Top!!! On a payé peu cher pour une petite fiat 500 pour deux amies donc, vraiment heureuse de l'avoir eu! Le personnel était sympa et rapide. On a fait la réservation en ligne 2j avant le départ et du coup on a attendu que 5min avant d'avoir la voiture ! Je recommande vivement.

Unkomplizierter und guter Service. Hatten den Wagen über Check 24 gebucht, dabei gut gespart (7=5). Die Service-Mitarbeiter waren schnell, kompetent und freundlich. Die Wagenrückgabe dauerte keine 5 Minuten. Umfassende Checkliste und korrekte Übergabe/Abnahme. Sehr gut!

Incompétent ! On convient d'une somme, nous passons le lundi pour récupérer la voiture et payer mais naaaan encore plus de frais qui n'ont pas été citer avant bien-sûr sont demander ! Franchement plus jamais à Armação de pera on n'aime pas les personnes mal aimable et qui essaye de nous avoir !

Vi lejede en bil og betalte kontant, hvor vi ingen kvittering fik. Vi Skulle oplyse kortnummer ved leje af bilen og de har så efterfølgende trukket beløbet på kort også. Vi har ringer adskillige gange og det er slet ikke muligt at komme i kontakt med dem.

Eerste keer een auto gehuurd. Deed altijd scooter vanwege de slechte dingen die je hoort, en heb geen creditcard. Nou het was top geregeld. Bestelde een Twingo deze was goedkoopst. Volgende dag ophalen en stond er een clio station klaar voor dezelfde prijs. Na terugkomst binnen 5 minuten weer klaar. Had contant betaald en had 100 euro borg betaald voor de benzine. Bij terugkomst met volle tank krijg je het retour. Ik zeg top.

Very good experience during pick up and return of the car. Professional and friendly staff. I received useful tips about roads and traveling in general in Portugal. What you agree in your contract is what you pay in the end. No hidden additional charges. If you opt to have the car insurance, my advice is to arrange it through Europcar and not on line in advance. Recomend to hire the car from this location.

This rent a car station has kind and very helpful staff that will help in the best way they can. Helped a friend of mine with a mechanical doubt. They always try to make a better rate with full insurance and also have new and clean vehicles, from the current season. Here you can rent cars, motorcycles and bicycles.

Guter und unkomplizierter Ablauf. Hatten den Wagen über ADAC gebucht, waren zehn Minuten früher dran bei der Abholung und Punkt 10°° Uhr fertig. Der Service-Mitarbeiter war schnell, kompetent und sehr freundlich. Die Wagenrückgabe dauerte keine 5 Minuten. Sehr gut!

Wir haben über Auto escape sehr günstig gebucht. Der Service vor Ort und das Auto waren entsprechend unserer Buchung. Man sollte vielleicht nicht unbedingt um zehn Uhr das Auto abholen. 8:30 kurz nach Öffnung ist nichts los.

Living in the eighties , most stress infused collection I have ever encountered. Staff useless, took 1.5hrs to get sorted. According to the personnel,(two chaps) "sorry Company policy no help with baby seat" was the final straw. I expect him to know & show the correct way. ( he said if anything went wrong it didn't want to be blamed) If anything went wrong his incompetence would be highlighted further I told him. Initially they would not accept an e voucher, as bookings most be printed. We discussed it merits as regards we were given an E voucher, that stated no need to print. And on it went, at every turn the personnel were bound by fixed rules & I get it. You couldn't trust these two to run a bath. I often use europa car & have found them excellent in the past. Just wish I had of collected my car in the airport or at any other point. Another note for senior mgt.- the shop was badly presented, large ashtray overflowing with cigs. Top entrance step not safe pot holes, the temporary ramp was also dangerous. I asked the chap why wasn't the car cleaned & he said he was too busy. I don't think so.

Buen sitio para ir con los niños. La única pega es que la mini disco de la noche duraba muy poco tiempo, apenas media hora. Comida bien y animación buena.

Bardzo nieuprzejma obsługa. Pani z wypożyczalni wyśmiewa klientów i kpi z nich w języku portugalskim. Brak życzliwości ze strony obsługi. Na prośbę o pomoc wykraczającą po za zakres obowiązków, odpowiadają że to nie ich interes. Nie polecam. Przy wynajęciu samochodu dobrze oglądajcie stan auta. Nie podajcie prawdziwej nazwy hotelu gdzie będziecie przebywać, co sugeruje gdzie będzie zaparkowany samochód w przypadku gdy nie wykupicie pęłnego ubezpieczenia. Nikogo nie złapałem za rękę ale...........

Haben einen Fiat500 ausgeliehen für 4 Tage. Gebucht über die Reiseleitung (war günstiger), abgegeben im Hotel. 180€ hat der Spaß gekostet inklusive AutobahnMautGerät und Vollkasko. 1 Stern Abzug dafür, dass das Auto beim abholen nicht ganz voll war, wir es aber natürlich trotzdem voll zurück bringen mussten
