Bei Rückgaben wurden 800€ Nachzahlungen gefordert wg. Upgrade und Versicherungen, die nicht gewünscht waren. Beschwerdemail an Avis geschickt. Nach 5 Monaten mit einer billigen Antwort abgespeist.
