Un lugar para pasar la noche si tienes una conexión de vuelo larga o para estar unos días si no eres muy exigente con la habitacion. El piso es viejo pero está limpio. La habitación no tiene armarios pero si tiene aire acondicionado. Es un poco ruidoso porque las ventanas son antiguas y la calle tiene bastante trafici. Tienes comercios cerca y está bien comunicado. Con Uber puedes ir al aeropuerto por 3 o 4 euros. Tienes una parada de taxis justo en el portal.

Bonne adresse pour séjourner avant de partir de Lisbonne le lendemain matin. Attention pas d ascenseur donc il faut monter avec les valises. Et petit conseil de voyage pour vous rendre à l aéroport ne prenez pas le service de navette ou le taxi. Privilégié Uber seulement 4 € le trajet jusqu'à l aéroport.

Situa-se no Bairro bem simpático de Lisboa.

Единственный плюс этого жилья-расположение. Близко к аэропорту, метро, ранние автобусы, под окнами стоянка такси. А вот насчет комнат... я жила в одноместном с собственной ванной, но номер находился ... на общей кухне, т.е. все запахи еды, шум готовки и застолья и ночью, и днем были у меня в номере. К тому же, некоторые любят после еды покурить на общем балконе, который также соседствует с номером. А утром уборщица включала 2 стиральные машины, которые также находятся на кухне. Я уж не говорю, что обнаружить вход в этот гостевой дом проблематично, т.к. никаких опознавательных знаков на здании нет. Я очень жалею, что забронировала это жилье. Никому не советую.

What a find! Awesome and very very close to the lisbon international airport (Portela), it was a 3-5 minutes drive from it...literally! The Uber round trip was around €8.00 so I wouldnt recommend opting for ay kind of shuttle assistance. When I arrived the place was locked but the lady showed up in less than 10 minutes and was bery polite and helpful. I chose the room with a private bathroom, to me it was a great stay. Extremely Recommended if you want no hassle from and to the airport. Plenty of places to eat around the block.

まずチェックインの際の対応と、アパートメントの目の前にタクシー乗り場があって空港まで約5分で行けたことが良かった。リスボン中心とはまた違った落ち着いた雰囲気の地域だったので快適に過ごせました。お洒落な階段ですが4階までエレベーター無しでのぼり切るのは、大きな荷物を抱えていたり小さいお子さんなどがいる人達には少しキツイかも。また一部屋のクーラーが途中から水漏れして床にポタポタと水が落ちだして止まらなくなってしまっていたので修理が必要かもしれません。

Stayed there for one night only. Seems to be very clean, it has nice shared spaces, something like a living room and a kitchen. Our room was very small but ok, only the bed I found a bit too soft (only my problem). It's also an excellent location close to the airport, it's less than €3 by Uber to get there, in about 10 minutes.

Très bien, si nous avions du que le bus 744, nous conduisait en un quart d'heure à l'aéroport, nous aurions aussi réservé pour le retour, nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux en français.

Very cold in winter!!! No heating or air conditioning even though it was promised! The rooms are clean and nice. Bathroom is clean! Doors are super old and get stuck easily. Bathroom door wont close properly! Window bars can be opened by pulling the string and you can go to balcony from your own room. The staff is very friendly. Every sound can be heard through the doors.

Enjoyed my stay. Easy to get there from the airport, hop on the metro to go downtown. Friendly, helpful staff. Good area with plenty of restaurants and shops. Worked well for me, Thank You!

Good enough to spend a night or two. No go if you don't sleep like a dead man: squeaky doors, loud street noises etc.

Nice staff, clean modern apartment, Nice position but being Lisbona there is a lot of noise and would be difficult to sleep. Modern times... Cars and motorcycles are a big problem. Very big.

It is four room apartment with one bathroom. We were 9 persons. A great option for group. We stopped for one night. Long joining between flights. Good contact with owners. They organized a transfer from and in the airport. Very well. I underestimate assessment for one reason. Photos don't correspond. In our reservation 4 rooms were specified. 3 two local and 1 room for 3 persons. When we moved into upon was. Only 3 rooms. In one 4 persons, in another 3 persons and in the third 2 persons slept. The fourth room was already occupied by other guests. At us late arrival. There were only 5 hours for a dream. We didn't want to swear. In a toilet there was no garbage can. Rollets at windows didn't open, there is no conditioner, was stuffy It I am not guilty owners. Prevention. For late arrival the payment is raised - we knew about it. In the airport we didn't manage to buy waters, having arrived hotel, all shops were already closed.

Подниматься без лифта на второй этаж с чемоданами было совсем неудобно. Кондиционера нет, в комнате очень шумно, заявленного кофе не было. Рецепшн вечером и ночью недоступен. Шланг в душе был порван и хлестал в разные стороны :) Но оформление номеров хорошее и кровати удобные. Поэтому 2 звезды.

Хорошее место, если на завтра ранний самолёт. Такси, рестораны, магазины....всё рядом.

The overall amount of good reviews really surprised me. First of all I don't think is customer friendly to have additional fees for late check in. Our flight had some delay as we arrived after 12PM. So I had to pay an additional €20 for only the check in. The price for the night was at the end €70! Way too high for what we got there. The room itself was really small, barely larger than the bed. No closet, no table, no extra sheets. The mattress was completely sinked in the middle. There is noise from the street (passing cars, single glass windows). The door of the room has translucent glass, so everytime the other guest (middle in the night) went to the kitchen we had light shining in the room. After this really bad experience we had so much comfort in another hotel, closer to the city and cheaper.

Arquitetura anos 50...boas vistas...tudo à vontade.

I have no hesitation in recommending Alvalade to anyone planning to visit Lisbon. I rate my stay there 10++. I will be staying there for sure when next I visit Lisbon.

게스트하우스라기 보단 에어비앤비에 더 가까운 숙소. 가정집에서 방 하나 빌린 느낌이다. 세탁은 for free. 덕분에 밀린 빨래를 할 수 있었다.

Excelente para quem é de fora de Lisboa e tem de sair cedo de avião...

Bemmm, pior não podia ser, o quarto é colado a cozinha das 4:30 não dormi...Quem chega ou quem vai sair obviamente está na cozinha e obviamente faz barulho, esse quarto não devia ser alugado Sorte a minha é que foi só uma noite, ainda tive que desentupir o poliban... Foi mau. Uma coisa boa, estava limpo.

Great family flat close to airport. Good value for out of season. Not close to harbour but easy to find. Clean and tidy place to stay

No hay ascensor, tuvimos que subir hasta el 3er piso con las maletas, nadie me ayudó a subir mi maleta por la cual me golpeó el dedo. No volveré a ir nunca más. Después lo demás todo bien.

Great guesthouse for a 1 night sleep. Disappointed because of the 10€ extra we had to pay for a late night check in.

Beautiful apartment. Well equipped. It was the cleanest property we have stayed in, and it was well presented. Owner provided airport transfers for a fair price.
