Meg Lizabet: I booked multiple rooms for my wedding and the property owner double booked weeks after I made the reservation. They tried to force me to move to another property and because I had to manage many people it took me time to decide what to do. They forced me to cancel by wrongfully claiming my credit card was invalid- even though it was valid at the time of booking and there were no issues, putting my guests out of an accomodation. This is extremely unethical and really put us in a bad situation just days before our wedding. update to their repsonse: The rooms were double booked and they could not acomodate my group- I have no reason to lie about this. The only reason I had not cancelled yet on booking.com was because i was scrambling to find other accommodations for my guests. Not even 24hrs after I received a notice from booking.com saying my booking was cancelled by the host, because my credit card was invalid and could not be processed. So they falsely claimed I used an invalid credit card in order to cancel my booking to keep their rating on the app! Plain and simple. My "arrogance" is actually frustration, having my booking cancelled weeks before my wedding when people are flying in from out of country. I think every bride can understand that.

Estava a fazer compras em HD esta tarde, precisava de alguma madeira. Boas notícias eles tinham o material que eu estava procurando. Más notícias eu sou deficiente e eu peço ajuda. O empregado a quem pedi ajuda disse que não podia ajudar. Finalmente consegui um carrinho elétrico tentando mover 2 1 por 8 12 pés em um carrinho elétrico. Fiz muitos para chegar à caixa e mais uma vez nenhuma ajuda. Sou um veterano do Vietname e esperava que alguém me ajudasse. Eu tenho 70 anos e foi uma luta para qualquer material pesado no Home Depot em Pell City. As coisas na vida realmente mudaram, quando eu era mais jovem se você for em uma loja e pedir ajuda para obtê-lo. Hoje não!

As coisas estavam um pouco deslocadas. Eu precisava pegar algumas telhas, mas como elas não estavam organizadas, eu precisava ter certeza que não estava pegando a telha errada. Eu peguei 10 caixas, mas uma das caixas era a errada. Quando tentei devolvê-la, disseram-me que nem sequer vendiam estes azulejos no Home Depot. Fiquei extremamente frustrado porque se não a venderam, como é que ela chegou às prateleiras deles.
