Abholung am Terminal, schnelle Autovergabe und sehr kundenfreundliche Betreuung durch den Mitarbeiter. Zurückgegeben wurde das Fahrzeug bei einer Filiale in Lissabon, auch da gab es keine Probleme. Nach den oft negativen Rezensionen bei Autovermietern am Flughafen Faro kann ich nur Positives von Flizzr/Sixt berichten.

Professional and quick service, good and safe cars I rented a car for a week there. Raquel at the reception was very friendly and professional. That is how a car pickup should be like. I had my car in less than 5 minutes. The car was almost new and very clean. Car return at the airport was also quick and easy.

I was an Emerald Club Executive member before I retired so my expectation is high. Employees here during pickup and return of the car were very good. The price, the inclusion of CDW, and the upfront info about the included liability insurance are very good, actually outstanding among all the other rental options in the area. However, there is no address info online for the local bench office anywhere I look - there is only a phone number. If you search the company in google maps at Faro, it points to the side of the roadway only, not an actual address. For international travelers like myself, asking us to call your local phone number for additional help is problematic (meaning making an international call), and email is inefficient. You may consider having a live chat option on your website. I came to the bench office (my stay is near the office) to get an immediate answer for driving to Spain and your employees were busy doing their own things at the counters while ignoring me (should say "Hello, give me a sec and I'll be right with you..."). When someone finally signaled another employee to ask what I need, he wasn't able to help because he doesn't know enough or can't speak fluent English. So the first person took over and gave me the info but asked me to call your local number if I want to add the option. I asked why couldn't I have it done here at the counter while I am here, he said that that will take longer and it will be more difficult for them to do it. This is the first time in all my experience, not very good! Also, I came directly to this bench to pick up the car. I arrived at 7:45 am instead of 8 am. I was reminded by someone acted like a manager that I have to wait till 8 am or I will be charged extra for service outside of office hours. That was the first also, your office either open or close, I don't pay for your overtime! There is a lot of training still required for SixT to be an international company. But it is all good as a local car rental for vacationers.

C'est mon premier avis google car je voudrais vraiment éviter la même mésaventure à d'autres personnes. Expérience catastrophique avec cette agence Sixt. Au moment de prendre la voiture, la personne à l'accueil nous explique qu'il va nous ajouter une caution pour le carburant qui ne sera débitée que si nous rendons la voiture vide. Et il nous laisse aller prendre la voiture seuls en nous disant que les petits impacts sur la carrosserie sont bien marqués sur le contrat. Nous revenons lui signaler d'autres dommages mais il nous dit qu'il est trop occupé pour se déplacer et que ces impacts sont trop petits pour être facturés. Mais au retour, on nous signale un dégât à payer sur le pare choc que nous n'avons pas causé et on nous débite le carburant alors que nous avons rendu la voiture pleine. Le service client nous explique que nous n'avons pas signé pour une caution mais pour un service supplémentaire. Quelle personne malhonnête ! Nous sommes actuellement en discussion avec le service client pour un remboursement mais attention, c'est une franchise, et il faut parler portugais ou anglais avec le service client du portugal.
