Péssimo atendimento e mentirosos. Cobraram U$ 196,44 (dolares) por uma arranhão na roda que eu provei que já estava lá. Apresentei um vídeo que fiz do carro no momento da retirada. O vídeo mostra data e hora.

Basically a criminal enterprise. Paid for full insurance, then got a 1000 EUR bill for interior damage to the back seat a week later. (We rented the car for 7 hours, we didn't use the back seat. It was a convertible.) Shocking.

Fraude alert ! don't go there . SIXT PORTUGAL is in their hands. charged us extra money on our credit card. Still busy trying to get it back. FAKE CHARGING IS THEIR BUSINESS MODEL. look for other reviews on the internet. I wished I had done that.

Truly scammers. Avoid at all cost. I was charged 1249 Euros for a supposed damage in the light, which by the way I find it an excessive charge if it was true but it was not. I took a full video all around the car which I am using for my claim to demonstrate the damage is not true. Still contesting, so please avoid Sixt if you want to avoid headaches.

NEVER NEVER rent with sixt !!!! SIXT-Faro charged us for a supposed damage more than SIX MONTH after our rental! They are just thieves!

UWAGA oszuści. Po 3 miesiącach "sprawdzili" pożyczone i oddane auto. Chcą mnie obciążyć naprawą. Zrobiłem zdjęcia przed odebranie auta. Zobacz różnicę. ODRADZAM! CAUTION the scammers. After 3 months, they "checked" the borrowed and dedicated car. They want to burden me with the repair. I took pictures before picking up the car. See the difference. Reborn!
