I took my laptop to have it cleaned and they cleaned it. (40€)
But since then my laptop has been switching itself off.
I took it back to them and after more than a week they didnt do anything. I asked them when I could have my laptop back and they said tomorrow, then 2 days, then a weekend and then 2 weeks. At this point i shouted to them in anger that they did wrong by not informing me (they still had my laptop).
My laptop was returned to me since i asked (they didnt give me a replacement laptop) but the problem had not yet been solved since they needed to buy a "chip" - this was meant to take 5 days from Ebay.
I went to them after 2 weeks and they told me that they still didnt have it and maybe they wouldnt until the new year (today is the 15th of December). That they had to buy it from the HP website.
In all this time they never communicated anything to me despite me going there almost daily for a week or 2.
I feel cheated. My laptop, although dirty and old, worked perfectly fine until they cleaned it and now it turns itself off all the time and I cant do many things. They wont even solve the problem yet want to charge me 70€.
