Análise: We booked on june 25th 2019 a room for three nights for the time of Easter 2020 and payed €540 for it. On march 16th 2020, the gouverment of Switzerland ordered us to stay at home because of the corvid19 pandemic. One day later, we canceled the room and ask for pay back our money. The hotel just said "Switzerland is not on the booking list" and refused every pay back. Análise: I really enjoyed my stay just before the covid outbreak. The room was smart and very clean, if tight for space, with an excellent shower. Location great and staff friendly and helpful. Decent value as well for a capital city. Only thing not to my liking was breakfast...good choice and quality but I'd rather have this included in the price, even if means paying more, rather than paying for every single item which then adds up to a price that you would never pay in the UK. Análise: If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! Hall Chiado has well-designed, comfortable rooms in a beautiful eighteenth-century building. The keypad system is very convenient, and it couldn’t be in a better, more central location. Análise: New hotel. Very noisy to street side, poor quality windows that don't block the noise. Room is rather small but sufficient for the money I paid. The only thing that really stood out was the lovely breakfast buffet, the 10€ extra are money well spent. Great variety, great presentation, fresh orange juice, high-end coffee machines (WMF brand from Germany) which is rare in Portuguese mid-class hotels. Continente store just opposite. Análise: These suits are part of a big hotel with the same name at the next door! Says that, you can not wear your towel and go to pool as you need to go out side the suits and enter the main hotel to access the pool. The room service is very good and the staffs are helpful.
