Best Europcar experience until now, the employees were very professional and especially Mariana was so friendly and helpful. The car was clean and Mariana made a detailed check with us regarding scratches etc. Totally recommend this europcar office!

Got confirmation email about my car, went there the car was not delivered. Next day they call me confirming my car would be ready, told them keep it I'll pass by between 12-13 and I won't book it online again. Went there, they gave my car to another client and asked me to wait till 15:00to see if Faro branch would have automatic car to deliver. Two days in a row.

Michelle was so good calling our hotel for passport details so that we could take a car immediately. The price was good with full insurance. We would use again

Very disappointed when we visited. We found a price online and thought we we go into the shop to book. We were told that the price online couldn't be offered in branch and we felt that they didn't really want our custom. We used another company 5 minutes walk away which was much cheaper and easier to deal with.

Rececionistas snobs e cheios de preconceitos com os Portugueses.
Nem boa tarde disseram quando entramos mostrando-se muito ocupados. Esperamos 10 min. Sem ninguém à frente...para receber um posso ajudar. O sr. Rececionista por sua vez assim que entrou um casal estrangeiro foi todo sorrisos.

Attention prix non conforme à internet l agence vous impose de prendre l assurance et du coup on passe de 350 euros à 800 euros non négociable sinon pas de voiture...

Get prepared to wait for hours waiting for someone to open the shop or answer the phone, the only way is to call central office Europe car. Terrible service

All absolutelly fine and smooth. Very helpful staff. Ines did amazing job, she explained us everything. We has been well informed which roads are free and which one are not. Also today when we pick up our car back the men (witch glasses not sure the name) asked us about our trip and Portugal. Very very nice. We will back here for sure :) Izabela & Dawid all the best guys ❤️

Bensatankki ei ollut lähtiessä aivan täysi, vaikka mittari niin näytti. Jouduimme tankkaamaan monta litraa ylimääräistä. Trippimittarissa oli valmiiksi 53 km, sitä ei käsketty itse nollata. Ajomäärä oli siten vaikea todistaa. All-inclusive yritettiin tuputtaa ilman erittelyä. Onneksi firman Lagosin konttorissa oli fiksu kaveri, joka lupasi kompensaatioita seuraavasta viokrauksesta.

If you want a rental car or two wheeled transport, this is the only place to go in Vilamoura. The staff are amazing and really care about their customers. The vehicles are the best with scooters, quality mountain bikes and e-bikes available at reasonable prices.

We made a mistake with the reservation for another day and the staff was really nice and got a car for us right away, with next to no change in price. they even provided a map and some suggestions of places to explore along the coast. Very good service.

We hired a Honda scooter to travel father West in the Algarve. The staff were so helpful in getting us out and on our way! Was a fantastic trip and highly recommend them!!
