The fairway lies were often bare earth. The greens had huge patches without any grass. The tees were mostly sand. Análise: Trotz toller Lage am Meer leider nur ein durchschnittliches Golferlebnis. Den allermeisten Bahnen fehlt jegliche Finesse. Gut geeignet dafür für die zahlreichen Senioren aus der Umgebung. Das neue Clubhaus befindet sich zur Zeit im Bau und soll wohl sehr designorientiert luxeriös und überdimensioniert werden, wie auch die bereits fertiggestellten, angrenzenden Villen.
