tage gebucht. Waren früh hier und mussten ewig warten! Bei Ankunft in Deutschland merkte ich, dass fast 400 Euro zusätzlich abgebucht wurden! Im Kleingedruckten wurde mir eine Zusatzversicherungen aufgebrummt!
Erst nach über 3 Monaten hat sich Europcar dazu gemeldet.
Ich war schon oft im Ausland mit Mietwagen und weiß, dass ich bereits vom Veranstalter abgesicherte bin. Der Vertrag wurde ohne meine Zustimmung hinzugefügt, dieser ist auch noch auf portugiesisch geschrieben. Sollte der Veranstalter nicht einlenken werde ich auch meinen Rechtsschutz einschalten.
Abzockladen! Geht lieber zum Flughafen.

Wir haben vorab online gebucht u müssten vor Ort über eine Stunde warten bis wir das Auto bekommen haben. Dann war es auch noch leer u wir mussten erst mal tanken. Das in lissabon via Verde notwendig ist, wurde uns erst vor Ort und nicht online gesagt. Echt ärgerlich. Personal war dennoch sehr freundlich u nett.

Avoid at all cost! Had to wait long for the car even though we were almost the only one picking-up a car. The car was the most boring, used, tear down and dirty car I have ever drove. The rental agent was chatting about everything else than the actual car rental and the car was delivered dirty inside and with half a tank. AVOID!

Agence à fuir ! J'ai été victime d'une escroquerie manifeste de la part des employés de cette agence Europcar. On m'a fourni une voiture endommagée (voir photo), que j'ai fait l'erreur d'accepter. L'employé Europcar a minutieusement relevé et noté les nombreux petits impacts et rayures sur la voiture, et a fait semblant de noter le gros choc au niveau arrière droit. Il ne m'a pas laissé le temps de vérifier tous les documents, il a exigé que je signe tous les documents rapidement et que je libère la place, afin qu'il aille chercher d'autres voitures.
Lorsque j'ai rendu la voiture à la fin de la journée à l'agence de l'aéroport, il m'a été indiqué que le choc arrière droit n'avait pas été noté par l'agent au départ, et que je recevrais une facture pour les coûts de réparation !!
Malgré cette escroquerie manifeste, le service client d'Europcar n'a rien voulu savoir et m'a effectivement débité de 376€.
Je suis totalement écœuré par ces pratiques mafieuses, je ne louerai plus jamais de voiture chez Europcar (j'ai utilisé récemment Sixt et Avis, sans le moindre problème).

I've had a wonderful experience with Mr BARBOSA and all his colleagues, I had a problem with my visa card but he found a way to avoid losing my booking. Usually when I enter a rental agency I'm on my guard to not be "scammed" by their extra products & insurances. Mr Barbosa was really helpful & kind from the beginning and after I've declined the extra services. The pick-up & return were easy.

Bei uns lief alles problemlos! Wir sollten den Wagen um 10 Uhr abholen, waren gegen 9:45 dort und bekamen das Auto anschließend nach ca. einer halben Stunde ausgehändigt. Der Mitarbeiter am Schalter beantwortete alle unsere Fragen, auch wenn ich irgendwann das Gefühl hatte, dass er uns abwimmeln wollte. Das Auto wurde direkt aus der Tiefgarage gefahren und gründlich durch die Mitarbeiter überprüft - ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, morgens das Auto zu holen und 20-30 Minuten vorher da zu sein, denn nach uns war der Laden propenvoll (ca. 10:30)!

Tres difficile de trouver l agence, l adresse fournie etait un sous terrain, obliger d aller ds une autre agence. Sinon, pas de problème avec la voiture . Au retour, nous devons redonner la voiture avec le plein, normal! Sauf que, il y avait des grèves de carburant au Portugal et plus de stations ouvertes sur Lisbonne, donc ils nous ont rajouter une taxe de 18 euros.
Pas top! On y pouvait rien!

Haben trotz BEZAHLTER Reservierung in Summe 1,5 Stunden bis zur Abfahrt mit dem Auto gebraucht. 45 Minuten gewartet, bis wir Schalter dran waren und 45 Minuten auf das Auto. Am Schalter wurden uns dann viele sinnlose Dinge angedreht. Größeres Fahrzeug, Autobahnmaut und auch mit leerem Tank zurückbringen.

Dommage de ne pas pouvoir mettre 0 étoile. Je déconseille fortement cette agence Europcar juste des voleurs! Pourtant je passe toujours par Europcar pour louer des voitures en Europe. En bref on arrive avec une réservation déjà payée sur internet mais avec une réduction et l'agent Ricardo Martin nous argumente que comme le prénom sur ma carte de crédit n'est pas le même que le conducteur qui pourtant est mon mari le Nom lui est donc le même on ne peut pas car si il y a un problème la caution va pas marcher. Alors déjà je m'étonne car on le fait toujours en Italie et autre. Mais il ne veut rien entendre. Je comprends mieux pourquoi quand il nous explique qu'il faut annuler cette réservation et en refaire une autre évidement sans la réduction qui n'est plus valable pour une réservation sur le moment soit 80 euros de plus à payer pour nous. De plus aucun rapport entre le paiement de la réservation avec ma carte qui était déjà fait avec mon mari déclaré comme conducteur et la caution qui pouvait être prise sur la carte de mon mari si il s'agissait vraiment d'une histoire de prénom. Encore une preuve de l'arnaque !

The worst rental car agency and customer service I've encountered in more than 20 years!
I booked at a location that they then closed, but never bothered to tell me. That led to more than three hours wasted standing in an empty parking lot, talking to three customer service people (they disconnected me twice), and traveling to multiple locations in Lisbon. All without an apology or any compensation for the fact that I wasted half a day and had to change my planned trip to Sintra.

Terribile, oltre un'ora di attesa ed ho avuto un'auto diversa da quella richiesta, con mezzo serbatoio anziché il pieno richiesto. L'auto non era stata neanche pulita all'interno, era piena di sabbia. Ho fatto presente ed ho aspettato altri 15 minuti per la pulizia. Ovviamente non è stata neanche controllata dopo il rientro. La signora addetta al ritiro era scortese. Capisco che che c'era confusione, ma è la prima volta di tanti noleggi che trovo tanta disorganizzazione e inefficienza.

The worst experience I've had so far with rental cars. We waited more than one hour to get a car key (we had an online reservation) and then another hour to get our car... Everything is disorganized, chaotic and VERY slow!
But it was Saturday, maybe during the working days the queue is smaller and picking up is easier.

Long waiting, very poorly organized. The guy who was checking the documents just went to have coffee in between taking copies of driving license (no, he couldn't take a break between customers).
Waited for 2 hours to get a car, of which 30 minutes the employees couldn't decide which car goes first: the one that goes to the garage or the one that leaves it (and yes, there's only one driveway for both entry and exit).

Völlig überfüllt, lange Wartezeiten (Premiumkunden-Status hat mich gerettet); Auto wird nicht automatisch gebracht - da gilt dann das Recht des Stärkeren. Auto muss an der Ausfahrtrampe von der Tiefgarage abgenommen werden. Unter Zeitdruck und beengten Verhältnissen.
Besser gleich zum Flughafen gehen!

I was very happy with the car and also thought all was really well arranged service wise. I chose for option not to fill up tank so they told me they would deduct full tank option upfront but that they would recalculate it back when i returned the car minus used fuel and toll fees. I only drove 50 kilometers and it costs me 80 Euro in fuel. I had a Diesel fuel!! Not getting money back as I signed and agreed for full tank option.. well, i can't read portugese so I trust what is told to me.

Apres une heure d'attente , (nous n'avions pas réservé ) et ils nous ont gentiment dit qu'il n'y avait aucune voiture disponible pour ensuite nous envoyer à l'aéroport de lisbonne. Une fois sur place le même discours nous a été tenu. Nous avons donc perdu 3h pour repartir à pied.

Before the flight, we ordered a car through Issta. We paid the company for full insurance but we did not receive a final receipt before the flight. When we got to the car rental company they told us it was partial insurance and if something happens to the car we will have to pay up to 6000 euros depending on the damage caused. The service representative told us that we could upgrade to full insurance for 16 euros but did not explain that it was € 16 per day!!!!!!

Had to wait about 30-60 minutes to get the car. They use a ticketing system at this location and offer coffee through a vending machine. I actually booked the car online through Expedia, which then used europcar. They gave us a brand new car though which was good. Make sure you read the fine print for insurance if you book through Expedia, apparently expedias insurance is voided if you use europcars insurance. You'll also need to bring your passport when picking up your car.

Not worth the Risk! Take your car from somewhere else..don't risk your holiday. We had booked and paid for a car. When we arrived to this Europe car we were told (after 30min waiting) that there were no car! Not for us or the 10+ people still waiting their turn. Europcar had over sold in all Lisbon area! They had no solution and could not tell when we could have our car. They asked to come back in 4hours and try our luck again! We cancelled our booking and still after a month (update)waiting for the money. Last time with Europcar for us.

Perdi uma manha inteira aguardando o carro - com reflexo direto na programação da minha viagem - sob alegação de que teria havido um aumento súbito da demanda. Apparentemente senza problemi, aspetto di vedere se ci saranno sorprese. L'auto era in perfette condizioni ho percorso in 2/3 GG circa 1200 km. Unico appunto, come di abitudine mi è stata proposta l'assicurazione per abbassare la cauzione che l'operatore mi ha detto essere di circa 1.600 euro ho rifiutato anche perché avevo già l'assicurazione Rental Cars e poi sulla carta mi sono state bloccate circa 350 euro così come sapevo al momento di prendere l'auto online. Nel complesso esperienza positiva.

Es ist eine Unverschämtheit was hier abläuft.
Wir haben im Internet eine Reservierung für 10Uhr gemacht.
Als wir im Laden ankamen war eine riesen Schlange von uns und wir musste eine Nummer ziehen.
Nach 90Minuten warten, waren wir dran.
Dann hat es nochmal 45minuten gedauert, bis wir in unserem Auto saßen.

이곳 후기를 봤지만, 월요일이라 괜찮을거라 생각함... 결국 차 받아서 나오기까지 3시간 걸림... 예약한 차량은 예약 완료가 안됨(해당 메일이 포르투갈어로 와서 미처 확인 못함.... 근데 그 메일 전에 예약 확정 메일이 먼저 왔음) 동급 다른 차량으로 다시 배정 받았는데... 기다리다보니 차량 인도하는 스텝이 데스크로 가서 다시 다른 차량으로.... 결국 업드레이드되서 좋은 차는 받았지만 배차때문에 1시간은 더 기다림..... 렌트 여러번 해봤지만 이런 경우는 처음....

Very few people attending, had to wait more than 2 hours to get the car and in the end they gave me the wrong one (I had pre-booked a station wagon and they gave me a compact one, with no space for luggage). After complaining, they tried to tell me this car (a Captur) was similar to the one I had requested (it was clearly not, as I had paid for a Renault Megane Estate). After talking to 2 more people they finally switched the Captur for an Opel Mokka, which was just a little bit bigger but still had no space for luggage. I complained again and they said they couldn't do anything because they didn't have any other cars. As a consequence, my family had to share the back seat with our luggage, and they were really uncomfortable. A terrible experience.

The staff was very friendly, however it took us 1:30h to finally have our car. People before us even waited for 3h (Sunday, 12:30pm)

Very slow. There is no logic to how they attend people. Waited for more than an hour and many people who came after us were attended first. The staff blames the order on the "system". The airport is 10 min away by taxi - I strongly recommend going to the airport and renting there from a different company.

Waited for one hour to pick up a car that was already paid and reserved.. The "ticket system" they use is a joke, there are no tickets for returning a car, so chaos is the result.

Ужасные очереди! Простояли целый час, при этом резервировали машину на сайте! Бронировали фольксваген поло, пригнали двухдверный Фиат? Это что такое! После моих негодований обменяли недомашину на сиат гольф класса! Жаль, что не могу поставить 0!

J'ai loué une voiture chez eux, sans assurances supplémentaires, lors des vérifications on a littéralement insisté pour que j'évite les vérification car la voiture était dans un état impeccable sauf que lors de mon retour à l'agence, bien entendu il manquait quelque chose sur la voiture! Une petite pièce, une sorte de cache qui sert à atteler la voiture à l'avant. Et bien j'ai été facturé sans mon consentement (je n'ai pas signé leur papier comme quoi j'attestais de cette faute) de 148€ pour un bout de plastique de 5cm. Donc oui je peux parler d'une mafia ! A ÉVITER

They need to do something about the incoming cars, ready to be returned back to Europcar: there is no slot to park the car and police does not tolerate it. We had trouble with the transit police, as we were blocking a bus station along with other cars of Europcar.

No he visto peor servicio en mi vida, después de reservar dos bicicletas por teléfono y confirmar la disponibilidad en esta tienda. Al llegar y tener de hacer la misma cola que se hace para alquilar coches (siendo el servicio de alquiler de coches, mucho más relentizado) nos dicen que no tienen bicicletas!

Hicimos un upgrade y el auto seguía siendo chico y no tenían más por ofrecer. Nos cobraron 1.50€ por día por un dispositivo para los peajes para ir a Faro. Según ellos hay peajes que no se pagan en efectivo o tarjeta y tenes que ir al correo a pagar. No fue así. El único pesaje tenia para pagar.
