Análise: Rented a car here in March. Picked it up here and dropped it off at the airport in Faro. I only had to wait a bit while the customers ahead of my completed their rental paperwork. The employees were very nice and efficiently handled my rental. I made reservation online through the Budget website, but they had all my information and the process worked just as well as it does in the USA. Análise: Anyone who reads my reviews will know that I usually give them when I have had exceptional service' and this is what I received from Jose Estevao at the Praia da Rocha Avis office. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile, even when I confessed that I had forgotten to bring my passport along! We had a windscreen problem and the following day they asked us to bring the car to the nearest location to exchange vehicules which was in praia da rocha. We exchanged severals time using whatsapp to get papers for my insurance. They always replied even few weeks after we left. Análise: This place has the best price we could find for a car rental in the winter at only 5 Euros per day. We had an excellent experience renting from them and they even came and dropped off the car to us in Portimão (for a charge). I'm a repeat customer and would happily recommend. Leia mais
