Tardaron 2 horas en tener el coche disponible, me hicieron esperar desde las 15:00 que tenia reservado el coche hasta las 17:00 perdiendo tiempo de mis vacaciones. Muy mala organización entre la web y la oficina.

Beim Abholen wird versucht, eine bereits vorhandene Versicherung noch einmal zu verkaufen, scheint wohl normal zu sein, wird zumindest immer vor gewarnt.
Die telefonischen Auskünfte des Büros bzgl. Vertrag/Laufzeit, Laufzeit der gebuchten Extras bei Abschluss eines direkt folgenden Vertrags stimmten nicht mit den wirklichen Vertragsbedingungen überein: Falschinformation zu meinen Ungunsten! Dummerweise nicht belegbar, weil telefonisch vereinbart.
Allerdings höflich im Umgang und das Auto war okay.
90 Minuten für eine Autorückgabe erscheinen mir lang.

Fairly standard Europcar office. Understaffed when I went in with only one front of house rep doing paperwork and showing people to cars meaning I had to wait 45 minutes.
Not very friendly or helpful on either pickup or drop off, although they do get an extra star for finding a small scratch on return that I hadn’t noticed, but on checking their computer admitted was already there before I picked it up.

Eerst geprobeerd op te lichten door direct in de winkel een klein voertuig te boeken. De prijs voor 3 dagen all in bleek 260 Eur. De volgende dag via internet voor 4 dagen 75 eur voor dezelfde auto. Er is verder geen goed alternatief in Albufeira. Zeer lange wachttijd van bijna een uur met 16 andere klanten in een klein kantoor terwijl er maar 1 en later 2 medewerksters al het werk moesten doen. Maar okee de auto is mooi en verder goed verzorgd. Maar dit kan echt beter. Ook voor de medewerksters.

Réservé en ligne. Voiture nickel (neuve, 2000 km), prix attractifs, possibilité de s'y rendre en bus depuis le centre.
Seul point négatif : pas de possibilité de laisser son vélo pendant la durée de location.

Péssimo serviço. Nenhum cartão de crédito funcionava. Fizeram pressão para desistir da reserva da viatura por 3 dias e depois já faziam novo aluguer pelo mesmo valor mas só um dia.

Very busy, limited staff, they don't offer the same online prices in store. Disappointed and unhelpful staff. Unwilling to offer drop off service either.

Günstiger über billiger-mietwagen buchen, vor Ort kostet das Dreifache. Die Autos sind im top Zustand und sehr sauber.

Eigentlich keinen Stern zu vergeben, da die uns zu bediende Mitarbeiterin mehr als unhöflich gewesen ist und uns keinerlei Informationen über Auto, Versicherungen, Jungfahrergebühr etc. gegeben hat. Stattdessen klatschte sie uns einfach ein Stück Zettel auf den Tresen mit einem unverschämt teuren Preis.

Habe ein Auto (Seat) für 4 Tage gemietet. Das es teurer ist als die Konkurenz war mir klar und dachte der Service ist besser und es lohnt sich. Leider lag ich falsch. Kaum sind wir weg gefahren meldete sich der Pord Computer mit einer Warnung zu den Reifen. Die Sprache des Computers war Polnisch. Die Dachantenne war im Handschuhfach. Das Auto sollte voll getank sein und nahc 30 km war der erste Balken schon weg.. was nicht sein kann. Eine Einweiung ins Auto fand nicht statt.
Service ist anders. Also wenn Auto mieten dann ist Europcar nicht besser sondern nur teurer.

Très mauvaise expérience.
Comptez 20 minutes par personne pour 3 employés. Lent mais lent a un point que c est presque drôle.
Lorsque c est votre tour.bah y a plus de voiture depuis le matin.
Ça aurait été sympa de le dire aux gens qui attendent, ça vous prendrait 20 secondés.
Sinon il vous conseillé de réserver en ligne.
Ne chercher pas un sourire ne chercher pas la sympathie c est hors coût.

Catastrophe ! 1h d'attente avec de nombreuses personnes devant nous qui s'enervaient. Nous n'avions pas réservé en ligne car nous avions des questions et voulions des informations complémentaires. Du coup ça n'a pas plu à l'employée qui nous a dit de réserver en ligne... On a insisté un peu et elle a fini par nous répondre à contre cœur. Bref je crois qu'elle n'a pas vraiment compris son rôle...

Viel zu teuer.Für 5 Tage einen Kleinwagen gemietet.320 Euro.Nawi extra bezahlt.60 Euro.War seit 2015 nicht aktualisiert. Haben dann unser Handy benutzt.Kein Entgegenkommen.Unverschämt!! Finger weg.Abzocke!!!!!

Prezzi nella norma il personale è molto gentile e disponibile anche se non avevano la nostra prenotazione, dicendo che la prenotazione andava al sistema centrale e non direttamente da loro perché fatta online..., alla fine siamo riusciti a sistemare e ad noleggiare la nostra automobile una a3 diesel non velocissima ma davvero comoda.

The service takes way too long. There has to be more staffs. We waited both at pick up and drop off more than 45min even though our reservation was made online in advance. We were with a toddler and a baby, waiting in a tiny room for long time wasn’t at all pleasant.

The service was very friendly and efficient both on pick up and return. Saved money by renting here compared to Faro airport.

La señora que nos atendió tenía muy malas formas. Teníamos contratado un seguro a todo riesgo y quería vendernos otro adicional. Asimismo, al preguntarle sobre cómo funcionaba el sistema de peajes en Portugal, nos amenazó con que si no activábamos el aparato del coche, darían parte a las autoridades sin darnos ninguna otra explicación.
A la hora de devolver el coche, nos atendió otra persona y también fue muy desagradable.

Péssimo!!!!!! No dia 24 de Junho dirigi-me á Europcar em Albufeira na Marina, na esperança de alugar uma viatura para mim e os meus familiares.
Quando chegou a minha vez de ser atendido, fui recebido por uma pessoa do sexo feminino baixa de cabelo escuro bastante antipática.Quando me perguntou o que desejava eu disse-lhe que estava interessado em alugar uma viatura, ele me respondeu bastante irritada que não tinha viaturas disponíveis para mim e que não me iria ajudar na minha situação. Agora pergunto-me se como é que uma empresa como estas permite trabalho a pessoas com 0 profissionalismo de trabalho, deveriam escolher melhor as pessoas!!

Car was ok. Long waiting times at check-in. Some problems with the navigation system...very old Navi that works on and off. No refund for that. Staff is friendly but location is understaffed. For this price you would expect better service.

Got picked up at the hotel 9.30 arrived at europcar and then had to wait in line to pick up the cars we booked. Why don't you bring the contract and keys with the pickup car so it's easier to sign and get going? We had to spent 1 hour for getting the car....

Wir haben online gebucht und bereits eingecheckt, weshalb es vor Ort viel schneller ging - und vermutlich auch günstiger war.
Das Auto war ein Neuwagen aus März und echt top!
Aber ich habe wirklich noch nie eine so unfreundliche und herablassende Mitarbeiterin erlebt. Wir wurden nicht begrüßt, es wurde kaum mit uns geredet, beim Abschied einfach eine Rechnung in die Hand gedrückt und als wir beim Gehen doch noch Nachfragen zur Rechnung hatten, hat sie sich in die Tür gestellt und uns dumm angemacht was wir wollen. Ich war wirklich perplex!
Die Rechnung hat am Ende mehr ausgewiesen als online gebucht - besser nochmal prüfen.

We came by this office spontanously as we had an engine warning light go on in a Europcar rental we rented in Lisbon. The staff was friendly and arranged to exchange our car for us. All went very well

Good staff, always trying to help the best deal for customer. In high season you have to take ticket in order to be attended due to the amount of people, however they always try to sell the full insurance which for Albufeira is always the best option.

Hat im Gegensatz zu anderen autovermietungen in albufeira auch in der hochsaison noch spontan autos zum vermieten. Sehr nettes auch deutschsprachiges Personal. Einziger minuspunkt ist die vergleichsweise lange Wartezeit beim anmieten und der Rückgabe.

Riktigt skitställe. Trots bokning på nätet tog det 50 minuter att hämta ut bilen vilket ledde till att vi missade vår förbokade tur på en av vingårdarna. Vid inlämning hävdas det att tanken ej är full trots att vi tankat 5 minuters bilkörning från deras kontor och att vi ska betala en större summa pengar för denna tankning än vad den vi gjort 5 minuter tidigare kostat. Helt enkelt en extremt oseriös biluthyrare som jag starkt rekommenderar att undvika.

The rental experience was pretty much as can be expected. If you want to rent with a child seat you will be better of buying one. The cost is some 5€ per day. I found a seat for 7,5€ on Continente just some kilometers away. When renting you are required to show your passport, which I was not made aware of beforehand. Also, it would have been convenient if it was possible to get and leave the car at the hotel.

Would not rent from this company again. Very very rude staff in the Portugal branch. Argued with me about my level of insurance and then failed to notice many scratches in the car that I had to point out to them. Customer services is very important and this company doesn't have a clue. Talked over me and laughed when I tried to say the insurance covered the tyres and Windows. Very rude.
