My wife and love staying at the Sofitel hotels. We booked the suite with a large balcony. Amazing views of Lisbon. We arrived late due to flight delay and the restaurant was closed. The kid who helped with our bags went into the kitchen and made us a snack of meat, cheese and fruit. The staff was very attentive.

호텔 룸이 컴팩트하면서 편안합니다. 프론트에서 업무보는 분들 항상 웃으며 너무 친절했어요. 호텔이 위치한곳에 큰 나무들이 울창해서 힐링되는 느낌이었고 샤워부스 사용이 편리했읍니다. 조식은 다 맛을 볼수 없을 정도로 다양했읍니다. 호텔내 레스토랑에서 먹은 codfish 요리와 디저트가 제 입맛에 맞아서 좋은 시간되었읍니다. 기차역과 유명 중심지역 다 가까워서 걸어다녔어요. Gym은 그렇게 크지 않았는데 밖에서 보내는 시간이 많아 이용할 기회가 없었네요.

Месторасположение хорошее, но обслуживание в ресторане ужасное. Еда заканчивается, никто не спешит выносить новое, очень мало места и все сидят на головах друг в друга. Администратор ресторана грубый и наглый. Номера ок.

Отель очень понравился. В комнате есть все необходимое: халаты, тапочки, кофемашина, чайник, чай, кофе, предметы личной гигиены. При заезде и выезде приветствие. При заезде набор маленьких пирожных, при выезде бутылка портвейна. Каждый вечер чай с ромашкой и конфетка. Пустячок, но очень приятно. Завтраки вкусные, есть все. Очень удачное расположение у отеля. На главной улице Лиссабона, все рядом. Отель стоит своих денег. Рекомендую к посещению.

Отель не тянет на 5 звёзд. Скорее на твёрдую четверочку. Брали улучшенный супериор. Но он оказался очень маленький, тесный, но уютный. Из минусов: нет простора, вида из окна, ванны. Из плюсов: удобные мягкие кровати. На завтрак шведский стол, яйца и блинчики, колбасы и сыры, булочки и фрукты. Это все

I've stayed with Sofitel lots of times: in NY, Marrakech, Paris, Bali and now in Lisbon. Every time hotel is situated in a convenient place and fully complied and overcomplied the price. Easy to reccomend. Good choice!

A really nice hotel conveniently located in the centre of Lisbon not far away from the historical centre and by the metro. Everything is super clean, the Avenida view is just splendid and the breakfasts are great with many fruit options.
Also the staff is pretty attentive and polite. The wi-fi speed is ok. As for the furniture and technical appliances they are a bit outdated (our air conditioner was really loud) but in good condition.
But be really careful with your bills (especially in the restaurant) and sure to double check to avoid any surprise charges.
Overall, a pleasant experience in Lisbon that we wold love to repeat!

Staff is great and service is superb. The hotel is more like a 4 star hotel though. Our room had a terrible smell coming from the shower drain for two consecutive nights. We got another room after informing the front desk. They were more than accommodating and even wrote us an apology note for the inconvenience; they also gave us a small bottle of wine, which I thought was very nice of them. We had another issue the night before we left due to another guest’s mistake and once again, hotel management took care of it. I would recommend this place for its service, location and the very confortable beds.

Sofitel is situated in a great location. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Metro is also just a few minutes away. The river is about 1km walk away.
The hotel is clean, staffs are polite and friendly. The room is nicely sized and the bed is very comfortable. Bathroom has whatever you need in there. Breakfast choices could be better but it was not a deal breaker. I would come here again.

Very good sofitel hotel in Lisbon, great location makes you walking easy anywhere in the city.
The hotel staff it's mainly very helpful and will try to help making you have a great stay.
There a decent bar in the lobby
Rooms a the traditional Sofitel experience, but could be a little bigger .
The hotel doesn't have a club/lounge for platinum members which is a big down and why i am giving 4 out 5 , also there was no free breakfast for platinum offered to me which it's usually the case, there are many goos padarias around for a great breakfast option for 5 euros
Overall I have enjoyed my stay

Week of 4 Feb 2019.... Stayed in room 407. Pictures of room and view of street from room are attached. Also, plenty of food pictures from our daily lunches in the hotel restaurant. Food was EXCELLENT. Service was EXCELLENT. Wonderful people work in this hotel!

The staff went over and above to make sure we had a great stay and saw everything around Lisbon with ease and great advice (thank you Kareem). The room was beautiful with everything we needed and more. They have thought of everything. I also have to mention the bed. Unbelievably comfy. Would recommend to anyone staying in Lisbon.

Zalige bedden in dit hotel! Mooie, maar geen super ruime kamer. Je krijgt welkomst drankje en suikertaartje op de kamer bij aankomst. Wij namen steeds ontbijt op de kamer en dat was steeds binnen een kwartier al bij ons! Zeepjes, haardroger en handdoeken top! Er is ook een schoenpoets set, sloefjed, een peignoir en een zak voor je vuile was. Ligging is goed, op een grote winkelstraat met op 5min stappen een metro.

Un bel hôtel, très bien placé. Accueil professionnel. Réception agréable. Les chambres sont aussi agréables, mais elles ne sont pas particulierement grandes et mériteraient une bonne rénovation. En particulier le papier peint qui se décolle par endroit et les fenêtres qui laissent trop passer les bruits de la rue... Les salles de bains sont exigues mais plutôt bien agencées. Le mobilier des chambres et salles de bains est usé et mériterait d'être renouvelé. Le bar est agréable mais aux tarifs trop élevés par rapport aux prestations. Il manque un petit salon à proximité de la réception pour se reposer sans consommer. Donc, pour résumer: un gros potentiel à développer!

We are only 5 stars hotels users. By far, Sofitel hotel Lisbon is one of the best hotels that we ever stayed in. We stayed in from Dec 11,2018 to Dec 17,2018. The location of the hotel is perfect as far as walking to main sites in Lisbon. It is very clean, room is big, amenities are many, and staff is very accommodating and pleasant. They made us feel great. Service is immaculate. I would recommend it with no single reservation

Wybrałem ten hotel tylko dlatego, ze mieszkałem tam poprzednio kilka razy; zawsze pojedynczy pokój 905, bo ma balkon z super widokiem. Pominąwszy apartamenty, pozostałe pokoje balkonów nie mają. Pokój mały, fajnie urządzony ale bez zadęcia. Na tym koniec superlatyw. Śniadania przeniesione do piwnicy - tłok, wybór potraw minimalny - wręcz niegodny 5-gwiazdkowego hotelu. Od 4-gwiazdkowego Mercurego, różni go tylko możliwość zamówienia gorącego gofra. Jedzenie bardzo, bardzo przeciętne - wstyd. Obsługa w sali śniadaniowej biega tylko wokół ludzi starszych. tym razem nie było ciemnoskórej szefowej sali a więc widać było brak zorganizowania. Poza tym obsługa, zwłaszcza w recepsji najwyższej klasy.
Generalnie nie polecam, drogo i to nie jest 5- gwiazdek.

Das Sofitel Lisbon liegt direkt an der Haupteinkaufsstrasse von Lissabon und in kürzester Zeit ist man zu Fuss bei zahlreichen Shops, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Metro, welche direkt vor dem Hotel liegt. Vom Flughafen ist man mit einmal umsteigen mit der Metro innerhalb von 20 Minuten im Hotel.
Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommen. Da unser Zimmer aufgrund der frühen Ankunft am Morgen um 8 Uhr noch nicht verfügbar war, bot die Angestellte uns sogar kostenloser Kaffee und ein kleines Frühstück an. Am späten Nachmittag bekamen wir sogar ein Upgrade in eine Suite mit Balkon und die Koffer waren bereits in unser Zimmer geliefert worden. Zusätzlich wurde nach ca. 10 Minuten eine Überraschung ins Zimmer gebracht, indem kostenloser Portwein sowie verschiedenste Patisserie kostenlos angeboten wurden.
Die Junior Suite sowie die einzelnen Etagen wurde kürzlich frisch renoviert und sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Da die Suite zu einer ruhigen Strasse liegt, waren in der Nacht keinerlei Geräusche zu hören. Das Badezimmer hatte eine schöne Grösse und es wurden hochwertige Hermès Produkte zur Verfügung gestellt. Einzige Kritik gilt der etwas speziellen Dusche sowie den beiden Türen zum Bad, welche nicht ganz schliessbar waren. Ingesamt war sehr sauber gereinigt und es gab aufgrund der erledigten Renovationsarbeiten keine Gebrauchsspuren.
Generell waren die Angestellten sehr hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen freundlich. Sowohl beim Betreten des Hotels wie beim Aufenthalt in der Lobby wurde man immer zuvorkommend behandelt und begrüsst.
Werde sicherlich wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten!

Das Hotel liegt in einer Toplage um Lissabon zu Fuß zu erkunden. Bushaltestellen und Metrostationen sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind schick und modern eingerichtet. Instandhaltung und Pflege lassen leider Wünsche offen. Etwas ärgerlich ist die ungewöhnliche Abrechnungspolitik, da wird auf der Kreditkarte bei Anreise nicht nur der vereinbarte Hotelpreis reserviert, sondern sicherheitshalber 500€ mehr. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und von hoher Qualität, das Management sorgt auch hier für unnötiges Stirnrunzeln: Gästepärchen sollen vor dem Frühstücksraum warten, weil bestimmte Tische für Gruppen freigehalten werden, die aber nicht erscheinen - ein unnötiges Ärgernis. Da erscheint es nur noch skurril, dass ein cooler beleuchteter Kosmetikspiegel im Badezimmer kommentarlos zur Halbzeit gegen ein etwas betagtes unbeleuchtetes Exemplar getauscht wird. Man fragt sich unwillkürlich, ob man im richtigen Zimmer ist. Ein schickes Hotel in toller Lage, für den Luxuspreis hätte ich jedoch mehr spürbaren Luxus im Detail erwartet.

Em especial gostaria de recomendar o Luciano, brasileiro, que trabalha no hotel e foi super atencioso e querido conosco!
Sugeriu muitos lugares e nos deu ótimas dicas!
Não deixem de procurar ele qnd forem ao hotel!

Moins fréquenté que les nombreux rooftop que la ville propose cependant l'hôtel et situé en plein centre ville et plus facilement accessible. Le panorama est moins intéressant car l'hôtel n'est pas dans une des nombreuses collines de la ville mais il mérite d'être vu.

Agoda.com, Booking.com, and Hotel-ds.com advertise that this Sofitel has showers AND bathtubs, a Spa, and a Swimming Pool. This hotel has none of those. Rooms smell like toilet water, hair in towels. Staff decided to argue with me on more than once; room not ready when checking in and offered a lower floor downgrade; and staff do NOT speak English - my sister and I tried asking for oat milk one day at breakfast, and it took 5 wait staff to come to our table, giving us the wrong things (including a bowl of oats), to finally be told that they had no oat milk. I also ordered a cheese sauce pasta dish one evening, and linguica was all over it (I do not eat meat). The general manager tried to make up for this with a bottle of champagne, upgraded room, a complimentary dinner, and swimming pool and sauna services for ONE afternoon at the Portobay Liberdade, but these are services my sister and I should have been able to enjoy everyday for the 11 days we were there. Go to the Portobay instead!

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à environ 500m du vieux Lisbonne. La chambre supérieure est agréable, avec une belle salle de bain. Nous n’avons pas pris les petits déjeuners parce qu’ils sont servis dans une salle au sous sol. La salle de fitness est vestuste et très petite.

朝食は地下で、ビオラの生演奏がありました。コンチネンタルブレックファーストに近く、パン、デニッシュ、チーズ、フルーツはありますが、暖かい食べ物は少ないです。卵料理はテーブルでオーダーが出来ます。

Mon mari et moi avons passées un très bon séjour au sein de votre hôtel. Personnels très compétent , à l’ecoute , serviable et très professionnels. Ménage parfait et petites attentions dans les chambres appréciés ( tisanes le soir et petits chocolats offerts chaque jours ). Petits déjeuners parfaits, beaucoup de choix et produits de qualités.
Seul petit bémol si je puis dire : trop chaud dans les chambres et climatisation trop bruyante.
En tous cas je recommande vivement votre hôtel et reviendrais sûrement.

Our stay was excellent from beginning to end with very helpful staff.

Had to cut short my stay due to covid-19 measures taking place in Spain. No accomodation was made; I asked for a one night credit in a future stay, I got a flat no for an answer. I guess I expected more from an Accor partner, Sofitel, no less

Het hotel ligt aan een drukke gezellig, luxe winkelstraat met allerlei leuke barretjes. Het metrostation ligt tegenover het hotel (zuid uitgang) en is heel makkelijk van af het vliegveld te bereiken. De kamers in het hotel zijn luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en geweldig. Het restaurant Adlib is ook geweldig. En zeer betaalbaar.

高級ブランド街ですが、少し喧噪から離れていて非常に快適に過ごせました。天気が良ければ目の前のリベルダーデ通りのベンチに座っているだけで最高の気分になります。2日間だけの宿泊だったのが悔やまれます。また、初日は１階のレストランでシーフードリゾットを食べましたが、これが非常においしかったです。朝食も生ハム類の種類も多く、これも美味しくいただきました。特筆すべきはフルーツで、特にメロン、洋梨は最高においしかったです。アジアのソフィテルも食べ物がおいしいのですが、やはりソフィテルは食べ物がおいしいホテルと実感しました。

Excellent séjour dans un cocon chic et raffiné mais où l on s y sent bien.
La chambre est douillette et très confortable. On s y sent et dors très bien.
Pauline, au petit-déjeuner est adorable et nous fait se sentir très bien. Le petit-déjeuner est un régal.
Elle m a donné d'excellentes conseils pour des visites à Lisbonne que nous avons suivis! Et c etait super!
Nous sommes allés voir un match du benfica et grâce aux conseils du receptionniste/concierge nous avons fait comme les lisboète " bifana et bière" avant le match! Top!

Muy eficientes en la recepción al llegar y al salir. Nos dieron la opción de late check out que valoramos mucho. La habitación aunque no era la de mejores vistas, muy bien y el servicio de habitaciones perfecto.

We were there to celebrate our anniversary, hotel provide us some surprise gift. The staff are professional and attentive. Breakfast is perfect, with wide variety of choice and delicious. The hotel is not new, but well maintained. Overall recommended.
Just one thing, the shower temperature is not stable, it's either too cold or too hot.

Seven nights stay had been pleasant and comfortable. Staff was very attentive and breakfast was good enough. However the size of room was a bit smaller than I expected at a five star hotel. The location was perfect for work, tour and shopping.
Dinner in the restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel was excellent and enjoyable and tasty.

Очень порадовал ромашковый чай на ночь) к детям в отеле вообще особое отношение. Наш ребенок не хотел уезжать, ему очень понравилось, что каждый вечер на ночь приносили печенюшки с молоком, а уж постельное белье и косметические принадлежности в тематике Маленького принца и вовсе его оставили в восторге. Es la tercera vez que vengo la verdad que estaba muy contenta y realmente la atención es buena por parte del personal ,pero considero que si en esta época del año se necesita más personal se debería de cambiar la política de empresa y contratar más personas ,creo que el cliente no debe esperar dos hora y media en que le den la habitación y que cuando uno sale después de desayunar a las 12,00 horas vuelva a las 14,30 horas y su habitación siga sin estar arreglada ,cama sin hacer ,cuarto de baño sin hacer, no me parece que sea de recibo ...
No se si Dios quiere volvere al año que viene a este hotel ,me da mucha pena ,pero no me gusta llamar quejarme ,no es lo mío, no me importa pagar siempre y cuando reciba una atención como corresponde .

Buona accoglienza in generale, in reception attenti alle esigenze del cliente e capaci di rendersi sempre disponibili. Sono cliente platinum al NH hotel e quasi sono stato trattato alla stessa maniera. Forse avrei preferito che mi venisse offerto un upgrade o perlomeno una camera ad un piano più alto del primo. Avrei preferito non pagare il late check out (sono stato fino alle 17:00) . Da migliorare il servizio al bar ( non conoscevamo il cocktail Cosmopolitan , il preferito della cantante Madonna che tra l’altro adora Lisbona. Il bicchiere dove mi hanno servito il Martini non era adatto ( usato un bicchiere da whisky) e non hanno aggiunto nessuna “oliva”

Well located and professionally run. The concierge were helpful, knowledgeable and affable. My room was spacious, well-equipped and the housekeeping staff were great. Only things to mention are that the fitness area is pretty minimal and there is no swimming pool.

Beautiful property. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the lobby entrance. Telmo Pereira welcomed my mom and I after a day of traveling, checked us in quickly, recommended options for breakfast and made sure we felt welcomed. Ext morning Telmo again checked us out, knew we had a few hours of sleep and went above and beyond to get me an espresso and tea. I recommend Telmo gets recognized for his service and attention to guests needs. I am already planning another trip to Portugal and will come back to Sofitel for the small details Telmo and the team did for my mom and I during our stay.

Horrible front desk staff. This is not a five star hotel. The bar takes forever to get served. Overcharged in the breakfast restaurant. I stayed twice in three weeks for about ten days no one had a clue as to my prior stay. Sofitel has to step up its training. Pseudo French snobbery does not work in Lisbon.

Am 3.11 wurde unser Wunsch nach einem Tisch leider sehr unprof. bearbeitet. Wartezeit, keine Auskunft ob ein Tisch nun frei ist etc. (trotz leerem Restaurant). Wir würden hier nicht mehr herkommen - das Personal ist leider unzureichend geschuhlt und eher unhöflich.

Only thing good is the location. Other than that this is not a 5 star property, is a 3.5 or 4 star. Nothing exceptional in service. Very small rooms and bathroom even by European standards. Great location on tree lined streets within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the starbucks with the nicest view. The bathroom was large and the beds were very comfortable after a long day of walking the streets of lisbon. Front desk service was very helpful.

地理位置很好，因为是官网全款定房，check in的时候要求缴纳税，但是刷卡过不去，说有可能是是我的卡的问题(我那时候在欧洲已经旅行了10天了)，沟通后说明结账的时候可以现金支付税费。这时候前台说房间还没有好，让我等10分钟，15分钟后给了一层(交涉希望得到高层的房间未果)，入住的时候竟然发现服务员竟然把Mini Bar的食品饮料全部撤走了，当时真是很生气，因为是旅游也没有和酒店在有过多的交涉。第二天主动要求酒店在去刷卡刷税费，竟然又刷过去了。所以酒店除了地理位置很有优势以外没有太多的好印象。下次应该也不会住了

A very lovely, full-service hotel with helpful and considerate staff, and a great location. The room was well-appointed and from the 9th floor had a nice view from the back of the hotel, toward the Bario Alto area. I particularly liked the Hermes toiletries and in-room Illy espresso maker. The breakfast was excellent, too. Lots of high-end shopping nearby and easy walking distance from great restaurants and centrally located attractions. I would happily stay here again.

In our opinion, this hotel is in an excellent area. Beautiful tree lined avenue with many nice shops, a variety of restaurants, and local vendors selling their products. The metro is right across the street and it’s within walking distance to many sights. The staff was very attentive and as usual with every Sofitel hotel very professional and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, however, we did find the mattress lumpy and not comfortable. We did mention it to them so hopefully they will address the issue.

We stayed at this hotel before our trip out of Lisbon and returned to stay at the hotel after before we had to fly home the next day. The room given this time was not as good and there was a stale smell whenever we returned to the room and turned on the air-conditioner. Room was decent but was not as nice as the room we stayed at on our previous stay. Service at the hotel was excellent.

King Bed was two twins pushed together with a mattress pad connecting them. Sometimes this works. In this case, it did not and there was a huge divot between the two beds. Gym very inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. It was little bigger than a closet and all of the equipment seemed to be malfunctioning or about to fall apart. No place to even lay down and do some simple yoga or stretching. And menu of the restaurant was super boring.

Gostei de tudo, da localização, o quarto tinha uma vista brutal da cidade de Lisboa, o bar do hotel também é muito bom e os empregados muito simpáticos. Recomendo

Rooms are typical sofitel standard which is expected. If you have to pay €25 For breakfast don't bother! There are a few cafes a couple of doors down for a fraction of the price. The front desk staff are really not the most polite nor friendly but their saving grace is that their guest relation staff are top notch.

Schlafkomfort auf aller höchstem Niveau! Super edles Hotel. Total unscheinbar von außen. Direkt auf der Hauptstraße Lissabons. Frühstück sehr exklusiv und klein. Muss man mögen, aber man findet ja immer irgendetwas. Check In und Rezeptionsmitarbeiter immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Perfekte Lage für einen Städteausflug.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen gleich neben einer Metrostation. Als wir dort waren haben wir bereits ein neu renoviertes Zimmer bekommen. Das Frühstück ist sensationell sehr große Auswahl und man bekommt fast alles was man sich wünscht!

And the staff is a 5 star people! I have them in my memories, everyone and, specially Rita Pereira our breakfast server. She is so lovely and so professional. 10 points for her!

Sehr schönes, City nahes Hotel. Sehr gepflegt, freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer.
Kleines aber feines Frühstücks Buffet.
Im angrenzenden Restaurant kann wirklich vorzüglich gegessen werden, allerdings ist es ratsam, früh genug zu reservieren da sonst die wenigen Plätze nicht mehr verfügbar sind.
Sehr zu empfehlen - wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Quarto requintado, cama muito boa assim como as almofadas, WC com bons produtos de higiene. Vista agradável para a Avenida da Liberdade, alcançando o Castelo de S.Jorge. Delicioso pequeno almoço, bastante diversificado. 5*mesmo.

For a Sofitel hotel, this was well below-paar. The rooms were supposedly new however the floors were all extremely scratched, the luxury rooms had no bathtubs and the furniture was old. If you are looking for location, then this hotel is amazing.

Just went for a conference so I didnt get to check the rooms. Evaluating from the general look of the public areas, though, this is an upscale hotel. Staff is courteous and professional but too mechanical. Lacks a bit of friendliness, if you know what I mean... Upscale place.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Fußläufig sind fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar.Empfehlenswert sind die Rundfahrten mit den alten TRAM´s und mit dem gelben Bus.

Waren Gast des Tages und haben einen Zimmer Upgrade erhalten. Zimmer war sehr schön und gross. Frühstücksbuffet gut. Service war sehr gut, besonders am Empfang wurde uns immer schnell, kompetent und sehr freundlich geholfen. Hotel würden wir jederzeit wieder gehen.

Das Sofitel Lisbon war für uns sehr enttäuschend. Es begann mit dem Check-In. Wir checkten nach 14 Uhr ein und das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Dies ist generell kein Problem für mich, aber von einem 5 Sterne erwarte ich zumindest eine Entschuldigung z.B. in Form eines Welcome Drinks an der Bar. Wir mussten allerdings 45 Minuten in der Lobby warten und erst nach Nachfragen konnten wir unser Zimmer beziehen. Im Zimmer dann die nächsten Überraschungen. Die Minibar war nicht aufgefüllt, Kleenex und Hygieneartikel waren nicht nachgefüllt, wir fanden Müll von den vorherigen Bewohnern im Bad. Nach Reklamation beim Personal bekamen wir als Entschädigung einen Drink an der Bar. Eine wirkliche Entschuldigung blieb allerdings aus. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hotels. Man erreicht zu Fuß innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und es gibt nette Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Zusammenfassend würde ich das Sofitel Lisbon nicht weiter empfehlen. Die hohen Preise entsprechen vll einem 5 Sterne Hotel, der Service und die Einrichtungen rechtfertigen diese Preise aber auf keinen Fall.

Pour le prix fort qu' on paye la chambre est petite une belle salle de bain mais l'hygiène à revoir pas top.le personnel donne l'impression d"être à l"écoute cependant ils font à leur tête. Côté positif il est situé presque au centre historique

The room was extremely good - far bigger than we had expected with a separate sitting area. Despite being on the main road the sound insulation was very good so we were not disturbed at night. Beds very comfortable.

The location was perfect for walking or cabbing to locations in Lisbon area. The staff were helpful at front desk, housekeeping. The room was quite nice with one exception. There were no drawers to put clothing and no desk or table to put electronics, laptops, etc and when requested the staff said we would need a luxury suite and they were all booked. we stayed for 9 nights so this was the one unsatisfactory issue. Wifi worked really well and that is a big plus. Hot water kettle in the room also a positive.

Une très belle expérience dans cet hôtel pour la deuxième fois. La suite prestige avec la terrasse fût des plus agréable. L'attention particulière pour notre anniversaire de mariage fût un régal pour nos yeux et fort apprécié. C'est une expérience que nous renouvellerons avec grand plaisir. Our experience at Sofitel Lisbon was excellent. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The service was exceptional, including front desk staff, concierge and room service. Our initial room faced the main avenue and was changed to a rear quieter room immediately upon our request. Mr. Karim Aly, Guest relations, was always willing and able to recommend sites and restaurants and attractions. The value was very good for a top-level in-city location near the main train station. We will definitely book again when we return to Lisbon.

The Sofitel Lisbon Liberdade is located at the Avenida Da Liberdade, a nice Boulevard in the city between Praca do Marques de Pombal der Praca do Restauradores, an excellent starting point for discovering the city as well as for excursions. I arrived at the hotel with the Metro coming form the airport. Very friendly and attentive service at the reception. The personnel was competent and supportive. Quality of rooms reflect the standard of a five star hotel, cleanliness impeccable. Bar and restaurant exceeded my expectations. Would recommend this hotel for time to explore Lisbon.

Nice hotel with a perfect location in the centre of Lisbon. It's not the best Sofitel hotel I've ever been to, but not the worst either. The couch in our room wasn't very clean, but as I never use it, I didn't really care. Black and white modern bathroom, good quality bed. Breakfast room is on -1 with no windows and a noisy air-conditioning. Food and variety served for breakfast is good.

I loved my stay at the Sofitel in Lisbon. I was extremely satisfied once I was given the keys to my room during my stay in Portugal. I do have to say that waiting for the room for about an hour was an inconvenience after having been on a 16 hour flight. Besides this small inconvenience, all I can suggest is that each room be provided with an ironing board and an iron. I loved the room and the service provided during my stay.

We were greeted promptly and our room was ready ahead of schedule. In addition to the person checking us in, Claudia greeted us and provided a wonderful overview of the city with suggestions based on our likes/dislikes.
Housekeeping was spectacular - - immediately responded to our clean the room requests while being respectful of "do not disturb" sign which was typically hanging at a time they would normally make up the rooms.

Please Sofitel can you sort out the beds. We recently stayed with you for 1 week and I must say that our bed was one of the the worst we have slept on at a Sofitel Hotel, the other was in Marseille Sofitel Hotel a few weeks ago. Why put a topper pad on a soft saggy mattress which only makes the sides sink and we end up with a big hump in the middle of the bed. Not comfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay with you.

Check in was welcoming and efficient, with particular thanks to, I believe it was, Carlos, head concierge. We stayed in 2 different rooms. The first was small but comfortable. Housekeeping was a bit off there.
We had a delightful breakfast each morning and were warmly welcomed by Carolina in the breakfast dining room. Thanks to Carolina and later Rita, we felt truly at home.
Sofitel was a great choice for Lisbon in an excellent location. We would certainly consider Sofitel again in any city.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful and consistently went above-and-beyond. They provided information on where to eat and what to see. They secured a taxi for our 3 am trip to the airport. They were responsive to every request and extremely helpful. And the location of the hotel is perfect.

Em geral a experiência no Sofitel Lisboa é muito boa. Apenas sugeriria a substituição dos carpetes por piso de madeira - mais modernos, e alguma melhora no fluxo de água da casa de banhos. Não tivemos nenhum problema, exceto com reposicao incompleta de amenities. No mais, tudo muito bom mesmo.

Our experience was nothing short of amazing. We were treated and felt like royalty from the moment we walked through the door. Everyone that works here all staff are amazing and nothing but courteous and amazing. One person that stood out and helped us from entering and leaving with recommendation of places to go for lunch and things to see even to reserving a table at his favorite restaurant with a view we will never forget. Karim Aly you have earned a customer for life and are a true example of above and beyond customer service! Thank you very much and all the staff just wow we left with our jaws dropped!

O melhor aspecto deste hotel, é sem dúvida sua localização! Perto dos principais pontos turísticos de Lisboa. Pode-se ir caminhando. Ou ponto de destaque é o café da manhã, simplesmente fantástico! inúmeras opções dispostas de maneira acessível e em porções que não geram desperdício.
O quarto é bom, com uma cama confortável, amenities maravilhosos da HERME. O tamanho do box do chuveiro e a falta de ducha higiênica incomodaram um pouco.

overall was good but I did not like that Sofitel wanted to charge me 80 euros for an early check -in , considering that I booked the hotel 7 days and I am a frequent Sofitel guess.
The mattress was very unconfortable and the air con very noisy!!!

Wifi is not working in the rooms! The common areas smell like a very bitter old man! I wonder who would choose such scent for a 5 star hotel! The location is great, walking distance to all touristy area but far enough to make it not too busy.

I sit here typing this review on mobile data, as the WiFi here is absolutely stone age. It works for 5 minutes max and then cuts out. I paid a good deal of money to stay here, and there's just no excuse for this in 2017. If you can't get that right, then honestly, what's the point in doing anything else right?

L hôtel est idéalement placé mais l'absence de piscine est tellement décevant. Nous n avions pas fait attention lors de notre réservation car cela nous semblait si logique pour un 5*. Le personnel est attentionné en particulier le personnel de la restauration qui est vraiment très professionnel et réactif. Le petit déjeuner propose un large choix et de qualité. Notre chambre était chaleureuse mais un peu petite. La ville est magnifique et nous y reviendrons surement mais probablement pas au Sofitel.

Malgré un bagage perdu pendant le vol Paris CDG Lisbonne notre séjour à été agréable, par le soutien et la prise en charge des conséquences de cet incident par Claudia Gouveia, nous remercions également très vivement le personnel de la conciergerie et de la réception pour leur dévouement et leur professionnalisme pour nous avoir aider à régler ce problème avec une mention particulière à Karim, Jessica, et Elisabeth .

En general buena, yo me he hospedado en muchos hoteles de vuestra cadena y casi nunca me han pedido firmar una garantía solo han tomado mis datos de tarjeta lo cual me parece para un cliente menos agresivo. Pero en este hotel me pidieron una garantía de 1200 euros a pesar de haber tomado tres habitaciones con desayuno y pagado de antemano.
Luego a mi salida me han preguntado si tuve consumos he dicho que NO y el empleado de conserjería me dijo que había dado de baja la garantía. Esto fue a mi salida del hotel día 10 de agosto, aun a la fecha 18 de agosto este importe figura en mi tarjeta y no ha sido dado de baja y hoteles de otras cadenas que he tomado después, durante mis vacaciones y que nunca había ido ya me dieron de baja sus garantías.
Espero que rápidamente esto sea dado de baja. Saludos. Juan Ameneiros
