Doctors are lovely. It's a big shame the receptionists are so rude as due to them making us feel extremely uncomfortable on numerous occasions with their arrogance we will not return again.

Had visited the place for several times for the whole range of diverse issues, each time receiving an excellent-level assistance, support, and help from Dr. Miguel Ribeiro – a very acute and efficient general practitioner. Would definitely recommend to any expat living in Lisbon!

Walked in without an appt. Saw a great English-speaking doctor that was unhurried and thorough. He prescribed some medication and 12 hours later I am feeling 90% better. Couldn't be more thankful. Nice receptionist, too.

Mon épouse à eu un symptôme grippales... Une angine blanche après diagnostic ! Nous nous sommes retrouvés obligé de consulter en urgence un docteur. Cabinet qui parle un peu français mais très bien en Anglais. Médecin compétant pour notre part nous avons eu un rdv après l'heure de fermeture. Encore merci pour votre serviabilité et votre professionnalisme. Bouche de metroa 50m du cabinet.

I arrived to this clinic because it was close to my hostel and I saw a very good review in Google Maps. I had an injury in my knee (with an infection) and even though I had been to another hospital previously and my wound was attended, it was still hurting and I wasn't sure if I needed further attention. I was nicely received by a recepcionist who spoke a perfect English and advised me in an extremely kind and careful way. She advised me to come the next day to change the bandage just before taking my flight out from Portugal. I did so and she and a nurse changed the bandage and applied disinfectant, very professional. Excellent care of the patient, even though I was soon leaving Portugal.

Arrived walk-in at opening at 9am, with my 82yo mother, to be warmly greeted by the receptionist. The doctor wouldn't be there until 10, so we sat down to wait. Ended up being seen at 9:45 by Dr. Ribeira, who spoke perfect English, and was able to answer our questions and get my mother fixed up. We had blood work done there, and were out by 11am. There is a pharmacy right around the corner. I would highly recommend this clinic, especially for those traveling through.

First contact was with the receptionist who spoke in English which was helpful as my Portuguese is minimal. She was so friendly and helpful and offered me a same day appointment. She did advise that there would be a bit of a wait but I was more than happy to wait. The doctor was reassuring, friendly and helpful and also spoke English. I would highly recommend.

Rude receptionist, said on the phone if you dont have money go to a free clinic!, when all i was asking is if the 85 euros was for one session. I told her with all due respect I earn more money than you.

Very highly recommend this place. Came in without an appointment cause I had extremely sore throat and i could sense a fever coming. Everyone spoke very good english, i waited about 30min and the doctor who saw me was very thorough. He prescribed me something for the pain and told me to come back the next day without an appointment. I did cause next day it was definitely worse. Again, everyone was lovely, the doctor saw me 5min after i showed up, looked at my throat, prescribed me an antibiotic (it was vital, i tend to have the same condition every summer and i have to have an antibiotic). I didn't have to pay for showing up the next day, just 85euros for that first visit. It was worth it, the day after the second one i'm almost completely back to normal. Thank you!!

I went to the public hospital. Was disgusted with how slow and incompetent they were. The also gave me the wrong diagnoses. They also charge 200 Euro. Came here. Was seen first thing in the morning after walking off the street. The doctor was very practical and straight in to what I needed. 10/10 recommend for anyone traveling. It was the same level of service as back home in Sydney. Also only cost 85 Euro.

Really good service if you are having any problem during your holidays. I called in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon. The doctor spoke good english and explained everything well. Expect to pay 85e for a general consultation.

I was referred to CMIL by a nurse in the US Embassy Lisbon medical dept. to Dr. Ribeiro and the clinic. I needed a pre-employment routine physical and wouldn’t be back in the US within the 10-day window for compliance. Dr. R and Lozzie the receptionist were warm, welcoming, professional and prompt. I made the appt. the same morning, arrived at 4pm and had the signed form in my hand by 5:30. Excellent and superior service, in my opinion!

I went here during a vacation and they were able to get me an appointment same day. The Dr I saw was thorough and spent the time needed. The price was reasonable and helped make my trip better.

Booked an appointment the day before and when I got there, it turned out they didnt have a doctor on that day and the assistant forgot to let me know

CMIL is very good, nice doctors and they saw me even though they were booked out all day. If you need a Doctor(GP) in Lisbon when on holiday I suggest this place.
