Análise: We purchased the medium insurance plan online. When we arrived there. The staff told us that we can get the premium plan free of charge as we were over 25 years of age. Análise: Not sure why a lot of people gave bad reviews. Was very sceptical about going with them at first due to the cheap deals they were offering and the reviews. I reserved and paid for a car about 2 months ago and registered for the Key n Go service. Upon arrival at Faro airport I paid for the fuel deposit and picked up the car without any problems. I dropped it off yesterday and again no problem. Customer service was excellent throughout and to be fair I would use them again if I go back to Faro. Leia mais

Análise: Obligée de mettre une étoile pour pouvoir mettre ce commentaire car cela mérite vraiment un gros 0 ! Ce sont de gros voleurs, de gros arnaqueurs ! Pour une location de 50 euros je me retrouve à payer 100 euros de plus. On ne sait pas trop pourquoi, ils n'explique pas bien et à la fin vous avez une belle surprise. Habe Premium Tarif in Deutschland bezahlt und dann noch mal in Verbindung mit der teuren Versicherung vor Ort zzgl 2x Flughafengebühr.
