Análise: We booked on june 25th 2019 a room for three nights for the time of Easter 2020 and payed €540 for it. On march 16th 2020, the gouverment of Switzerland ordered us to stay at home because of the corvid19 pandemic. One day later, we canceled the room and ask for pay back our money. The hotel just said "Switzerland is not on the booking list" and refused every pay back.
