Análise: Not sure why a lot of people gave bad reviews. Was very sceptical about going with them at first due to the cheap deals they were offering and the reviews. I reserved and paid for a car about 2 months ago and registered for the Key n Go service. Upon arrival at Faro airport I paid for the fuel deposit and picked up the car without any problems. Análise: Latest Avis/Budget scam at Faro I prepaid a rental through British Airways 24-28 Feb. When I arrived at the counter I was asked only if I wanted the e-tolls authorised to which I said yes. I specifically declined any other extras. The new Avis machines now only provide a terminal rather than paper. You are asked to sign on that terminal. Here is how they are now scamming us. Arrivés à l'aéroport de Faro le 24 février 2020 vers 19h avec un contrat Ryan Air, l'employé Hertz n'a pas voulu l'accepter et nous a proposé d'en refaire un autre d'au moins 2 fois plus cher!!!! Análise: Stay away! By far, the worse service in Faro. I took my car out at around 11pm and did the regular walk around checking for damage. When I returned the car, the attendant did a perfunctory walk around and immediately went in front of the car with his phone and took a picture of the area UNDER the front spoiler.
