pessoas pouco honestas. o meu carro foi embatido quando estava corretamente estacionado por uma viatura da ausocar. teem tentado tudo para nao participar,ao fim de um mes de me terem adiado varias vezes a assinatura declaraçao amigavel. mandaram me apresentar queixa na policia.

Mesmo a fechar, esperou por nós e atendeu. Demonstrou disponibilidade e atenção ao cliente, com o melhor servir.

Aluguei um carro, muito bom atendimento, tudo perfeito. Recomendo.

Devolver o carro com tanque vazio???? Nunca tinha visto e não é nada prático.

These guys are dishonest. They made me pay 25 Euros cash so someone could meet me at the airport before 9am. The guy was still sleeping when i called and didn't bother coming to meet us. They told me just to leave the car in a parking lot and now will not refund me the money. don't care so much about the money but feel like we were tricked into paying something we shouldn't have. Very shaddy place, i don't recommend.

Perhaps the best company for renting a car in Lisbon, at an inexpensive price you get even better than you wanted. I rented a two-door Fiat Punto on gasoline, I received a 4-door with diesel engine, which is a saving in money, because the diesel is cheaper and, moreover, more powerful! Super.

AVOID. I read the bad reviews and ignored them - what a mistake! on Sat morning it took me an hour to get the car (with no fuel). I told the agency I'll return the car on the same day and they said no problem, they will be open till 7pm. when I got there at 6:30 pm, no one was there, and no one answered the phone. I had to come again on Sun morning to return the car. a nightmare.

Não tive problemas com o aluguel. O carro me atendeu e o preço foi bem em conta.

Good, quick and straight-forward service, we rented directly with them in person and they had cars avaliable. Fair price, empty to empty policy or better say how you get it thats how full you should return it. The car itself had a really faulty break otherwise is was good.

Fui indicado por um travel agent para ir no jetcost.pt e aluguei este carro DiscoverCarHire. eu fui de trem e uber com minha esposa e meus 2 criancas ate o aeroporto ,ninguem conhece eles e eles nunca atendem o telefone . depois de chegar no aeroporto e uma outra pessoa de outra empresa consegui falar com ele. depois dele chegar coloquei meus filhos no carro e o CARO SUPER GROSSO. falou que eu teria que pagar $20 POR EU CHEGUEI TARDE. eu falei que estava errado e que eu oria conversar com o gerente quando chegar no escritorio. ele automaticamente tirou minha criancas do carro as 8 pm da noite e falou que nao iria me levar pq eu nao iria pagar ?????cara maluco!!! meu advogado ja esta encima deles, passei vergonha na frente de todos com as minhas criancas cansadas e chorando. nao vou neles nunca....... esta e placa do carro.

Está normalmente bem abastecida de automóveis de aluguer de várias marcas. Os preços são razoáveis. O serviço costuma ser bom.

Very bad experience! They haven't been friendly and helpful. When we arrived the office was closed although we were there during the official opening hours. We got a car with a completely empty tank. We brought back the car with a full tank but they didn't wanted to refund us anything!

The lady came 20minutes late for the pick and we almost missed the flight. She didn't have a clue she was suppossed to pick our car that day, I managed to get her to the meeting point only after calling her three times. When I asked why she was late her answer was that she had "things to do" and I had no reason to be angry. If you do not want to be stressed before your flght avoid this company. It is not worth it.

Выбирал это место по звездам. В отеле предложили машину ~ 70 € позвонили сюда , нам предложили за 25€ лянча 5 мест. Маленький экономичный авто . Дают с пустым баком так и возвращать... Также можно взять навигатор на прокат 7 € - обязательно проверте его ,работает или нет, нам дали навигатор сказали разряжен - зарядить так и не получилось... Купили в городе usb в прикуриватель и пользовались телефоном. Когда отдавали машину попросили вернуть нам деньги за навигатор... Крутили носом, но деньги вернули- спасибо)))) аргументом к возврату денег стала демонстрация usb ) в целом довольны этим местом.. думаю взял бы у них машину снова. Кстати к ним можно доехать на метро .

No frills. If it's inexpensive car rental with no hassle you're after, this one's for you. If you want more choice about the car you drive, starting with a full tank, etc., you're going to feel uncomfortable with the laid back nature of these guys.

Uma desgraça. Paguei online, cheguei lá e a pessoa que tratou do meu carro aparentava enormes dificuldades no manuseamento do computador, demorou demasiado tempo. Depois, entregam-me o carro como depósito já na reserva - a estratégia perfeita para ficar com gasolina aos clientes. Quanto perguntei a um funcionário sobre esta questão, a resposta foi: "tem razão, mas são regras do patrão". Fraquíssimos.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Wir haben schon häufig in verschiedenen Ländern ein Auto gemietet - aber diese Autovermietung war das Schlimmste, was uns je passiert ist. Die Autos sind i.d.R. 5 Jahre alt, haben bereits zwischen 75.000 und 80.000 km auf dem Tacho und werden nicht gepflegt. Wem sein Leben lieb ist, keinen Ärger haben möchte und auch nicht auf den Autovermieter stundenlang am Flughafen warten möchte - zahlt lieber etwas mehr.
