Nice hotel with nice staff. Our room is next to the restaurant so no problem with the WiFi. We love the pool, it is small but Heated! Perfect for a cold place like Sagres. I think they also filled the pool with some seawater. It’s so easy to float! Breakfast is also not bad but coffee could be better.

Waren schon desöfteren dort und es ist immer wieder eine tole Atmosphäre im Hotel, von dem aus man herrliche Blicke aufs Meer genießen kann. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und seit dem zweiten Besuch erwarteten uns jedes Mal extra Willkommens-Getränke auf unserem Zimmer.

This was our third time staying at the hotel, and unfortunately it’s not as good as in previous years. If there are other options we will stay somewhere else in the future. Great location and amenities but they have far too many guests such that they aren’t able to keep their service levels high. For example we were out of the room from 10am until nearly 4pm with a “please clean the room” sign on the door. When we returned the room still hadn’t been clean. We then put the “do not disturb” sign on so that we could shower and get ready for the evening. The front desk called around 4:15pm and told us if we weren’t back out of the room by 5pm we would not have our room cleaned. One evening we decided to order room service, which is a fairly simple menu, it arrived on time but with missing items/condiments, etc. The breakfast is beyond crowded, almost impossible to move around without bumping into other guests or tables. It makes the breakfast experience unpleasant & disappointing. They try to be a 4-star hotel but miss the mark.

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr schöner Lage, kompetentes und durchweg sehr freundliches Team. Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung, wenn etwas nicht direkt angeboten wird (z.B. Spiegelei) kann man es bestellen und erhält es auch prompt zubereitet. Bei den Wurstsorten könnte etwas mehr Abwechslung sein. Schöne, helle Zimmer mit zweckmäßiger Einrichtung. Gute Betten. Schöne und gepflegte Pool-und Außenanlage mit Poolbar. Weg zum Strand ca. 800 m. Man kann das Memmo Baleeira unter Berücksichtigung von Preis und Leistung empfehlen.

Designachtig hotel vlak aan de haven en een mooi strandje. Er is een buiten- en binnenzwembad. Het water is er verrassend warm. Afhankelijk van je kamer heb je mooi uitzicht over de haven en de zee. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, het avondeten is a la card.

Motivos para ficar aqui não faltam! Os funcionários são todos atenciosos e prestativos! O café é indiscutível! E o jantar, que deve ser reservado com antecedência, apresenta um cardápio leve e gostoso! Tem pizza também! Vistas maravilhosas! Boa localização geográfica, para você percorrer Sagres e a Costa Vicentina! E vai poder apreciar um pôr do sol, no Farol de São Vicente, de tirar o fôlego!

Wir waren eine Nacht in dem Hotel. Tolle Lage und super Frühstück mit nettem kleinen Indoorpool und Sauna. Leider war es tagsüber sehr laut, da das Hotel Renovierungsarbeiten durchführt. Geschlafen haben wir so lala, da es nachts sehr windig und die Balkontür undicht war.

Sehr schönes ,modernes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal ,Frühstücksbuffet super klasse ,Abendessen super. Wäre schön wenn im Zimmer ein Schminkspiegel wäre . Kein Kosmetikangebot trotz Werbung ,auch schade ansonsten ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Modernes Haus ,scheinbar alles frisch renoviert. Unser Zimmer ( 341 ) war Richtung Hafen und Pool, hätte etwas grösser sein können. Die Dusche ist eine Fehlkonstruktion , müsste besser geschlossen sein, so läuft Duschwasser in den Vorraum. Alles sehr sauber, auch die Aussenanlagen sehr gepflegt.
Aussenpool schön gross, aber das Wasser war noch zu kalt ( Februar ), der beheizte im Keller nicht optimal, hat stark nach Chlor gerochen.
Frühstück auch sehr gut, war alles reichlich vorhanden, durch die dezente Musikbeschallung, auch sehr relaxt.

O melhor hotel de Sagres, quartos muito confortáveis para descansar a sério, piscina interior, ginásio e sauna (que por acaso no último estava com problemas). O staff é simpatiquissimo e muito profissional. O pequeno almoço é super variado e bem confeccionado. O restaurante (italiano) também é muito bom. Recomendo sem reservas.

La vue de la chambre était magnifique. Vue sur le petit port, la plage et les falaises. Les chambres sont un peu petite et les murs sont abîmés. Petit déjeuner complet avec beaucoup de choix. La piscine intérieure est petite (max 10 personnes). Le bonnet de bain est obligatoire. Possibilité d'en acheter un à la réception à 2,50€. Un peu cher pour un bonnet. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Parking à disposition.

We stayed in Memmo Baleeira for 7 days, and it was an absolute pleasure. The hotel was clean, always had that fresh feel to it. The facilities were great and breakfast was delicious. The staff were really warm and welcoming, always had smiles on their faces and were always there to help - very attentive! I personally wouldn't stay again due to the fact that you have to travel out quite far if you are looking for a holiday with activities and things to do, there was a few bars and restaurants here and there but we ended up travelling into Lagos to experience more such as water sports and town/bars. Overall it was a good experience - but not for someone who is wanting a holiday full of activities and 'things to do'. Would recommend to those who want a nice relaxing break, secluded from busy noisy areas.

Beautiful hotel, all staff so friendly. Great situation above the harbour with lovely cliff views. Pizzas from the wood fired oven very good. Only tiny quibble, there is tea, sugar and milk in the room but no coffee, we asked at the bar and they sent us to reception where they told us, no coffee, only tea. Dont really understand why one and not the other. Lovely stay and fantastic breakfast. Would stay again.

We stayed two nights and didn’t want to leave! Amazing value for a really wonderful property. The breakfast is amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the views are breathtaking. We really liked how this hotel felt small and peaceful but offered all of the big hotel amenities. We had a sea facing room and woke up both mornings to watch the sunrise. Enjoyed wine in the bar both nights, good price for a hotel bar. Would enthusiastically recommend to others.

Third stay at this hotel. Very nice location. Got a lovely big room on the highest floor with nice view over the small harbour. Clean, got a surprise for our wedding anniversary, very attentive of the hotel staff! Lots of choice at breakfast, and the view over the ocean is included :-) However, we slept terrible. The walls are as thin as paper. We heard every single thing our neighbours were doing ... In the middle of the night you just want to sleep. How difficult can it be to respect this?

We spent two nights there. The receptionist was cold and unfriendly. Air conditioning was off for the season in our room, but it was over 25 C (78F) in the room! There was no screen on the patio door, and mosquitos swarmed in when we opened the door to cool off! The room and bath we're average.
The food was good and most of that staff was pleasant and helpful.
Next time in Sagres, I'd seek another hotel.

Wir hatten ein gutes Zimmer mit schönem Meerblick. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Hotel scheint immer sehr gut besucht zu sein, da es einer der wenigen wirklichen Hotels im Ort ist. Es wird gern von durchreisenden Gruppen und auch Familien gebucht. Dadurch hat man immer das Gefühl, daß es voll ist. Beim Frühstück und Abendessen ist es sehr voll und laut.

Nice room with balcony and great view of the ocean from many of the rooms. Restaurants were in walking distance. Breakfast buffet had many options and gluten free bread! Thank you thank you! Staff was so sweet, friendly conversations with guests and so helpful. I remember specifically Rebert, Karolina, and Ismael. But one lady who introduced herself as Laura of guest relation desk, said in a stern voice that we should have looked for her and came to her for our glutenfree vegan food instead of asking the restaurant...as if we should have known. None of the restaurants or hotels we have ever eaten at in my life has ever had this protocol to talk to guest relations about cooking us a special meal. We did the normal this to ask the server, who asked the kitchen, who asked the cook....after that lengthy process all the servers and kitchen staff were so positive to have come up with a solution for my glutenfree vegan meal. We thought we were all set for our dinner plans and made reservations. Then in the evening we talked to 3 different hosts and servers again who questioned us...then Kaura came to lecture us on how we should have gone to her.
Massages not great. Ayurveda massage is done with chemical lotion and is not really ayurveda at all.
The place needs a yoga space open to public use. My partner and I wake up early for meditation and yoga asana, but all doors leading to the pool or outdoor decks were locked!! The only space a available was inside but booked to be used for a group retreat.

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel in sehr schöner Lage. Die Pool Anlage und die Aussicht gibt allemal was her. Sauber und ordentlich und Mitte Oktober gibt es auch genug liegen. Daher die 3 Sterne. ABER die Zimmer sind wirklich ohne charm ausgestattet und besitzen wirklich nur das nötigste an Möbeln in sehr einfacher Ausführung. Alles schon eher abgewohnt. Mit einem Blick zur Seite kann man zudem ebenso wenig anfangen. Das Frühstück ist gut. Der Frühstücksraum ist furchtbar. Kein Blick, laut und viel zu klein. Selbst im Oktober muss bis zu 10 Minuten angestanden werden.

El precio muy caro, para lo que ofrece, aunque las vistas son increíbles las habitaciones son pequeñas y si te dan en las plantas de abajo se escucha todo los que los vecinos hablan, sobretodo de las habitaciones superiores. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. La piscina exterior muy chula pero el SPA, es una ruina.

Begrüßung durch das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. + gemütliche Zimmer mit ausreichend Stauraum+ sauberes Bad mit ausreichend Ablagefläche+ Strandhandtücher werden vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt + gutes Frühstück, wird laufend nachgefüllt + Personal, dass aufmerksam und schnell ist, stets freundlich bleibt Der Balkon könnte größer sein, ebenso war die Parkplatzsuche teilweise nicht ganz einfach (aber am Ende findet man was). Leider war das Hotel etwas hellhörig. In Kombination mit Gästen, die keine Rücksicht nehmen, nachts pfeifend oder sich laut unterhaltend durch die Flure laufen, nicht immer ganz einfach.

This is a seriously relaxing spot set among places to go. The hotel is lovely and airy. It's modern and white. There are both lines and curves. Thank you to Rafa and the bar staff for their hospitality and the front of house people for their discretion. Housekeeping were amazing every day.

Das Hotel versucht Design, schafft es jedoch nicht, dazu gehört mehr als rohe Betonwände Wie kann man nur Sitzkissen auf Wishbone Stühle legen?
Es ist viel zu groß, der Pool dagegen viel zu klein. Das Frühstück mäßig ausgestattet und der Raum selbst völlig überladen mit Gästen. Die Zimmer sehr klein, die Klimaanlage viel zu laut. Den Strand erreicht man auch nicht, wie angegeben, in 2 min. Und das alles, im günstigsten Zimmer, für über 200€ pro Nacht.
Preis Leistung stimmen hier leider gar nicht.

Très impressionnant à l'arrivée... magnifiques espaces ... décoration en mode comme à la maison .. mobilier à la suédoise... mais quand les occupants sont là aux heures de pointe ... la promiscuité s'installe et du fait de la conformation des lieux tout prend la forme dune résidence de vacances... avec un vis à vis qui n'est pas digne d'un tarif aussi élevé...salle de petit déjeuner beaucoup trop exigue pour les occupants ... piscine sous la fenêtre des chambres .... les architectes n'ont absolument pas anticipé la vraie vie ... dommage ...

Mooi hotel, maar alles afgemeten, aan het ontbijt word je een plaats toegewezen, je kan niet kiezen waar je wil zitten en geen mogelijkheid om buiten te ontbijten, maken groot onderscheid tussen standaard kamer en de suites, badjas enkel in suite, voor die prijs kunnen badjassen er toch wel vanaf denk ik, eerder sfeer van een massatoerisme in plaats van designhotel ....

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Hotel Anlage. Schönstes Hotel in Sagres. Gute Lage direkt am Meer, zum Strand zu Fuss ca. 15min. Schöne Pool Anlage, freundliches Personal. Frühstückraum leider total überfüllt, laut und sehr ungemütlich. Durch das ständige Sortieren des Geschirrs direkt im Raum ist ein Gespräch zu zweit fast nicht möglich. Qualität des Essens jedoch gut. Viele Familien mit Kindern, entsprechend laut und unruhig im Hotel.

An amazing hotel right on the edge of the sea. Staff were amazing friendly and could not do enough for you. Quality of rooms was excellent and food in restaurant and bar was outstanding. One of the best places I've stayed.

Moderne Hotelanlage mit allem Komfort; sehr gute Betten in sauberen geradlinigen Zimmern; Verbesserungsvorschlag für das Bad: Kosmetikspiegel. Hier hatten wir das beste Frühstück unserer Portugal-Rundreise mit wirklich aufmerksamem Service-Personal. Lediglich die Eierspeisen waren - wie in allen Hotels unserer Rundreise - schlecht weil geschmacksneutral und aus Vollei hergestellt.
Nur das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant konnte bei einem abendlichen Besuch trotz angenehmem Ambiente nicht überzeugen. Service war unkonzentriert und sogenannte Fischsuppe war hoffentlich ein Ausrutscher.
Alles in allem der perfekte Abschluss unseres Urlaubs. Danke!

Ein schönes Hotel mit einer Klasse Aussicht auf den kleinen Fischer Hafen und dem Meer.
Die meisten Zimmer wurden in 2017 Renoviert und auch die Lobby / Restaurantbereich ist Top durchgestylt. Bäder sind OK sollten aber auch einer Renovierung unterzogen werden.
Die Gastronomie ist gut - Preise fair.

Déçue de mon deuxième passage, la première fois en novembre le service été de bonne qualité, la seconde en avril les serviettes n'étaient pas bien propre, la salle de bain en mauvais état, j'ai pas eu la chambre souhaité en réservant 3 mois à l'avance, le service était très moyen. Aaah !! C est superbe ! L accueil incroyable et la vue à tomber parterre ! Un paysage superbe ! La mer à vos pieds ! Amoureux du design vous serez servis .. c est très beau ! L hiver c est magnifique et calme . On se sent au bout du monde .. parfait! Par contre grosse déception pour la piscine intérieure où aucune consignes ne sont données aux familles : c est un enfer de cris qui résonnent ( lieu fermé au plafond bas) . Merci les enfants! .. c etait l horreur.. même dans le sauna où les cris n ont aucune barrière... dommage sinon c etait 5 étoiles . Mais c est toujours 5 étoiles pour le personnel!! Obrigada !

Everything was amazing what a great hotel only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because the entire time we were there even up to the moment we tried to go to sleep we heard kids running up and down the hallway or in the rooms above and below us. And this was in the low season. I can't imagine being here in the high season with kids everywhere and it being so not soundproof! Other than that everything else is perfect. Staff, rooms, restaurants everything perfect.

Très bel hôtel situé entre le centre et le port de pêche, parking gratuit privé. Restaurant vraiment super, très bonnes pizzas, notamment la "Portuguesa" et quelques plats typiques très bons. Prix assez élevés mais suite spacieuse avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Cet hôtel est muni d'un sauna, jacuzzi, piscine extérieure, une petite plaine de jeux pour les enfants, d'une belle terrasse avec vue pour le dîner et l'apéro... salle de déjeuner agréable avec vue sur l'océan. Déjeûné au très grand choix et excellent, personnel polyglotte et vraiment sympa.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Everything is wonderful and we will definitely return. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Facilities are good and restaurant of a high standard although the menu is somewhat limited. This is perhaps the only area that could be improved. Staying here definitely try out Sea Kayaking Sagres as a wonderful experience of a differing view of the area. Surf School is wonderful too. People in the area are fabulous and definitely one of our favourite destinations for chillaxing and getting away from the bustle of London.

Beautiful hotel! Great service and awesome views. Staff was very friendly and good location, 10 minute walk to the beach. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because when we checked in they never told us about the breakfast that was included. Everyday we went and spent money on breakfast and while we were checking out they told us about the breakfast so that was not the best experience

Celebramos nuestra luna de miel a lo largo del Algarve y Sagres nos conquistó. El pueblo es tranquilo en esta época del año (abril) y la calidad de la comida excelnte. El hotel fue de ensueño, muy limpio y moderno. Es maravilloso contemplar el mar desde la habitación. El servicio fue de 10. Una carta exquisita y unas instalaciones perfectas para relajarse y disfrutar del paisaje. El servicio al aeropuerto facilita mucho el viaje.
Sin duda repetiremos.

Had a great stay here with my Husband to kick off the first three days of our honeymoon. Hotel was very nice and views from the room of the port, water, and beaches were excellent. Room was on the smaller side but comfortable- only thing I would change would be softer pillows. Indoor/outdoor pools and the steam room and sauna were also very enjoyable. The hotel grounds are a very nice place to relax.
Made a reservation and ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner. Food was excellent and great wait staff. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast and were impressed with the selection which included fresh fruits, smoked salmon and yogurt bar (our favorites).
Hotel staff was very helpful - they facilitated booking a boat tour in Lagos for us as well as gave us extra wine glasses when we brought a bottle of wine home from dinner. Upon the hotel’s recommendation we watched the sunset at a nearby lighthouse which was fantastic.
We liked the proximity to town and to the great beaches both walking and only a short drive away.

Modernes, großzügiges Hotel. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und lächelt immer und bietet Hilfe an. Man hatte nie das Gefühl zu stören oder dass sie gestresst sind.
Damit zeichnet sich dieses Hotel besonders für mich aus.
Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Frühstück ist eigentlich bis 11.00. Dennoch hat man auch kurz vor 11.00 noch die volle Auswahl auch an warmen Speisen wie Rührei.

Prachtig hotel met super lekker eten, heel vriendelijk personeel en mooie kamers. Het buitenzwembad is verwarmd en heel aangenaam vertoeven. Met een rustig lounge muziekje, cocktail erbij is het alles wat je nodig hebt als je eens een dagje van het hotel wil genieten.
Voor de dag te starten zal je niet op je honger blijven zitten. Wat een lekker ontbijt . Voor elk wat wils. Ongetwijfeld!!

El desayuno bufete súper variado y riquísimo todo.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et disponible. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propre. Nous avons dîné au restaurant et c’était délicieux. Abendessen kann man auch sehr empfehlen, va die Pizzas und Desserts. Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut, das einzige nervige hier waren die Kaffeemaschinen die immer wieder kaputt gingen, wodurch man für den Kaffee anstehen musste.

This is a nice hotel in Sagres. But the site makes it seem much fancier than it is. The pool is small. only 4 feet deep and full of kids. This is a family focused/family forward hotel, Id say. Waitstaff is very nice. The prices for food and drink are totally reasonable. The rooms are huge, but dont use space so well. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom! But its an enormous bathroom. Also, the A/C wasnt well calibrated. It said it was 24 C but it was far colder. There are restaurants and a small grocery store within walking distance so you can get everything you need. But this is a hotel for families.

Great location in the lovely town of Sagres. Staff friendly enough. Breakfast needs much improvement in general the produce is sub par . The breakfast sausages in particular were poor quality. No chef to make eggs to order as is normally standard in a hotel like this.does anyone like cold buffet style scrambled eggs ? Drinks priced fairly but 14 euro for 2 tiny mini burgers with crisps ?
Pool is the perfect temperature well done for that - nothing worse than a cold pool. Pool menu is boring needs a rethink . I would recommend for the setting and pool although Lots of kids running around .

établissement de qualité, design, confort, situation. piscine trop petite. pas de possibilité de nager. beaucoup denfants la squate car leau de locéan est très froide. fin juillet eau a 18°.elle est donc sous dimensionnée par rapport a cette température. les gens ne vont pas a la plage, ça caille.....pas de transat sur la plage qui est au pied de lhôtel.pas danimation ou de bar le soir. lennui gagne vite au bout de 3 nuits passée a lhôtel sachant quil ny a rien a faire a SAGRES qui est the end of the road comme ils aiment a le dire.restauration dexcellente qualité. accueil très sympa. spa bien. nous avons connu mieux dans dautres établissements.si vous voulez de lisolement, si vous navez pas peur de lennui, alors cest un lieu adapté pour vous.

Hotel en général sympa. Parking gratuit en plein centre ville de Sagres. Bon c est petit donc c est pas trop dur non plus. Personnel sympa. Super belle piscine exterieur chauffée à 25 degres. Bar a coté. Tres belle vue. Petit espace sympa dans l hotel. Bon conseil de la part du personnel sur les resto et activités. Donc vraiment en generale sympa. Par contre, on pense etre tombé sur la mauvaise chambre en tout cas je l espere. Siege des toilettes qui bouge, telecommande tv de la chambre qui ne marche pas (on prends celle du salon ca passe, les 2 sont des lg), fermeture de la verranda du salon qui ne ferme pas, tres moyen quand meme et donc on a fermé la porte de la chambre avec la poignée qui est restée dans la main. Bon c est juste la poignée qui est mal serrée. Lumiere du salon (suspendu) qu on arrive pas a eteindre sauf si on la debranche du mur. Et des interupteurs sans action visible ou en tout cas j ai pas trouvé. Dans l ensemble ca laisse une mauvaise image. Bref un poil decu surtout pour le tarif...

Wir waren im Juni 19 hier und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Überhaupt scheint die Kultur der Geschäftsführung danach ausgerichtet zu sein, ihre Mitarbeiter nach ihrer positiven Einstellung zu Menschen auszuwählen. In allen Bereichen des Hotels erlebten wir eine warme Herzlichkeit, Service mit Freude und fachkundige Betreuung.
Eine solche gelebte Kultur ist einzigartig für den Gast und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Hauses: Man pflegt hier damit das einzige Wettbewerbsmerkmal, welches nicht kopiert werden kann! Ich gratuliere, mir ist um die Zukunft dieses Hauses nicht bange!

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und sind auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingegangen. Das Zimmer und die gesamte Hotelanlage sind sehr modern gestaltet. Man kann den Spa Bereich und ein Fitnessstudio nutzen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war immer abwechslungsreich und lecker. Außerdem hatte man eine wunderscöne Sicht auf das Meer. Die Bedienungen waren aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir waren mit allem zufrieden und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Insgesamt eher unzufrieden von unserem Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind an sich ganz bequem von der Grösse her, hatten auch ein Zimmer mit direktem Blick zum Meer, war sehr schön. Das Bad lässt stark zu wünschen übrig - die Badewanne schimmelt schon an den Ecken und das Silikon zwischen den Fliesen löst sich teilweise schon ab.
Das Personal ist sehr passiv und eher uninteressiert. Knappe Antworten, teilweise schnippisch.
Aber der negativste Aspekt gilt dem Frühstück. Man wird nach Zimmer aufgeteilt, dementsprechend an den Tischen zugeteilt und von jemandem auch zu diesem Tisch begleitet - selber aussuchen wo man sitzt ist nicht erlaubt. Natürlich werden die vorderen Tische an der Glasfront mit der tollen Aussicht freigehalten - für wen auch immer. Komischerweise waren auf Nachfrage diese Tische immer nicht für uns gedacht, obwohl sie teilweise auch frei waren. Dann setzt man sich schließlich hin und will in Ruhe frühstücken - das geht aber auch nicht, weil ständig irgendein Kellner kommt um Sachen abzuräumen, auch wenn man noch nicht mit dem Essen fertig ist. Alles in allem würde ich dieses Hotel nicht nochmal besuchen und weiterempfehlen auch nicht.

No puedo más que decir cosas buenas de este hotel y recomendarlo muchísimo.
Sin duda, si lo eliges te van a tratar de forma super amable y vas a pasar buenos días muy cómoda y relajada. Porque este hotel invita al relax y disfrute de ocio.
Las habitaciones amplias y con buenas vistas. Cama de dos x dos muy bien acondicionada. Diseño en lámparas, ropa de cama y muebles. Cuidan mucho los detalles.
El baño bien, podría mejorar la ducha y la iluminación, pero es correcto.
Dispone de tienda, sala de lectura, restaurante, gimnasio, piscina cubierta y descubierta, sauna y spa.
En la piscina bar de cócteles y tumbonas en miradores particulares para tener más privacidad.
El agua calentita.
El personal es muy amable y muy organizado.
Estaba todo extremadamente limpio, no entiendo como la gente se queja de la limpieza...
Los desayunos fantásticos, de los de zumo natural (ya me entendéis) y muy completos.
El entorno una delicia también.
Y lo mejor es que hacen buenas ofertas y puedes conseguir precios fantásticos.

Der hotelnahe (nicht hoteleigene) Strand ist nicht wirklich empfehlenswert, da eher verwahrlost und neben dem kleinen Fischerhafen, die größeren Strände von Sagres sind aber fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Zimmer mit „Landblick“ bedeutet „Parkplatzblick“.

Der Traum am Ende der Reise!

Die Zimmer sind ein Traum!
Hell, groß, Bad mit Wanne. Balkon zum Meer und zum Garten.
Service
Wir wurden von einem sehr zuvorkommenden, sehr humorvollen Herren empfangen. So machte der Check in einfach nur Spaß und es wurde viel gelacht.
Probleme beim Auffinden der Sauna, mit dem WLAN (das an dem Tag im kompletten Haus tot war) wurden sofort geklärt. Perfekt!
Gastronomie
Wir hatten ÜF.
Das Frühstück war erneut traumhaft. sehr reichhaltig und auch gut bestückt mit gesunden Nachrungsmitteln. Neben den üblicherweise aus Hotels bekannten Dingen gab es viel Müsli, gute Trinkschokolade und leckeren Kaffee, frisch.
Der Barkeeper am Abend war sehr guter Dinge, bediente uns hervorragend und lies sich auch in der ein oder andere Gespräch über Deutschland verwickeln.

Há mais de 7 anos que frequento este hotel.
Já passei fins-de-semana românticos, em família, passagens de ano com amigos (fantástica por sinal), mas tradicionalmente a nossa Páscoa é passada aqui. Sempre com casais amigos e muitas crianças.
Desde 2016 que não vinha e este ano voltei para a tradicional Páscoa. Eis que me deparo com um hotel completamente remodelado, cheio de coisas novas e sempre sempre com a sua simplicidade que o caracteriza.
A forma como as crianças podem aqui circular à vontade sempre com um sorriso cúmplice dos empregados. Têm um espaço interior só para eles brincarem, outro exterior cheio de relva para correrem. A área comum de lazer, com TV e sofás que nos fazem sentir em casa. E agora, a piscina exterior, totalmente renovada, com água aquecida a 27º, que fizeram com que a Páscoa, parece-se em Agosto. Sempre tudo num tom sereno, tranquilo e super relaxante.
O bom gosto reina. O restaurante tem uma comida fantástica e os cocktails estão divinais.
Sempre adorei vir aqui, mas desta vez fiquei ainda com mais vontade de voltar. Ainda este ano se possível.

Un poco defraudada. Elegimos el sitio por el spa y resultó que no había tal spa; era una piscina pequeñita, se supone que climatizada, con dos chorros, pero estaba todo estropeado.
Y el diseño es moderno pero muy poco práctico, la verdad. Todo el día cogiendo ascensores y recorriendo pasillos porque, aún estando las cosas en la misma planta, como son alas diferentes del edificio, pues venga pasillos y venga ascensores.
A su favor tengo que decir que los desayunos son muy buenos, en variedad y en cantidad.

Den Indoorpool gab es nicht mehr das Firnessstudio wsr geschlossen und der Aussenpool war nicht beheizt. Das fanden wir nicht so gut. IM GRUNDE WAR DER Sport uns schon sehr wichtig. Aber nun gut es ist wie es ist. Haben wir das falsche gebucht. Sehr unehrlich wenn diese Umstände verschwiegen werden.

This hotel would have lots of potential. It's in a beautiful location overlooking a small harbour and has really nice common spaces. Breakfast is lovley too.
The rooms however are quite bad. Mouldy bathroom, broken furniture and fixtures, not cleaned properly, uncomfortable bed etc.

Enttäuschend
Wir waren eine Woche in diesem 4-Sterne-Hotel und hatten Halbpension gebucht.
Aus unserer Sicht sind die 4 Sterne nicht gerechtfertigt. Es gab keinen Stuhl/ Sessel oder ähnliches im Zimmer, sondern nur einen kleinen viereckigen Hocker. Kein Kosmetikspiegel oder -tücher.
Aber das wäre nicht so schlimm gewesen, da das Hotel eine sehr schöne Lage hat. Aber das Personal war zu 50% unfreundlich bis hochnäsig, der Abfluss war verstopft, ein Handtuch voller roter Flecken, die Badlüftung funktionierte nicht und die Gardinen waren abgerissen.
Die Halbpension sah so aus, dass wir uns aus der (immer gleichen) Karte aus ca. 8 Vorspeisen und ca. 18 Hauptgerichten (davon geschätzt 8 Pizzen) genau 1 Vorspeise und 1 Hauptgericht aussuchen durften. Dessert gehörte nicht dazu. Wir sind dann dreimal in richtig leckeren Fischrestaurants in Sagres gewesen, weil es nicht zu unserer Vorstellung gehört in Portugal Pizza oder Steaks zu essen. Sicher ist das Geschmackssache. Wenn 12 Tische in dem Restaurant besetzt sind und 8 Servicekräfte für die Bar und das Restaurant eingesetzt waren, dann ist unverständlich, warum das Brot vergessen wurde und auch die Getränke ohne Getränkekarte bestellt werden sollte.
Beim Frühstück gab es leckere frische Früchte fürs Müsli, aber die Brötchen und das Brot waren pappig und geschmackslos. Der Kaffee kam aus einem Warmhaltebehälter und schmeckte wie Katzenp...
Höhepunkt kam dann beim Auschecken, weil unsere Rechnung mal eben 50 € zu viel enthielt. Aber man war so freundlich unseren BoardingPass auszudrucken.

It's a fine hotel. The best part about it was the grounds which offer spectacular views over the water. The rooms are spacious and bright with huge windows. However, our bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The restaurant is decent at best, which considering how good the food generally is in Portugal is a bit of a shame. Definitely worth eating out if you stay here. Service is good not great. For example, we has a problem with our air conditioner making an unpleasant noise, so called down to the desk about it. They said they'd send someone to fix it but didn't until the next day after we reminded them. Overall it's a typical"four star" experience you'd expect at a medium sized hotel. If you can get a good deal on it, go for it but temper your expectations.

Wunderbar schön gelegen über der Bucht von Sagres. Zimmer eher klein und die Einrichtung war zum Teil schon etwas renovationsbedürftig. Z.B. bei der Badezimmertüre war das Holzfurnier beschädigt. Flecken im Vorhang etc. Schade, sonst ein wirklich perfektes Hotel.

Las vistas son magnificas, el jardin precioso, el personal es amable.
Pero por el precio y siendo un 4 estrellas me esperaba mucho más. La limpieza de la habitación era superficial, el cloro de la piscina me ha estropeado el bañador y he tenido que tirarlo. Lo peor, el masaje supuestamente "Indian massage", carísimo y era un masaje relajante normal y corriente. La piscinia interior tenía los chorros de hidromasaje estropeados. La comida del restuaurante muy mala. No volveré.

It looks like a four star hotel, but but looks can be deceiving. It has one of the worst wifi connections that I have experienced, and the cell phone connection is also bad. Management says that it is like this everywhere in Sagres, but a few hundred meters away there is a surfer cafe with excellent network. So there is room for basic functional improvements at this hotel. It is also quite noisy.

I spent 5 days with a friend at the Memmo Baleeira and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed Atmosphäre. The staff was excellent. Food to recommend! The Hotel is ideally situated on top of a Cliff facing the Ocean, Sunrise to die for, only a Short walk to Martinhal Beach, with Surfing action! Although in the middle of august, the temperatures at Sagres were always around 23 degrees, thanks to a Micro climate there. Will definetly Go there again.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage direkt am Atlantik. Ausserdem ist eine Surfschule direkt vorm Hotel. Zum Strand muss man ein kleines Stück gehen. Es ist sehr angenehm ruhig im Hotel und am Pool.
Was unserer Meinung nach besser sein könnte wäre das Frühstück und im Zimmer eine Möglichkeit seine nassen Sachen aufzuhängen. Es gab 6 Tage immer das selbe Frühstück. Es gab keinen gescheiten Aufschnitt und auch kein frisches Ei. Das Rührei war fertig Rührei aus der Packung.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Balkon. Wir wussten nicht wohin mit unseren nassen Sachen.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Schöner Blick auf das Meer. Die Zimmer sind eher klein. (DZ mit direktem Meerblick) Das Badezimmer bräuchte mal wieder einen Entkalker. WIFI ist sehr langsam und nicht überall auf dem Gelände verfügbar.

Hemos estado 2 noches y la verdad que el hotel es una pasada, ubicación perfecta, ambientación del hotel espectacular, servicio bastante bueno, así que se nos ha hecho corta la estancia. Hay que decir que el hotel no es barato pero compensa el precio con la ubicación.
No pongo las 5 estrellas por el restaurante y el spa, que no estaba la persona pese haber pedido hora.
El resto muy muy bien, si podemos volveremos en el futuro!

The hotel is of modern design and has a prominent coastal position. Careful attention has been paid to all parts of the hotel: public areas, lounge with library, stairways and corridors. It was a pleasure to be in any part of the hotel during our 2-night stay.We had a sea-view standard room with a balcony and perfect view of the harbour. The room was very comfy and clean; the only criticism of the room is the lack of kettle & tea/coffee facilities - we missed the early-morning tea. These facilities were presumably once offered as there is an obvious space and unused electrical socket - so easy enough to put back or offer on request.The town has a run-down appearance, and we did not notice any obvious alternative places to eat. The meals on both nights were good - from a Portuguese-accented menu in the upper restaurant with a harbour view. Ask about a half-board supplement if you intend to eat in.Breakfast, served in the lower restaurant and again with a good view, was excellent - especially the fresh fruit selection, scrambled egg and pastel de nata (Portuguese custard tart). However, given the small buffet area, I suspect that breakfast could be crowded when the hotel is full (133 bedrooms).There is an excellent walk available to the nearby headland - for general views and migratory bird watching. The staff were very helpful in all respects - including handing out a useful walks leaflet. Memmo Baleeira had nearly all the right touches and we will happily return.

It's a nice place to spend a weekend at beautiful Sagres, which was my specific case. Staff is nice, accommodations are in line with the level of the hotel and the indoor pool has an astonishing view over the see! Definitely one hotel to repeat!

Sagres is a great little beach town for a relaxing beach vacation. This hotel has stunning views with a very affordable spa (60€ for an hour full body massage). The breakfast was delicious and even included mimosas with fresh squeezed orange juice. We felt so relaxed at this hotel that we didn't want to leave. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer über dem Pool. Das bedeutete, dass wir abends den Balkon nicht nutzen konnten, nachts das Fenster geschlossen halten mussten und trotzdem jede Menge Mückenspray verbraucht haben. Nichts desto trotz, das Hotel hat eine wunderbare Lage direkt am Strand, nach Martinhal ist es zu Fuss nicht weit und das Personal war immer wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotel récent, ou récemment rénové, au bord de la mer, avec de belles chambres lumineuses. Notre chambre avec balcon donnait plein est, avec une très belle vue sur le port et la mer. Magnifique lever du soleil un matin. Lit confortable, personnel sympathique, très bon petit déjeuner.Le diable est toutefois dans les détails...pas de bouilloire pour un thé ou un café, pas de kleenex (???), et insonorisation très insuffisante. Je n'ose pas imaginer le bruit avec des enfants en haute saison!

The reception staff is unfriendly and incompetent. Im travelling a lot, but this was my worst experience ever. Gym is just a room with a couple of weights and a running machine, for breakfast you have to queue for 15 Min to get a seat an then the quality of the food is very poor. To get a chair at the pool is nearly impossible and to get to the beach is a journey.I would never ever again book my holidays in that hotel!!!

Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Memmo Baleeira. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und schön hell, die Zimmer mit Meerblick haben eine tolle Sicht auf den Hafen und denn atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgang am Morgen. Die Betten sind sehr weich, aber nicht unbequem. Wem das Bett trotzdem zu weich ist, bietet das Hotel einen Austausch der Matratze gegen eine härtere an. Die Zimmer sind jeden Tag sehr gründlich gereinigt worden. Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl, frisches Obst, Sekt, Lachs - alles da. Im Frühstücksraum war es meist sehr voll und recht laut. Insgesamt hat es uns im Memmo sehr gut gefallen.

Die Hotelarchitektur ist sehr ansprechend, leider aber teilweise nur visuell gut gemacht. Die Akustik im Restaurant/Bar ist schlecht, es ist kaum möglich ein Gespräch zu führen. Auch der Lärm von der Reception und aus dem Hotelgang war in unserem Zimmer (332) unüberhörbar. Schade. Sonst wirklich ein schönes Hotel an wunderbarer Lage.

Zu teuer für das was geboten wird.Waren für 3 Tage dort. Die Zimmer viel kleiner als auf den Bildern im Internet. Das Frühstück immer gleich. Extras wie Spiegelei, Cappuccino oder Espresso werden extra berechnet. Sauna ab 8 Uhr geöffnet, um 8.30 immer noch kalt. Teilweise Kleinigkeiten aber für den Preis hätte ich sowas erwartet. Aber: tolle Aussicht und freundliches Personal.... Vielleicht habe ich zu viel erwartet.

Very disappointing stay. Rooms very small and noisy. The TV is from Flinstones' era. The long corredors close to rooms, are wooden floor. So be prepared to keep listening to people's walking from inside your room all night long.

Há muito que queria conhecer este hotel. Proporcionou-se agora e só posso dizer que as expetativas não sairam frustradas! Fui recebido pelo Rodrigo Machaz, o diretor, que sendo um jovem já sabe tudo de como tornar um hotel uma boa experiência. Foi uma semana muito bem passada, com um pessoal bastante atencioso, quartos espaçosos, decoração moderna e excelente restaurante.
A localização é excelente para conhecer sagres a pé ou de bicicleta.
Os quartos são confortáveis, muito limpos e arejados, um bom local para descanso com um vista para o mar soberba!
Zona da piscina com boas vistas apesar de ser algo ventosa. Também têm SPA, embora não tenha experimentado.
Pequeno almoço 5 *!
E para quem quer tentar, existe uma escola de surf adjacente ao hotel.
Enfim, o Paraíso exite mesmo! No Memmo Baleeira Hotel e em Sagres, uma vila linda! Vou voltar!

Vi hade rum mot havet. Ganska litet rum men fräscht och rent men en känsla av vitt & fräscht, en fåtölj och en dubbelsäng som var lagom mjuk med en stor och en lite mindre kudde. (Ej dun, men OK ändå). Morgonsol när man vaknade och högt beläget med mycket grönt omkring samt en fantastisk utsikt. Jag tror att det bara fanns 5 rum lediga när vi kom dit men hela stället gav ett lugnt och stilla intryck ändå. En OK pool fyrkantig och lite kall men annars var allt väldigt OK. Rekommenderar detta verkligen. Vi funderar på att åka tillbaka.
