The pictures look nicer than it is. There were some days when the internet wasnt working well. The breakfast was very simple. The hotel looks really bad from the outside. It is at the top of the hill so dont try to walk with heavy bags. The rooms are clean and the service is good.

Front desk was almost useless, wouldn't answer questions in regards to parking on the street without probing. Our room was next to the breakfast room so the noise was from 6am on.

Endroit sympathique dans quartier assez proche du centre à pied. Accueil très sympathique et cordial. Personnel qui parle français et anglais facilement donc pas de difficulté à se faire comprendre. Jolie chambre au 6 ème étage avec terrasse et jolie vue. Excellente literie. Salle de bain très petite et partagé en deux : douche d un côté et toilette et évier de l autre. Un peu mal insonorise. Petit dejeuner satisfaisant avec du choix et des spécialités portugaises. Accueil 24h 24h.

Correct. Cependant nous avons eu 2 lit simple coller alors que nous avions bien demander un lit double lors de la réservation. La cuvette ne tenait pas également. Sinon la chambre et le petit dej etait bien

Personal atento, amable y simpático dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Lugar tranquilo con supermercado al lado, metro cercano y bien comunicado. Buena comida, el desayuno es suficiente y bueno, el servicio de habitaciones también ha sido bueno. La habitación impecable, grande y con terraza. Encantadas con la estancia.

Quello che ti aspetteresti da un due stelle, senza infamia senza lode. Tutto l'edificio é ristretto, dalla lounge all'area colazione, dalle camere, con bagni piccoli, ai corridoi e ascensori che sembrano cunicoli. Posizione semi periferica ma si trova vicino ad una fermata del metro, dove passa sia la linea verde che quella rossa. Colazione accettabile, prezzo giusto.

Pra mim foi bom, nada a reclamar. O café razoável, às vezes um barulho ou outro, mas por causa dos hóspedes. Recomendo, fica há uns 5 minutos do metrô.

Séjour durant la Toussaint. Cet hotel est très bien placé : entre deux stations de métro et lignes différentes. Lune dentre elles mène à laéroport. Le quartier est calme plutôt résidentiel. On est très vite au centre de Lisbonne. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais tout à fait confortable. Bémol sur la salle deau dont la porte de douche nétait pas étanche. Nous avions une mare deau après chaque douche (rien de grave en soi). Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. Quelques restaurants autour de lhôtel sont très bien. La salle de petit déjeuner au 7e étage est très agréable et le petit déjeuner offre une belle variété de produits et boissons Franchement BIEN.

Qualidade -preço razoável. Tem o metro perto. O ideal é estacionar perto dos prédios perto do hotel, colocando o ticket de estacionamento e depois apanhar o metro para todo o lado. The pillos were lumpy and worn, and the extra bed so old it creacked loud enough to wake everyone up. Otherwise clean and the staff was super friendly. Easy to reach by two metro lines, although it’s a long and steep upeilla climbed from the Alameda side.

We were pleased with the hotel and the staff during our stay, and parking for 8 euros/night was very convenient. The metro station Alameda is located approximately 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel, which was fine down-hill, but the up-hill walk from the metro to the hotel was a bit of a struggle after a full day out and around Lisbon.

Staff couldnt have been more friendly and helpful from the moment we set foot in the hotel. We were early for our check in, they offered us a safe place to store our bags, a room to change in and gave us a map which they marked down with suggestions of places to go. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Lisbon at a reasonable price.

Pontos positivos: Hotel de cidade muito agradável, com amplos espaços no quarto familiar. Bom rácio qualidade/preço!
Pontos negativos: pena a entrada do hotel ser em escadas (é necessário tocar à campainha para abrir a porta), o que obriga a ter de usar alguma força no transporte das bagagens no check-in e check-out. O acesso à garagem também é pelo exterior, o que em dias de chuva não deve ser agradável!

Nous avons eu une chambre très jolie, qui était le reflet de celle posté part l'hôtel. Très bonne surprise. Très bonne accueil. Les différents réceptionnistes parlent français. Très confortable, propre, et abordable.
Très bon conseil de la réception, pour visiter des lieux.
Bien situé, en haut d'une colline. Deux lignes de métro, à 150m environ.
Bien des commerces autour.
+++ petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

Staff is ultra friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. But really they don’t have anything to work with. Rooms are so small they really fit 2 people maximum. We are traveling with a 4 year old. We booked a room for 3 people. Upon arrival just a kingsize bed in the room and a statement that usually the child sleeps in the same bed. Eventually went out of their way to switch rooms and arrange an extra bed in the room. For 2 people and a child almost impossible to manœuvre. Also pretty far from centre a €7 cab ride away from city centre

Hotel is quite good for what it is, it is clean, rooms are comfy and clean, staff is polite and helpfull, breakfast is satisfactory and it is not expensive. If you are not looking for anything more from the hotel and if you are on a budget this is a good hotel. It is outside the city center but it has a good connection with two metro stations in just few minutes walk.

The room we booked online was not available so we had to adjust ourselves but the one thing which made us stay there was the staff we dealt with. Very friendly, very warm and helpful. The lady INISH and another gentleman at the reception were very welcoming and accomodating.Breakfast was good. Metro is closeby so overall it was a good stay.

Skuffende hotel, u-ærlig annonsering fra expedia sin side. Entrè bærer preg av mye tagging, utsikten fra soveromsvinduet minner om et østblokkland, resepsjon og heis er så smalt at bagasjen må nesten bæres inn sideslengs. På +siden så var resepsjonisten forståelsesfull når vi sjekket ut samme dag som vi sjekket inn. Han kunne fortelle at akkuratt det samme hadde skjedd dagen før vi ankom.

I got stuck in Lisboa for a night after missing a flight and Hotel Dah saved my trip! The front desk staff is incredible and was always willing to offer suggestions for things to do, places to eat, or call for an early cab to the airport. Such fantastic customer service, they made my trip fantastic. Dah is also only a few hundred feet from a wonderful open park to spend some free time and walking distance from the train!

Struttura sufficientemente moderna e confortevole, anche se le stanza dovrebbero essere un po' più insonorizzate. Il parcheggio nel garage dell'hotel potrebbe essere compreso nel costo della stanza, invece è di 8 euro al giorno. La fermata della metro è vicina alla struttura. La colazione è continentale, abbondante e ha un buon caffè.

Nicht unbedingt die beste Gegend in Lissabon, bei Nacht waren sehr merkwürdige Gestalten unterwegs. Parken war auch nicht soo leicht, da alles bereits zugeparkt war. Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein, aber die Ausstattung war in Ordnung.

Good location specially if you've early morning flight, and it is not far from center, taxi will take only 5-7€ depending on the time of the day. Great staff who are extremely helpful and not very expensive. Don't eat dinner/lunch there, it is not very good and expensive, just outside the hotel you'll find plenty of options. They've their own parking garage which is very handy in such a busy city as Lisbon

Soirée et nuit avec des jeunes qui ont squatté le lounge à côté de notre chambre au 1er étage. Pas fermés l'oeil de la nuit. L'accueil à quelques marches d'escalier a laissé faire en toute impunité. Pas de chance pour nous et pour notre part inadmissible !

Foi reservado um quarto para estadia de 1 noite para um formação na Bosch Portugal sem possibilidade de cancelamento visto nao existir outra opção.
Infelizmente essa formação foi anulada há ultima da hora .
Pedimos excetionalmente o reembolso garantido a preferencia na escolha do hotel no proxima oportunidade.
Foi nos claramente recusado sem qualquer tipo de negociação .!!!!

The staff could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. The room was extremely quiet except for the occasional dog barking in the neighborhood but that’s because I had my window open to enjoy the breeze. Very comfortable bed; the breakfast maybe could be a Euro or two cheaper. The only downside to this admittedly non-luxury hotel is it’s… Location. By the time you make it out of the metro (which is very efficient) and climb the hill… You’ve gone twice the distance to the center of town. Not for the faint of heart or legs; if you cannot handle a strenuous hike in both directions, probably not your first choice.

C'è un comodo parcheggio privato.
Le stanze sono pulite e spaziose.
Il personale gentile.
La colazione a buffet è varia e abbondante.
Da notare la possibilità di fare la colazione in terrazza che al settimo piano garantisce una bella vista sulla città.
Un consiglio se siete dormiglioni non prendete stanze al sesto piano.
Sopra c'è la sala della colazione e dalle sette e mezza di sente del movimento.

Te cobran por todo, diciendo en la web q tiene parking gratuito y es mentira te cobran 8€ por noche , encima alquilamos una moto super pequeña q cabía de sobra en la plaza donde estaba el coche y te quieren cobrar por la moto también otros 8€ cabiendo los dos en la misma plaza , la habitación sin calefacción y super fría, llame a recepción y no sabían cómo arreglarla, en fin hay mejores hoteles en Lisboa y no te cobran por todo, 16 € el desayuno por persona y día

We had an early morning flight out of Lisbon. At $136. Can/night, and a 15 minute ride from the airport, this was the best we could find. Despite requesting twin beds on an upper floor, we got a double bed on the first floor in a disabled room where the shower sprayed the entire bathroom floor. The walls are paper thin. Noise echoes up the stairwell from reception, the adjacent social room (with vending machine against the room’s wall) is open 24 hours, the two elevators are noisy, and conversations in other guest rooms can be heard. The buffet breakfast was good.

Helpful front desk attendants, who were responsive when I had trouble with a buzzing in my room. Location is fine, but not close to the central attractions. I attended the Tecnico university which was a 15 minute walk away.

Das Hotel ist super sauber das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und vielfältig. Vom Ei über kleine Kuchen ,Brötchen Müsli usw.hervorragend Lissabon ist eine tolle Stadt und das Hotel liegt so zentral das in wenigen Minuten alles erreichbar ist. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

The hotel was 25mins from tourists attractions and staffs were really nice.But the room is small and really noisy. My room was located right above cafeteria and parking, so it was disaster and toilet had strench of urine.....without the friendly staffs it was no worth visiting.

Very friendly staff. Very welcoming and showed us around a map on arrival of things we may want to see. Offered to swap our room if needed and helped out when asked. There is not a lot in the area but it is very close to 2 metro stops so very easy to get into the city and explore. Not a lot in the hotel but perfect for a good nights sleep so you can explore Lisbon. Would recommend this hotel for the price and the friendly staff.

Really good hotel for the price. Friendly staff and willing to help you out. Not got a lot of things to do there but it is a decent sleep and close to all the things you need to do in in Lisbon. Good showers also.

Really good hotel. I was impressed how good it was with only 2stars. Stuff very pleasant and nice. The room was clean with a nice and big bed. The view was nice too. 5min distance from two train stations and 3 min far from a small shopping center

We stayed in Lisbon for 6 nights. Chose this location becauseI read the majority of good opinions of it. Although I had not great expectations from a 2** Hotel, I remained very pleased about the service and co. 5 Points from me !

Great hotel. Definitely value for money. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning as you can see the ocean from one side and many of the beautiful buildings from the other. The rooms are cosy and the staff are nice and friendly.

Bien ubicado. Entre dos estaciones del metro de Lisboa.
A mitad de camino entre el casco central de la ciudad y el aeropuerto.
Sin muchas comodidades. Habitaciones pequeñas. Sencillo pero limpio... suficiente para el que viaja en plan de conocer la ciudad.
El acceso requiere subir medio nivel por escalera. Los ascensores pequeños y el frontdesk pequeño pero atendido por gente amable.

The smallest room I had ever seen in a hotel, anywhere. No ice available. Dog barking from house behind hotel. Very dirty neighborhood with a lack of restaurants. Did not feel safe here.Front desk was courteous and helpful. TINY TV.

Clean and well maintained beautiful hotel at Alameda. Walk-able distance from Alameda metro station. Located in a beautiful location, close to Fonte Luminosa. You have great views near this hotel. It is in a quiet neighborhood. You have the IST nearby, the famous university.

Elegimos este hotel porque calidad precio se ajustaba a lo que buscábamos. Y se ajustó a la realidad. Las habitaciones sin grandes lujos pero limpia y comida. La cama está muy bien, es grande y comida, genial para descansar después fe las jornadas de turismo por la ciudad. La ubicación no es mal, unos 30 minutos andando al centro. El desayuno Buffet, pequeño pero todo es muy rico y hay un poco de todo.

Das Hotel ist sauber klein und praktisch eingerichtet, schöne Dachterrasse. 5Minuten bis zur Metro, einziges Manko, die Klimaanlage ging nicht, es war sehr warm in dem kleinen Zimmer. Würde das Hotel trotzdem weiter empfehlen.

I went to this hotel in Lisbon, Portugal with my father on last July and it's a very nice hotel and it has an incredible view of the city so you can see many buildings out there. It's small but it's still a very good hotel.
Lisbon is also a very nice city.
If you are going to use the metro to get there, it would be much easier, handier and cheaper than getting taxis which cost fortune.
Anyway, we are tourists from Dublin, Ireland

I booked a room late last night at this hotel snd filled out all the information and booked it. As I reviewed the booking I realized that it was booked for the wrong date. U immediately tried to rectify the error but was unable to reach anyone. There is no email to write to. I do not have phone service on my foreign phone. It has been less than 24 hours since I booked at I keep coming to the same message that it is nor refundable. It seems unreasonable to me that it would be unrefundable when it is obvious that a mistake was made just a few minutes after booking. I understand the reasoning for this but mistakes happen. It is not uncommon to look at the itinerary when you receive it and see a mistake. I would really like to communicste with someone. Is there an email I can write to??? I am leaving Portugal tomorrow. I needed the booking for tonight. I will obviously not be on this continent in November when the room is scheduled. Thank you

Le personnel est accueillant l'hôtel est vraiment près de la station de métro.
Bonne surprise en chambre avec un petit cadeau de la maison. Petit balcon sympathique.
Buffet petit déjeuner vraiment bien. Il y en a pour tout les goûts.
Peut être sommes nous tombés sur un mauvais week-end mais je trouve le rapport qualité prix moyen.

Our stay was only one night but the short encounter with the staff was pleasant and the room was clean. As worked great and bed was comfortable. Our room had a busted for to the balcony so we informed the front desk but overall the stay was pleasant.

Las habitaciones limpias, el desayuno ok, sin embargo, las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado adecuado para el tamaño, hace mucha calor. Solicitamos en repetidas ocasiones que nos repararan el aire o que nos cambiaran de habitación y lo que hicieron fue traernos un abanico y unos cubos de hielo... También la ubicación no es la mejor, se encuentra fuera del centro.
No lo recomendaría...

É um 2 estrelas bem bonzinho. Quarto limpo, cama boa, banheiro renovado. Quarto um pouco apertadinho. Café da manhã razoável. Não tem frutas frescas nem yogurt. O restante tem boa oferta. Fica próximo do aeroporto (o que é bom) e perto de duas estações do metrô que levam a todo lado, inclusive aeroporto. Mas fiquei acomodações melhores na França por 70 euros. O transfer que eles dizem estar incluído é pago, 13 euros, e caro. Paguei 10 euros no táxi do aeroporto ao hotel e 4,50 euros de Uber do hotel p/aeroporto.

Os funcionários não são muito simpáticos. Pediram nos mais 1 euros por pessoa sem que nos tivessem avisado previamente. Quando chegamos ao quarto estava cheio de moscas e as instalações precisam de uma pequena remodelação. Gostamos da higiene e asseio estava tudo perfeito no que a isso diz respeito.

Zimmer und Frühstück waren in Ordnung. Was ärgerlich war, ist die Tatsache, dass wir bereits ein Monat vor Reiseantritt über Expedia haben mitteilen lassen, dass wir ein Doppelbett und nicht zwei Einzelbetten wünschen. Der aktualisierte Reiseplan ging mir zu, die Rezeption gab allerdings an, keine Informationen diesbzgl. erhalten zu haben. Alle Zimmer mit Doppelbett waren angeblich bereits ausgebucht, sehr schade...

Fui bem atendido. Para um hotel duas estrelas as acomodações são muito boas, poderiam ser classificado com mais estrelas. Tudo bem arrumado no quarto, banheiro, sistema de controle de temperatura, portas e janelas antiruídos externos, muito bom acabamento. Café da manhã de primeira.

Hôtel calme, situé sur une rue passante mais calme. a 5 mn de la station de métro. chambre bien entretenu, personnel peu avenant.Parking public extérieur mais non privatif. Places à proximité facile à trouver.Taxe de 6 € pour la ville réclamé en fin de séjour, à savoir et en espèces. pas de facture bien sûr.Bon rapport qualité/prix (110€ pour 3 nuits)

Basic but clean and reasonably priced. Location is in residential area, not in the old city and water front. On foot, it takes about 40 minutes but metro will take you there in 15 mins. I get off the Olais stop as it is only slightly uphill to the hotel whereas the Alameda station is a very steep walk uphill and I only use it when going to the station. Both stations are just a short walk 7-10 mins from the hotel.

Charming hotel in Lisbon! very close to a central metro station. You can head over to Parque das Nações or go to the Chiado-Baixa area all from this station. A couple of decent restaurants in the area, but with such great metro access, you can easily have dinner anywhere in Lisbon, then hop on a train back to the hotel. Wonderful stay. Will visit again.

Small, value-for-money-type of place. Wifi and parking in garage was a nice plus. Breakfast was decent for a cheap stay like this. Rooms are rather small, and lower levels is a little noisy from the street. Location is nowhere near where you want to be in the city. I'd recommend it to visitors traveling by car.

Parto dal presupposto che non ci ho potuto nemmeno soggiornare. Ma la maleducazione e la truffa di questo hotel è veramente da segnalare. Ho prenotato per una settimana, ed essendo una persona disabile in sedia a rotelle, mi assicuro sempre che l'hotel sia accessibile e comodo. Hanno scritto chiaramente su internet che l'hotel disponeva di camere e strutture per persone in sedia a rotelle.. Così convinta ho prenotato e ho segnalato la situazione. Oltre a non aver ricevuto risposta, quando sono arrivata mi sono trovata davanti due rampe di scale belle grosse. E la risposta è stata "ah ma noi non ci possiamo fare niente". Disperati siamo andati alla ricerca di un altro hotel, e per riavere il rimborso ho pure dovuto litigare con la receptionist minacciandoli di andare alla polizia per la truffa! Davvero poco professionali e scorretti. Se non hanno le attrezzature per persone disabili basta non scrivere nulla. Pessimo.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Besonders angenehm: Reichhaltiges Frühstück auf der Dachterasse. (Achtung, Tauben essen gern mit!) Schnell vom Flughafen erreichbar und auch in die Innenstadt nicvht weit. Günstige Lage an der metro (Station Olaias aussteigen - spart einen einen anstrengenden Anstieg). Saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal.

Zur Übernachtung für ein paar Tage bestens geeignet. Schalldichte Fester, Fluglärm bei geschlossenem Fenster fällt kaum auf. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung top. Wände im Zimmer durch andere Gäste leider leicht ramponiert. Gute Lage für verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Service am Empfang immer Top.

Quiero expresar mi gran malestar por un hecho sucedido recientemente con el Hotel Dom Afonso Henriques de Lisboa.
El día 18 de Abril hicimos la reserva para los días 30 de Abril (llegada) y 2 de Mayo (salida), que fue abonada por tarjeta ese mismo día. Desde el primer momento supimos que era una reserva no reembolsable.
La víspera de la reserva, el día 29 de Abril, viernes, mi marido estuvo varias horas en observación médica por una infección urinaria, que le produjo un gran malestar que le impedía viajar y de la que tuvo que ser tratado con antibióticos.
Desde el hospital llamé al Hotel para explicar la situación y me dijeron que lo que comentaba por teléfono lo pasara por e-mail, cosa que hizo mi compañera desde el trabajo.
Nosotros en ningún momento hemos esperado que nos devolvieran el dinero, puesto que las condiciones de reserva indicaban claramente que era no reembolsable, pero sí que, de una manera acordada por ambas partes, se pudiera trasladar dicha reserva a otra fecha.
Ante la negativa del Hotel a llegar a ningún acuerdo y su mala disposición general es por lo que hemos decidido presentar esta queja que nos ha sorprendido muy negativamente, máxime cuando son muchos años viajando por Portugal y alojándonos en distintos establecimientos, habiendo recibido siempre un trato y un servicio bastante satisfactorio.

It was emergency booking, because of canceled flight. Hotel is OK, not far from Airport either the city center. Room a bit ascetic, but everything is here (even the vault).
No breakfast included, but you can add it for 6€ (a bit expensive for this city). No mini bar, but an automat in the hall.

It was at a very weird location, not suitable for travellers with luggages. One of us had sore eyes because the pillows were not clean and there were mosquitoes around as well. Staff tried his best to meet our requests but did not really achieve them other than getting us new pillows. Tried to ask for a doctor yet turned it down after a two hour long wait. After which got charged for phone bill to the doctor. Although so, staff did remember our unpleasant experience and asked us if there was anything else he could do and if we were well when he saw us having breakfast.

Es liegt unweit von der Metro, mit der man schnell zum Flughafen oder ins Centrum gelangt. Das Zimmer war sauber, vernünftige Größe, ruhig.. Frühstück war eine gute Auswahl, es wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt, die Dachterrasse zum Frühstücken der Hammer!! Preis-/Leistungsverhältniss hat einfach gepasst!! Für die nächsten Besuche gerne wieder..

The room is pretty small unlike what you expected in the photos. Very far from the metro station and the way is not secure from hotel to the metro station. If for tourist, it is not recommended to choose this hotel.

The hotel was located some distance away from the main tourist areas of Lisbon. However, with the excellent public transportation system throughout Lisbon, it never seemed to be far away to just about anything that a person would want to get to. Even though the hotel was located in a more or less working class part of town, I never felt unsafe or hesitant to venture out on my own, especially after sundown. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating and tried to answer all my questions to their best abilities. If you didnt feel like traveling downtown towards the tourist areas, there were enough restaurants and cafes within walking distance to keep you satisfied. And a major local 7 story department store was either within walking distance or just a few short minutes on the Lisbon metro. Just a word of caution to first timers to this hotel or Lisbon in general, you are either going to be walking uphill or downhill just about everywhere, including to the hotel, which sits at the top of a hill, although it is within a few minutes walking distance from the metro station.

Paredes sucias. Habitación torcida, hasta el punto de no poder utilizar el inodoro normalmente. Una noche nos encontramos a la vuelta sin papel ni toallas. Las toallas están raídas. NO hay neverita en la habitación. No hay acceso directo al garaje. Los desayunos son cutres, escasos, de poca calidad y a menudo se quedan las bandejas vacías. Habitaciones ruidosas.

Ein schönes Hotel, hat mehr Sterne verdient.Weg von der Metro ziemlich steil und Teppich im Zimmer etwas alt. Sonst sehr schön eingerichtet und vor allem das Frühstück mit Dachterrasse ein Genuss.Empfehlen wir gerne weiter!

We were only one night in the hotel. The location is really good, with small shops and restaurants close nearby. Very good metro connection with the airport. The room was clean but we were very upset with the bathroom: it is really small and divided: on one side the shower (which is directly behind the entrance door and leaks water to the room carpet) and opposite to it the rest (toilet, washbowl).

Experiencia positiva. Buena comunicacion del Metro aunque para ir al centro mejor cogerlo en Alameda (cuesta abajo), pero a la vuelta mejor bajarse en Olaias. El buffet muy aceptable con precio razonable. Se puede desayunar tambien en una agradable, aunque pequena terraza, junto a la cafeteria. Estuvimos tres adultos y las camas fueron tamano king y queen, o sea sin problemas. El personal muy atento. Volveria a reservarlo si vuelvo a Lisboa.

Kleine Zimmer, aber sauber und relativ neu, sehr gut geeignet für einen citytrip, da Metro zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar und Flughafen sowie Altstadt jeweils 10 min Fahrt entfernt

Spenderade sex nätter här i början av maj. Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till, nära både centrum och flygplatsen. Två tunnelbanestationer på några minuters gångavstånd, dessutom på den linje som leder till flygplatsen. Enkla och snabba kommunikationer med andra ord. Hotellet har bara några få år på nacken och gör ett både fräscht och välskött intryck. Trevlig personal och god (men enkel) frukost dessutom. På det stora hela, inget överdådigt men ett bra hotell med bra läge till ett bra pris. Skulle definitivt kunna tänka mig att bo här igen.

The hotel shouldn't be too bad in winter... yes yes... there is no bathroom but a lavatory and a separate shower in the middle of the room with a see thru panel (so beware if you're not in a romantic trip) and it is far from the city centre (there is a metro station near by), and yes, you have to walk up a very steep hill (~500 meters long) so by the time you get to the hotel you are quite hot... the worst part however, is that the a/c DOES NOT work in the rooms, we were there for three days (at an average of 30ºC at night!!!!) in three different rooms and in none of them the a/c worked properly, we asked for a fan (at least) but they had none, and they kept saying that they would have it fixed by the next day, but that day never came... we asked to be moved to another hotel (owned by the company of course!!) but they said they couldn't do that, we even asked for a refund to go to a different hotel but they said they couldn't because that would count as a cancellation (and we would be charged the cancelation fee), so we were stuck in a sauna for three days, even though we just went to the hotel late at night it was very uncomfortable and the worst hotel experience even though we never expect too much from a 2 star hotel, but if the A/C is advertised as one of the hotel facilities we would expect it to work....

DAH is listed in airport shuttle category in Lisbon, but does not really have the service. Given advance notice, they are able to organize transport to airport, but so can every other hotel. We arrived to Portela airport expecting shuttle service and ended up wondering around with two kids in vain search for transport.

Todo miy bien. Solo que cuando hemos llegado, había un poco de pelos en la bañera. Pero para ser un 2 estrellas, esta muy bien. Te hacen la cama todos los días, te cambian las toallas a diario, el desayuno esta bien variado y las camas estan muy bien. Dormimos como reyes!! La habiacion dispone de calefacción, jabón de mano y de ducha, secador de pelo y una caja fuerte. Tambien tienes almohadas de recambio y una manta, por si la calefacción no te conviene. En la primera planta tienen un salon de estar cn televisión cn satellite y una maquina de café + snacks. Nada que decir de malo a parte de que os aconsejo de llevar un gel de ducha porque hay en la habitación pero para sacarlo del chisme, cuesta un montón! :)

JÄTTEtrevlig personal, låg nära Metro men en bit från stan, gick inte att promenera till stan. Smutsig filt på rummet och städerskan städade inte bort tallrikar etc. Min kamera och MP3 sladd försvann från rummet...Frukosten var inge vidare, inga grönsaker, kaffet gick inte att dricka osv. Men personalen var jättehjälpsamma pratade utmärkt engelska så det höjde betyget rejält. Rummet var helt ok.
