Análise: Our experience with them was excellent. The staff at the airport was very helpful and understanding, as we were staying just outside Porto and we needed a very early shuttlebus. We agreeded to be picked up at 4 in the morning just were Porto ends (they aren't supposed to pick up people outside Porto), and there they were.
