Análise: NEVER AGAIN!!!! We booked online with insurance but when we arrived they said we had to pay another insurance for 175€! We had airport Service booked so they should've picked us up at the airport, our flight was late so when we arrived there was no one. We had to call 2 times before someone came to pick us up. Análise: Booked a car online for 20€, when I got there ended up paying 5x the original price. They told me I had to do it a different way in order to avoid the hidden fees which is insane.. why would there ever be hidden fees? and why isn't it clear on the website? I usually am quite thorough on this type of things, and I couldn't find any of those fees on the page.. Would not recommend it for sure Leia mais

Análise: Very good car hire company. I have been ripped off before by other car hire companies adding SCDW and fuel charges once you get there Etc. Go rent didn't, I paid the price I was expecting and didn't have the usual pushy/surly employee to deal with. Go Rent were courteous, had great customer service and I can't fault them at all. Análise: Horrible service. They just charged me 307.5 euros for a key scratch on the side of the car which was about 3cm long. And an extra 15 euros for cleaning the car! Thieves. Never again from this company and I dont recommend it at all Leia mais
