Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral am Ende einer Fussgängerzone mit einem kleinen Platz gelegen. Dies ist jedoch auch das Problem, dass dieser Platz, vor allem dann, wenn Fussballspiele stattfinden zu einem Treffpunkt von Besoffenen wird, welche wiederum bis weit nach Mitternach laut johlen und feiern. Da die Fenster sehr schlecht Schall isoliert sind, ist an ein schlafen leider nicht zu denken. Aufgrund dessen ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht gut. Bis auf den Lärm ist das Hotel jedoch top.

Ein toll gelegenes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind sauber . Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß aber recht gut ausgestattet. Im 4.Stock hat man sogar einen kleinen Balkon mit zwei Stühlen und einem kleinen Tisch.

Hotel bem decorado e arrumado. Ficamos em um quarto de casal. A cama é do tamanho Queen. Iluminação é separada e configurável. TV, ar condicionado (bem silencioso), frigobar (parece de uso exclusivo de produtos do hotel), armário com bom espaço e cabideiro. Cofre. O banheiro possui 2 cubas. O box fecha bem e o chuveiro é muito bom. O café da manhã é a parte, mas é bem variado com frutas, pães, frios,...M&Ms... O pessoal de atendimento muito atencioso! A localização muito boa. Recomendo!

Sehr gute Lage, zentral und entsprechend lebhaft. Nachts ruhiger. Personal sehr freundlich. Fenster können geöffnet werden, aber Klimaanlage ist wegen des Verkehrslärmes günstiger. Frühstück mit reichlich frischem Obst.

Gut gelauntes und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Frühstücksservice. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Einzigartig ist die super Lage in der Unterstadt - man ist z.B. in 2 min am Tejo-Ufer. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man ab dem Hotel zu Fuß starten. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr bequemes Bett, Zimmer etwas klein aber ruhig, sauber und komfortabel. Sehr gute Lage mitte in der Altstadt, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar, öffentliches Verkehr 100m entfernt.

Overall, we picked this location for a couple of very specific reasons. 1) The baggage drop, which was seamless and easy. We were checked in, basically did everything except receive our key cards because it was 10 am and our room was not ready (hence the baggage drop). 2) There was a 24 hour front desk, we were checking out at 2:30 am and it was important to have someone there to take care of this. 3) There was a car service to the airport. While we could have easily taken an Uber, we preferred to not have to worry about that at 2:30 am. Overall the hotel was beautiful, in a great central location, very clean, quiet. The rooms for European standards were large and the bathrooms where huge. The only thing that was odd to my husband and I were the lighting system, but we did figure it out.

The hotel is located close to the center, so a lot of famous places are within walking range. The hotel itself and the rooms were found in clean and tidy state. However the room I had was so small that the space between end of bed and the wall was so tiny that I had to pass sideways to get to the other side. For a price ~€145 per night this seems not to be in relation, because there are no extras or highlights offered that would explain that high price for such a small room.
The rest (including service and friendliness) was o.k. and for a short stay when you travel on your own without big luggage it's passable.

Desayuno justito/bien, en la línea que se lleva ahora: bollería descongelada, café de cápsulas, zumo sospechoso y fiambre de las ofertas del "supermercado"
Bar pequeño con poco sitio.
Recepción bien, muy bien aunque deberían agilizar un poco el "chequin".
Garaje a un paseito y mejor pagar en el hotel que en el parking, pero tienen pocas plazas reservadas.

El sitio es estupendo. A pocos metros de la plaza del comercio. El servicio fue amable y por la tarde regalaban en la entrada pastelitos de nata (en realidad son de crema).
Lo peor es que no dormí nada bien en las 5 noches. Las paredes son de papel, todo el ruido entra en las habitaciones. Se escuchaban niños en la habitación del otro lado del pasillo, incluso tuvimos que llamar a recepción, un desastre. Cualquier entrada y salida de gente en el pasillo se escuchaba.
Si quieres descansar no lo recomiendo, si no te importa un poco de ruido no creo que encuentres algo cerca por el mismo precio

Hotel muy coqueto y céntrico situado en el barrio de Alfama.
Su ubicación es excelente para recorrer a pie la Lisboa más turística.
La habitación q nos tocó merece un aprobado alto.
El desayuno, muy variado y de buena calidad.
El personal, amable, profesional, agradable. Hacen todo lo posible para facilitarte y resolver las necesidades q surjan en la estancia en el hotel y en la ciudad.

hôtel au top ! C’était l’anniversaire de mon ami il lui on offert une bouteille de champagne ainsi qu’un gâteau . Les chambres sont belle et propre et la literie top. Je vous recommande cet hôtel qui plus est au centre de la ville à 2 min de la place du commerce et 2 min des rues commerçantes.

Hôtel bien placé pour les visites pédestres dans Lisbonne. Pas de parking, chambre petite, rangement réduit, salle de bain ayant besoin d'être refaite. Ce n'est pas un véritable 4 étoiles. Le personnel feminin de l'accueil devrait être mieux encadré, pas de bonjour ni de regard ni sourire....Plus surprenant concernant les prix des chambres qui varient d'un jour à l'autre jusqu'à 20 fois par rapport à celui affiché à la réception. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel et ne le recommande pas du tout. Piège à touristes

Emplacement exceptionnel au centre ville.
L'hôtel est bien. Par contre nous n'avons pas eu de penderie dans notre chambre. Vu le prix de l'hôtel c'est impensable. C'est la seule critique négative qu'on peut faire.

Hôtel parfaitement situé, à distance de marche des principaux sites à visiter ainsi que des gares de trains (Cascais, Sintra, Porto). Personnel très aimable et disponible. Les chambres sont belles et propres mais plutôt petites. Pas beaucoup de rangement pour les vêtements mais on sy accommode. Le mini balcon avec 2 chaises et une table est un plus. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Room is small without any real closet and no drawers to stow your clothes. The walls are not very sound proofed so you can easily hear your neighbor. Bed is very comfortable, we had a good rest.
Hotel location is good and the buffet breakfast has many options. I would have preferred the staff to clear away used plates and cups, the table became very cluttered very fast. Eggs and waffles are prepared to order which is nice.

Had a great stay here recently. It's really central, the rooms are very clean and modern, the breakfast is super. The hotel staff were really helpful and gave us a lovely treat as we were here to celebrate a special occasion. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Después de tener un problema con el alojamiento que teníamos reservado en otro sitio, fuimos a este hotel donde nos atendieron y ayudaron en todo, tanto el director del hotel, como los muchachos en recepción (Marcos y Joao). Nos recomendaron zonas para visitar y cómo llegar con todo detalle. El camarero, Luis, de Room Service y buffet muy simpático y atento. Las habitaciones muy confortables y limpias todos los días, además de un desayuno buffet variado y familiar. Nuestro viaje, que comenzó con mal pie, se volvió muy agradable gracias a este hotel. Esperamos volver!

In general everything was very nice. However, it was slightly disappointing that we were given a room much smaller and cramped on the 5th floor than the room shown in the photo. The room was equally nicely decorated and but much smaller and I had hoped to be in the room shown in the photos. There should be a different tarif for these smaller rooms in my opinion. Also the water temperature of the shower was slightly unstable but it was nice overall.

The location is awesome and the breakfast is fine too. The noise pollution is horrible from the next building. Reception had to give us a different room in the next building, hence wasting our time and energy.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, Nespresso machine in the room, bathroom amenities, delicious breakfasts. The hotel was very well situated - near several historic churches including Lisbon Cathedral, shopping, and restaurants. Also very near the square that is infront of the water. Front desk personnel Alvaro and Andre were very helpful and patient in answering all our questions about the sights, etc. Everyone we encountered in the hotel was friendly except for the guy in charge of breakfast. He didn't have to talk to any of the guests, but at least he could give a smile since he is half of the time standing by the entrance of the breakfast room.

The hotel is in a prime location in the city center of Lisbon. The room I got was nice and clean. It was very quiet, though you could hear people passing in the hallway from your room. The rooms have air-conditioning. The breakfast at the hotel was typical hotel buffet, nothing special. I booked it only the days I need to get to work early, out of convenience. If you have more time in the morning I recommend finding a place outside for breakfast or brunch.
The staff was very attentive and helpful and I got a lot of tips regarding what to see and do during my stay. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. I stayed here for a week and I would gladly book a room here again.

The service in this hotel is excellent. We arrived late one evening and found that the air conditioning in our suite was not functioning. We informed the front desk and the next morning they replaced an air conditioning pump promptly. The hotel is very clean and the staff are knowledgeable.

Very nice hotel in a central location, a friend and I in our mid 30s stayed here for 5 nights.
We were very pleased with the overall service. The staff at check-in were very polite; we were given a map of the surrounding area and advice on which areas to go for food and night life and what transportation links were available. We arrived in the morning but were allowed to check-in early and leave our luggage to explore the area until our rooms were ready. Every afternoon they had a tray of custard tarts in the reception, yum!
The room itself had all the modern amenities and was kept clean, their cupboards are also heated, and there was a safe which was simple to use, beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower. The WiFi signal was very good with a high speed internet connection, this was included with the room.
The staff throughout our stay were very helpful and gave good advice on planning excursions and getting to places.
When checking out we were again allowed to leave our luggage with the hotel as we had a late evening flight.
Overall a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

The staff is Amazing .Breakfast is set nicely , quite atmosphere, abundant and super clean . Teresa and Luís are the bartenders , both are friendly , polite well mannered they as well as Marta ( manager in charge of this Hotel) deserve an special recognition. The staff during breakfast greet you as enter and thank you as you leave , they keep this dinning room well supplied and clean ... the rooms are SPOTLESS, Amazing job ladies ... This Hotel is PERFECT.. I will definitely return .. very satisfied . ( just one little thing, the closets are too small but We dealt with it ..)

Excelente localização, ótimas instalações, conservação geral, decoração, recepção e desejum.
Na coluna 06, pelo menos, pessoas com problemas de mobilidade têm dificuldade de acesso ao chuveiro instalado numa banheira de borda alta.
Além disso, não tem bidê ou similar e o armário desse quarto é muito pequeno.
Apesar de tudo, boa relação custo x benefício.

Das Hotel ist im allgemeinen sehr zufriedenstellend.Unzufrieden waren wir mit der Einrichtung des Zimmers. Es war gar kein Kleinderschrank vorhanden, nur Schubladen. Die Kleidungsstücke musste man an einer primitiven fest installierten Konstruktion anhängen, war sehr unpraktisch war.

Hotel Vincci Baixa is in a great location close by many shops and monuments. The room were excellent with all the things you need included a balcony, where you can sit to enjoy the sun. The service was also good. The staff was really welcoming and helpful and the housekeeping is doing a good job.

Very disappointed. Supposed to be a 4* hotel, is not worth it at all. Personnel is somehow nice but we had the feeling to bother when you complain about something. We nicely got a room changed after we were positioned just next to the elevator. The next room we had was partly dirty and water would stay in a corner of the shower (thankfully cleaning lady would take it away). Not mentioning the somehow working heating system. Second day, cleaning of the room had to be done at 5:30pm after we came back from a long walking day and asked if they’ll do it, had to leave 15min from the room. Nice pasta de nata and liquor available in the evening in the lobby but maybe to erase the bad side of the hotel.
If you have other opportunities for your stay, don’t hesitate. Still the location is good.

Foi uma experiência incrível, o hotel é aconchegante desde o hall de entrada, a climatização de luzes e ambiente é agradável.
As recepcionistas são queridas, mas em especial o Marcos é de uma gentileza e simpatia sem igual, da ótimas dicas sobre turismo e tem uma conversa muito agradável.
O quarto é fantástico, ficamos no 314 no qual tem uma pequena varanda muito gostosa. O quarto possuía 2 roupões 1 chinelo (não usamos), 2 toalhas de rosto, 1 toalha de piso, banheiro com banheira e chuveiro de teto e pequenos produtos para banho. O banheiro é grande, muito bom.
A cama de casal é muito confortável, meio termo entre macia e firme, possuí 2 travesseiros e 2 almofadas para cada, 1 lençol e 1 edredom.
Ainda tem 1 cofre, 1 frigobar, 1 poltrona. Os armários são pequenos mas praticamente não usamos.
O café da manhã estava incluso na nossa reserva, a variedade e qualidade do café da manhã... Tentarei explicar, pães de vários tipos, ovos, bacon. Várias geleias, manteigas até Nutella! Muuuito bom. Vários tipos de presunto e queijo uma delícia!
Bolachas, frutas, iogurte, chás, cafés expresso, sucos... Devo estar esquecendo alguma coisa mas é um farto café da manhã.
O wifi do hotel é ótimo!
A limpeza tanto do hotel quanto o quarto é excelente, estou extremamente satisfeita de ter conhecido o Vincci Baixa Hotel.

Excelente hotel... Não é barato, mas vale o custo, a estrutura é boa e nova, o pessoal bem educado e prestativo. Não tive nenhum problema durante a viagem.
Muito bem localizado, fica uma quadra da Rua Augusta e próximo dos locais turísticos do Centro Antigo.
A única ressalva, que faço, é que os quartos são relativamente pequenos, mas Europa, na maioria é assim mesmo.

A disappointment (very small room and bathroom with bathroom in need of renovation, mediocre breakfast and housekeeping service) after the wonderful Vincci Porto we stayed at in April. Were given the only room on our row without a balcony as a reward (!) for making a direct reservation through their own website. No welcome drinks in the rooms as shared by other guests. Very poor wifi in the room. And the most surprising thing is that they ran out of hand towels on our last night!! The only good thing was the super comfy double bed.

I really liked the service in this place it was great. The welcome drinks in the room as we arrived was interesting. Very comfortable room. The staff spoke English which was beneficial to us as we don't know Portuguese. I'd definitely stay here again. Special thanks to the waiter in the restaurant. I think his name is Mario? Brilliant! We really enjoyed this hotel and Lisbon on a whole.
Our room was very comfortable and quiet and made for a pleasant stay. Not the biggest room but you're in Lisbon why would you want to spend a lot of time in there anyway?
The hotel is in need of a little bit of maintenance. Nothing major that would spoil your trip. Everything worked great but you can start to see it need some TLC. Fresh paint would do it wonders.
The free Wi-Fi was very nice to have and worked really well on multiple devices. I'm always shocked that larger hotel chains seem to charge for this. I mean even Mc Donald's offers free WiFi and your not spending $100+/night.
Breakfast was included and it was delicious! Most days we wouldn't need to stop for lunch till 2 or 3 PM.
The staff was very friendly and they spoke and understood English very well. It made life a lot easier when asking for assistance, recommendations and directions.
The location was very convenient and within walking distance to many sites, restaurants, bars, café and shopping.

Gorgeous hotel, lovely staff. The expresso machine in the room was a surprise luxury. Each staff member was helpful without fault even checked me into my room hours early because I had caught an early flight and than arranged early morning taxi for my fight back. The room was beautiful, the bathroom large and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel is in a great position central to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Über die Lage gibt es nur zu sagen: Besser geht es kaum. Alles zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in Reichweite. Sauberes Zimmer, aber eng. Relativ viel Lärm aus den Nachbarzimmern, bei geschlossenem Fenster erstaunlich wenig von der Straße. Frühstück mit virl frischem Obst und portugies. Gebäck (zB Pasteis). Das beste aber waren der freundliche und persönliche Empfang und die stets aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter. Bei gutem Preis gerne wieder.

Das Vincci Baixa besticht durch seine hervorragende Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse zwischen Praça do Comércio und Alfama-Quartier. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen Ansonsten liegen Metro, Bus- und Strassenbahnstationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es handelt sich um ein typisches Stadhotel, die Infrastruktur beschränkt sich auf Zimmer, Restaurant/Bar und Reception. Das Haus ist modern und stilvoll gestaltet. Unser Standardzimmer war gut eingerichtet, hätte aber etwas grösser sein dürfen. Das Frühstück bietet eine breite Auswahl, wird fortlaufend bestückt und ist sehr frisch. Wir können das Vincci Baixa auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!

Agosto de 2014. Es difícil que en la baixa haya un hotel de esta categoría mejor situado. A medio minuto de plaza de Comercio y calles comerciales, boca de metro y paradas de tranvías y autobuses. Buffet muy correcto, personal de desigual amabilidad, cuarto de baño completo. Sólo una pega: la habitación en la cuarta planta -abuardillada con una pintoresca terraza- es reducida y con una cama de tamaño impropio para el descanso de dos personas.
Si regreso a Lisboa repetiría la experiencia, sin duda, pero en otra planta que no sea la cuarta.

Nice hotel, small but cosy rooms. Be sure to ask for a room on the 4th floor which has balconies. The hotel is perfectly situated and you're only 15 minutes walks away from many sites like the Santa Justa elevator and the San Jorge castle. Very well presented hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Walking distance from all the main attractions and seconds from the restaurant/bars by the sea. Really nice having a balcony to watch and hear Lisbon life go by. Took my girlfriend here for her 30th and we both absolutely lived it. The man on reception was very kind and arranged for wine and chocolate to be sent to our room as a surprise (to both of us). Great service. Thanks to the hotel and team.

The Baixa area is alright during the day but starting at around 830-9pm, pretty much most establishments (including restaurants) would pack up and close. There is just no life in this area starting at around that time (we were here in July). Worst thing is that along Rua Augusta all the drug dealers come out and try to sell you whatever stuff theyve got.This was probably one of the worst locations to be at during night times and I absolutely do not feel safe at night there so had to end the day much earlier than I would have wanted. During the day, the place is fine and most tour buses, public buses (including the aerobus), trams, etc. are available nearby.As for the hotel itself, I give it an average rating. Weve stayed in another Vincci hotel in Madrid and that was spectacular so our expectations were really high this time.Our room in Vincci Baixa was very clean but there are some details that I wish were fixed (e.g., the caulking around the tub looked like an 8-year olds weekend project.).Bottom line is that the location is just terrible. Stay in the newer areas of Lisboa!

This must be the best hotel in downtown Lisbon.
Situated in a great location for visiting Lisbon, the staff are absolutely wonderful, the rooms are well appointed, and the breakfast is fabulous.
The rooms might be a little small if you are going to sit around in them, but there is no good reason to stay inside as the hotel is so well located.
The only negative I would have would be the overuse of mirrored walls in the bathroom and the inherent danger of walking into them in the dark.
